after i sign up and  I tried to log in, and a message like this appeared "You are ineligible to use this product or service due to the Service Eligibility Requirements" I wonder what the cause is...

I had attaching a document via the adobe sign and getting below error message.The file size is 1.1 mb having 41 pages in total.  On the link below, it is showing that the limit is 100 pages and 10 MB, but the document is within the specified constrain. I find it very weak that the user does not have the ability to replace one text (Replace all) from all pages at once,Since 2017 I use Acrobat professionally and for 2 years now Acrobat Pro DC with monthly syndrome.I work in the field of construction and in large projects we receive PDFs with works that reach 1500 pages and it is impossible to delete a text, a word of 1500 pages every time (next).I find it unthinkable to be able to do this for free online on various pages and not on Acrobat Pro DC!So you lose customers without knowing it!

This has been a problem for months and months and Adobe refused to fix the problem. When attempting to have a PDF document sent for signature, the application hands at upload at 72% and won't budge. The solutions offered by Adobe personnel don't work. Using the online version doesn't work. Signing out and back in doesn't work. Switching networks doesn't work. Unisntalling and reinstalling the application doesn't work. Using different PDF's doesn't work. Doing all the above and rebooting in between each doesn't work.  This CLEARLY is an on ongoing problem and the workarounds provided don't work.  ADOBE - WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?! ENOUGH WITH THE NONSENSE, WHY ISN'T THIS BEING FIXED?! As I'm typing this the online version is stuck on "Loading..." I use eSign for my business and this is a MAJOR problem? I have people who are now on Acrobat Pro DC but people on Reader are not getting this error. How do we resolve this issue?

Recently, when exporting an InDesign document to a PDF or going to rename an Acrobat PDF File I keep getting "the file name or path is too long"  This has not been an issue in the past, as I have current file names longer than what I was trying to do. It seems it won't let me go over 25 characters  Is this new? Am I missing some setting? Why am I just experiencing this in the past two weeks?

Using Acrobat DC,  I share my files with coworkers using "Share With Others".Today I added checkboxes (via Prepare Forms) on the first page next to their names to confirm they are finished.After sharing I can click on each checkbox, but other users get the message "Create a copy to modify - Shared files can't be modified. Hello!I have a Surface Book 2 with the latest Windows update 11. My Adobe Acrobat has been acting wack (basically not allowing me to use any of its features). I looked at the Creative Cloud apps management page to see if AA didn't update automatically for some reason, but it said the app was up to date. However, I checked through the app itself and found a hidden update to be made. I tried to update it but a box popped up saying "This update package could not be opened. Verify that the update package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer update package. Error 1635." I tried uninstalling the app through creative cloud and through my computer settings, but the same message pops up every time. I'm not sure if this is a Windows issue or just the app itself, because I have absolutely no issue updating or uninstalling other apps. Any help is appreciated! I'm losing my mind.

I have a template set up to use for requesting e-signatures. Once I’ve clicked to “Use Template” I know how to use the “Add Message” feature and change the name of the document. However, if I forget to do that first and click “Prefill” and start prefilling the fields, is there a way to go back and change the message that will be sent to the recipient? I’m not finding a way to go back and edit that information.I’m using Adobe Acrobat on my web browser to complete this task.

have used Adobe Acrobat 2020 for years and loved it. After getting a new pc and MS11 I was forced to purchase the new Adobe Acrobat Pro last November and haven’t been able to activate it since.  Fortunately, I still have my old pc which is painfully slow, but at least I have access to the old Adobe app. Can someone please explain to me what I’m doing wrong? I’ve even tried to open the new Adobe Acrobat Pro through Google and that didn’t work either. I was desperate and started using a free pdf app, which is doable, but just not the same as Adobe. PLEASE HELP or just let me know how I can get a refund.

I’m using the desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. It’s been active since 2023. I’ve been using this feature without any sort of issue until today. There haven’t been any changes made to my subscription nor my profile. 

I created a custom JS script for a text field that auto formats to ##-##-##-### . On display in the field, i have it light grey 00-00-00-000 giving the user foresight of the proper formatting. Once they click inside the field, it disappears and begins typing in 100% black, and if they only type in at least 2 numeric values, it will automatically add the trailing dashes and zeros (e.g. type” 23” the result will be 23-00-00-000). I was hoping to have the formatting displayed in realtime during keystrokes so when someone types in 1234, immediately once they keystroke 2 it will display 12- , with the first trailing dash. My field is a Cost Code (ID CC1 , 1 being the 1st row). Here are my inputs (and if I’ve over coded feel free to offer a simplified method). Can I require signatures on a document that shows completed training on a monthly basis? The document would be the same document per recipient for the training each month. For example: Andy’s TrainingJan.     |   Dementia Training  |  2 hours  | signature ← send out in Jan. and sign in JanuaryFeb      |   Fire Extinguisher    |   1 hour    | signature ← send out in Feb. and sign in FebruaryMarch |   Client Rights           |   1 hour    | signature ← send out in March and sign in MarchAgain this is the same document to be signed each month. Right now if the document is signed in January it is locked and cant be signed again in February. Is this even possible?

E-sign feature won't let me send documents for signature

I have created a PDF that needs to carry out several simple calculations. These calculations are partly dependent on each other, e.g. a+b=c x+y=z then c+z=Total. Now I have the problem that the fields don't always update correctly. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Unknown if this an Acrobat Pro bug or Windows 11,  but if I hover the cursor over the acrobat pro icon on the task bar, I get a list of documents that are currently open PLUS a list of “dead” documents. These cannot be closed.Showing “dead” document windowsIf I “close all tabs” in Acrobat, only the real documents will disappear - the dead ones will continue be listed.  AFAICS it might take a restart of windows to clear these, but I may be mistaken.
