以前からpremiere rushで作成した動画のアスペクト比を変更するのにexpress（Web版）を使っていましたが、急に変更できなくなりました。具体的にはページサイズを変更で1280×720を955×720に変更していました。サイズ変更をしようと数値を入力はできますが、それを確定させるボタン？がどこかに行ってしまい、サイズ変更を確定できなくなっています。以前アスペクト比を変更させた動画を使ってみましたが出来ませんでしたので動画に原因はないように思います。原因や対処法が分かる方教えてください。

ほかの区間のテキストは大丈夫なのですが、ここの区間のテキストは下のほうに移動すると、表示されなくなってしまいます。 

I found out how to keep tools such as the Stamp Tool selected but this does not work for Check Boxes. Has anyone found a way to keep the Check Box tool selected?

画像のように、なぜかこの区間だけ、赤い線となってしまいます。操作に問題はないようなのですが、気になって仕方がありません。  

2023 ’ 2月まで有料版（ver.は不明）使っていましたが、それ以降解約しました。以前のファイルを確認したいのですが、無料版でも開けるのか？そもそもデータは残っているのか？ちなみにアカウントは同じです。よろしくお願いします。

Hello,I created a home page with a moving image in the background following an online tutorial. The page looks good on PC browsers, but when viewed on a mobile screen,, a couple of things are happening. The video isn't running, and the logo is out of place. Hello,I'm working on a newsletter and I want to tell the writers what is the maximum characters they can write for that textbox so that they can know the parameters for how much they write. How do I figure out the maximum characters that can fit in a text box? Or is there a better way to make sure that the their articles will fit in my text boxes?Please help!Kristi

I had the 2023 version which was simple, and just updated to 2025. The directions to do picture in picture in my new version are not in the user manual (2022) and I can't figure out how to place a piccture in picture in my videos that relate to painting a painting. I want to have the completed painting in one of the corners for reference. .Help? 

I need to reinstall this version. It no longer shows on my account because it is too old. I dont use it often enough to purchase the new version. Is there anywhere safe that it can be downloaded from?

動画素材の色味が戻りません。 ソースモニターに映っている動画の色味が頂いたままの色味ですプログラムモニターに映っている動画の色味が若干白飛びしています ソースモニターの色味に戻す（素材本来の色味に戻す）にはどのようにしたらいいでしょうか。調整レイヤーも外し、動画元のカラー編集もすべて外してあります。 シーケンス設定のカラーマネジメントカラー設定：709(SDR)カラースペース：Rec.709 素材のフッテージ変換から709に上書きしてみたりしたんですがそれだと青白くなりました。

Since the Illustrator update today to v 27.3, the mouse wheel zoom (with Alt key) does not work properly. With a single step, the zoom jumps to a maximum of 64000%. Also, the zoom is not centered on the cursor, but is somewhere off. In addition, the navigator no longer works either, or only very confused. I have now tried it on several Windows computers with 3 different (logitech-) mice and everywhere the same problem. As long as this is not fixed, I will have to switch back to version 27.2 where it works fine.

As you can see all the other tracks are locked so there should be no interference with the ripple delete. It ripple deletes just fine, but "close gap" just doesn't do it entirely. What could this be for? Is there any way to circumvent this to make it work properly?

カラオケのように一文字目の右端の辺りから右へ色が変わっていくテロップのプリセットを作りたいです。テキストレイヤーを重ね、上のレイヤーにクロップやリニアワイプを適用して試してみたのですが、初期設定だと画面左端からエフェクトが適用されテロップの位置に来るまでにかなり時間差が生まれてしまいます。上記のようなプリセットを作るにはどうすればいいのでしょうか。 回答お待ちしています。

エフェクトコントールにトランスフォームの項目が出てきません。モーションにも反転できる項目が出てきません。再起動などしても変わりませんでした。 ネットで調べても出てこないのでどなたかご教授お願いします。 ｐｓ；ほかの反転のやり方でも結構ですので、お願いいたします。  

Hi everyone,I'm wondering if Adobe has recently changed the behavior of Free Transform in Photoshop back to the older version. I noticed that when transforming objects, it now behaves more like it used to in the pre 2019 versions for example, scaling without holding Shift keeps the proportions again.Has anyone else noticed this? Is this an official change or something related to preferences or a recent update?

