Hi,I used to have a portfolio website on my mom's account. I thought I had switched it to my new account so I could continue edit it, but I don't see it so unfortunately I'll have to redo it/edit an older one.Thing is I want to at least use the same name (my own name as an creative..) for the portfolio website. When I type it in, it says it's already used, but that portfolio website is nowhere in both accounts anymore and when I look it up it say's it doesn't exist/is missing...Has anyone else experienced this? Does this mean the portfolio is still somewhere? Or can I atleast use the same name...?

Hello! I posted this in the Acrobat community but since we are enterprise, i'll post this here as well. We create Mac installation pacakges from the Adobe Admin Console. The Acrobat Pro install 24.1 comes up with a incompatible legacy installer error when we try to install in Sequoia. On intel and apple chip. Any ideas on what we need to do here to get it installed without having to use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app? Because from the ACC app it installs for what ever reason. Thanks!

why is there no manage plans option in my adobe for team package so i cant cancel my subscription? i want to cancel my subscription but i cant because there is no manage plans option. the problem is i don't see the option to manage and to canceled the plans. I have tried to cancel my subscription long ago, but I am always confused because there is no manage option on my plans, so I cannot cancel my subscription.

Hello! Not able to get into  through my correct email. It was through a company account and I see that the myportfolio link has changed a bit. This is concerning for me because of all my files on that portfolio, which I'm trying to update, but also because I have payment attached. I have a different old portfolio that I needed to start paying for which is why I just started a new one on the company account, and I re-designed the layout. but I don't want to re-upload and re-organize the entire site, and I would like access to my other portfolio. Hello, I’m reaching out for help accessing my cloud files on one of my work devices.I use three devices for work: two Mac desktops and a Mac laptop. Today, after renewing my business Adobe license, I logged in on my Mac at home, but I’m unable to access my cloud files, which contain critical client work I need to complete. A message appears saying, "Cloud Documents are not available" and advises me to contact my IT administrator. Unfortunately, these files are only stored in the cloud, so I currently have no way to access them. Additionally, after renewing my license, I received an email (screenshot attached) notifying me that I now have administrator rights to manage Adobe product licenses for my company. Could this change be related to the issue with my cloud files?I urgently need to resolve this so I can work on these files tomorrow. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,I'm troubleshooting an issue for a client of mine who has issues connecting to documentcloud.adobe.com / acrobat.adobe.com, but after the original TCP negotiation, TLS connection fails. We've moved the client over to another ISP with another IP temporally and the site is accessable again.Is there a way for me to check if Adobe might be blocking their IPs?Kind regards,Neil van der Merwe

I have been using Adobe Library to share graphics for a document my coworker uses. We have had no issues until I recelty updated. She was trying to update the graphics this month and now they all tell her it's read-only file. But I never made any changes to make this happen. To fix it I tried removing her and adding her back. I tried having her log out and back into to the cloud. We double checked that we have the same version of Illustrator. But no matter what I do she can not edit files that she's been able to edit for months.

Vu que j'ai mis mes coordonnées bancaires j'aimerais pouvoir l'annuler car  mon entreprise (université) ne couvrent pas ces coûts. Pouvez-vous m'aider, merciiii

I've seen several posts about this issue but none of the solutions seemed to help - I get an error when trying to add a user (the Something went wrong when saving error). It happens in different browsers and regardless of the profile I choose.If I go to settings to try and change the directory sync, in case that's the problem, I don't have the option to select the directory (there's only one)

I am creating a product profile in Adobe Experience platform. I have system & product admin roles for my org. I followed the steps in creating a product profile.  However after providing the name of the profile, it isn't redirecting to permissions page. And the product profile is created without any permissions. When I click on "Permissions" tab, it shows an error.  What roles do I need to edit permissions and what am i missing here?

Hi, I am trying to create a script to keep the organization's apps up to date, but unfortunately, when I test it, it is too slow. I don’t think there is an issue with our firewall, as I’m testing the script at home and experiencing the same results.Is RUM throttling speeds when it downloads patches in the background? Is it supposed to work like this? Patches download quickly via the GUI (Creative Cloud Desktop), but with RUM, it takes forever.Has anyone else experienced this? Please advise!

Hi1.  When creating package I am not getting option for Feature Restricted licensing - Offline.2. Only following two options are available in Feature restricted licensing(a) Online(b) Isolated3. I required Offline version option in Feature Restricted licensing. 

Dear community, we have just encountered a massive problem with the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App and Windows Device Guard, Memory integrity to be more specific. After enabling Memory integrity we had a few devices running into a blank/black boot screen and beeing stuck. It was possible to launch to safe mode but never to boot in normal mode. After a lot of hours invested we finally figured out what all devices had in common -> Creative Cloud Desktop App.A few more hours later we were able to confirm, that CC App had a problem with Memory integrity or vice versa, if you like. CC App comes with a driver "PX Engine Device Driver for 64-bit Windows" by "Rovi Corporation" that get's blocked by Windows' Memory integrity. You do receive a notivication when installing CC after Memory integrity had been enabled, also you can't enable Memory integrity if CC is already installed.If you enable Memory integrity via GPO, though, you don't get any warning but rather affected com
