Hi does anyone know where the link is to start a chat or file a ticke to get enterprise level support

Kindly make it possible to access audio that are in our device.

This is getting tiresome. Randomly whilst working in illustrator copy past commands, Ctrl C/Ctrl Z just stop working. No explanation no indication why. I have to select the items then goto the edit menu to do the controls. Windows 11 latest build but its been doing this for months. Auto update is on, latest illustrator. Only does this in illustrator any other app on my computer including other adobe ones,  works just fine, only in illustrator.

Software developper from PTGui let us know that not all the metadata was forwarded in the jpg export. Can you please support this data just like the 3 camera's from the mavic 3 pro are supported. It is about this data that the jpg files of an export are missing: it is about the 2,5x zoom lens of the newly released mavic 4 pro =============  It works for all DNG files you sent me. PTGui positions them automatically after loading.  The JPGs don't contain the necessary metadata though. This appears to get lost during raw conversion. Here's what it looks like; PTGui looks for the GimbalYawDegree and GimbalPitchDegree. You may consider requesting CaptureOne/ Adobe to support this:  <x:xmpmeta xmlns:x="adobe:ns:meta/"> <rdf:RDF xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns# (http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#)"> <rdf:Description rdf:about="Meta Data" xmlns:tiff="http://ns.adobe.com/tiff

Has anyone used the gnerative remove extra people tool?  I can't seem to get it to work and I think it's using all my credits.  lol. Not sure if it's user error, a wrong setting somewhere or a bug.  It will detect the extra people but not delete them.    Thx.

I am a very basic user of .pdf's, by that I mean I don't generate documents. I only need a reader to open documents that people send to me.  eg.  Bills, tax returns, work chits/payslips, quotes, invoices, letters, statements etc.  You name it, they all force you to use .pdf format to read their documents. The other day my PC stopped opening .pdfs, I double click on  the icon and.... nothing happens. I have uninstalled and then resintalled the acrobat reader...  and it still doesn't work. So I am now in an interesting position where I basically cannot do any work because I am relying on free software that doesn't offer a support function - there is no one to talk to to get it working again. So I'd appreciate any help/suggestions please.  Thanks

I will go to "Create" from scanner and click "Scan". I immediately get an error "Failed to open session on device (-9921) and then it will scan. In the next screen, I will select the item I wish to scan and select "Color" and click "Scan". Again I get another error, "The Selected Color Format is not supported". I could not do anything except Force Quit out of Acrobat since it would not let me do anything. After restarting, I went through the same scenario and when I got to the same spot that it locked up, I was able to click "Ok", but then it threw another error when I selected "Scan" stating "The operation is not allowed, since scanning is in progress", but the printer/scanner is sitting idle.I am able to accomplish the scanning using the utility program that came with the scanner, but I would prefer not having t

Hello!I have an active mobile Lightroom subscription purchased via the App Store, but the premium features (such as healing, selective editing, RAW editing, etc.) remain locked. Here’s what I’ve already tried:1. I signed in with the correct Adobe ID linked to my subscription.2. I used the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.3. I restarted my phone.4. I confirmed my internet connection and date/time settings.Unfortunately, none of this helped. I’m attaching screenshots for your review. Please help me activate my premium features.Thank you!

I had to switch AV software, whhich solved the issue, AVG used to perform well, not cause issues, but I concluded it was AVG that slowed down LIghtroom, Firefox, including the latest versions. It could take seeveral minutes to load Lightroom, and had to wait several minutes before I was able to switch pictures, as the software did not react. I had user interface issues. Pc even froze completely at times.

Hi everyone,I’m working on a packaging design in Adobe Illustrator 2024 where I need to punch through small vector shapes (like stars and outlined text) using the Shape Builder Tool so that the box material shows through underneath (i.e. not printed with white ink). The goal is to subtract these from a background shape and leave transparent holes for print.Problem:This process has become extremely slow:Each option+click lags for 2–3 secondsIllustrator becomes sluggish after a few dozen deletionsUsing a MacBook Pro M1 2020 (8GB RAM)I've attached a screenshot showing what I’m working with.Question:Is there a faster or more efficient way to “punch through” multiple small outlined shapes from a background shape using Shape Builder without the performance hit?I'd really appreciate any tips or workflow tweaks that could help. This is for a commercial print job and time is tight, so speeding this up would save a ton of frustration. Thanks in advance!

There is an announcement here about the release of v29.6:https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/whats-new.html I'm curious to see if this bug was fixed: https://illustrator.uservoice.com/forums/601447-illustrator-desktop-bugs/suggestions/49178864-type-on-path-doesn-t-slide-smoothly-anymore But, I don't see that version available in the Creative Cloud app, nor do I see anyone talking about it online as of today, 6/16/25

I have tried everything uninstalling, turning it off and turning it back but nothing is working. I saw somebody had the same issue last year and was able to fix it. I am unable to fix it. When I go to security and privacy preferences it is greyed out. I attached screen shot. It shows that I have full access to the disk but still can't open up premiere pro.

I have a list in excel or txt with more than 500 lines and I would like to import it into a dropdown list field. How do I do this, without having to type one by one.Acrobat Pro

Hello,I savede pictures on adobe cloud. I can see them when I go to creative cloud desktop app files. But when I am on ilustrator and try to place immages from my files on creative cloud, it says no cloud documents - yet.I already tried logoff, and back onn creative cloud, tried different versions of Ilustrator (2025 and 2025 beta), tried saving pictures in different areas and tried relink and place options but nothing makes it work.

I probably worded that title really badly but I'll try to describe.   A few weeks back I was given a template file for doing some advertising website takeovers for a games website. In the file were a few Artboards, including a Visual Artboard with the website mockup that showed how the design of Artboard 1 (and 2, 3, etc) would look in place on the website.   After a while I realised that as I updated, say, Artboard 1 (and perhaps after saving the PSD, I don't recall), the 'visual' Artboard (i.e. the Artboard that showed the finished design on a web page mockup) automatically updated with the design from Artboard 1. I never output Artboard 1 - never hit Save as... or Export As... but Visual Artboard was updating it automatically as I went.   "Neat," I thought. "I'll take a look at that feature when I'm not so busy."   But now I'm not so busy, and I cannot find how to achieve that magic. Was it a dream? or is this achievable? I wonder if there was a script or somethi

Why is a watercolor painting so pixelated in Fresco? In intuitive, exemplary simple, realistic - and so missed Sketch that was not the case. The magic of painting in Sketch all gone in Fresco, at least for me - not only by the pixelation but also by the behaviour of the watercolor brushes. But now when Sketch is soon terminated nothing else to do then to try once again with Fresco. However, it would be o great help if there was a way of getting the same antialiasing effect in Fresco as in Sketch - also if there was a way to import the Sketch default watercolor brushes to fresco - is there? Many thanks in advance for any answer solving or at least explaining these things

Hi,As far as i can tell blend options in illustrator with specified distance is limited to max. 1000pt (352mm). It would be highly appreciated if this limitation can be removed. My goal is to be able to set markings for washers on a banner with a spacing of +- 500mm.Any tips on how to achieve this with a workaround are appreciated 🙂

I'm working in InDesign v 14.1.3 on Windows 10. I'm trying to copy and paste without formatting text within my InDesign document. When I try to use the keyboard shortcut nothing is pasted and the option is greyed out in the edit menu. I can work around this issue by undoing my cut action and then cutting again and pasting without formatting.