Hi, I just updated my Mac from 14.x to 15.5. Now, the dock is in the way. I resetted the Essential workspace, but to no avail. Does that mail Photoshop is no longer compatible with my MacBook Pro 16? Never mind, I just resetted the Photoshop Settings. All is good now! Any ideas? Regards, -Ron

Hello, I'm new to Adobe Express Premium.  I would like to add a transition (fade out/in) between slides in a slideshow I'm creating.  Is this possible in Premium?  I'm only finding suggestions on how to do this on Premium Pro.  Any help is much appreciated!  Thank you!

Lately when I open PSD files in Photoshop (25.6.1), they open with the layers flattened.  If I close the file (after making no edits), I am asked if I want to save the changes.  I say no and then reopen the file and magically all the layers are there again.  A bit of a nuisance.  Anyone know what's going on here?

Hello, I have installed the latest version of Acrobat from the CC. After i tried to run the Preflight, it says its installing preflight, so i waited. After some time i restarted the acrobat and it said, that it has finished installing Preflight.So i ran it, but didnt load any presets into it. (not even the default ones) ... so i decided to import the kfp files into it manually - some did work, some didnt.The one i desperately need is the "convert fonts to outlines" and i believe this one is in the Acro2015.kfp - but i cannot import it "Unable to import Preflight profile file Acro2015.kfp"...I am using Windows 11 Pro. I tried reinstalling acrobat but the behaviour was the same. Installed also the Optional update 22.003.20263, didnt fix the problem. 

I finally upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 this week, and since doing so, all boldface in the documents I am using are no longer displayed (most of the time), and definitely not exported to PDF. When I View > Display Performance > Fast Display, it still shows the boldface text.  However, when I view > Typical Display, it does NOT show boldfaced fonts in boldface.  Ditto when I export the file to a PDF; it's all vanilla text. Using Sitka and Sitka Text Bold.  I've tried to install the Adobe version of these fonts but cannot; I get an error that duplicate fonts with that name already exist, but I cannot delete them since Windows considers them system fonts. Tried clearing the font cache, but cannot; all *FONTCACHE*.DAT and *FNTCACHE*.DAT files are in use, even when I quit out of all Adobe apps, log out of Creative Cloud, and even force-quit all Adobe and Creative Cloud processes. Tried with Arial Regular and Arial Bold, however, and that

I have a 1000 page PDF document and will be splitting every 2 pages. I will end up with 500 different documents that needs to be renamed to a specific pdf title Ex. Employee_1.pdfEmployee_2.pdfEmployee_3.pdf..Employee_500.pdf Preferably, I'd like the name of the document be reference off a text that will be subtly shown at the bottom corner of the 2nd page. Is there a way where the system is able pull off the text from the PDF and use that text reference and save it as the PDF document name?

Hi All,I aim to create a good gallery for those looking for photos, but most of the images are rejected!Could you tell me what is wrong with this photo? And why was it rejected? 

This is a new issue between 2024 and 2025 — when I copy from premiere timeline and paste into after effects it is encasing every clip copied into individual precomps. I want to keep files as native as possible between the two program's timelines. Is there a way to turn off this aut-enveloping of pasted files? (I would love to ask an adobe tech support person if this is a new intended behavior... and if so please don't. but since adobe has hidden all of their methods for contacting support — pushing all of us into this virtual lord of the flies system... i'm not holding my breath)

Iam using the last version of Photoshop. On Windows latest version.I use the Generative fill multiple times per weeks since many months, always worked.Suddenly, its now greyed out since two days.My Firefly credits are almost full.I have no option for date of birth since iam on a corporative licence.I see multiple posts about this and no fix, do something Adobe!
