With the latest release (Premiere Pro 25.3.0), `qe.project.getActiveSequence().exportFramePNG` exports frames with an extra .png in the filename, breaking any functionality where we are later looking for the expected filename with `fs.existsSync` but don't find it     "QE is not supported, recommended, documented": Yes but we don't have a way of getting a frame from the video through the main API, and UXP is not in GA yet.   This will break functionality for any plugins relying on analysing frames from the user's sequence so.... worth fixing IMHO 🙂   Also seeing this popup in Premiere in the bottom-right which we didn't used to see before but it doesn't break any functionality:

Is it possible to move the files in my library to creative cloud files without resaving?

I'm experiencing an issue that I haven't been able to resolve.Photoshop on my laptop is lagging significantly, even when working with small files. Every action I take—such as zooming in and out—takes a few seconds to respond. This lag only occurs when my graphics processor (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti) is active in Photoshop. Here are my current settings in Photoshop:Photoshop version I'm currently using is: 26.7.0When I disable the graphics processor, Photoshop runs much more smoothly. However, it becomes unstable and crashes frequently, especially when working with larger files (over 3000 px in width or height) than the crashes happen all the time, and it is much, much worse.I’ve already contacted Adobe support. They attempted to fix the issue, but unfortunately, nothing changed. Here are the specifications of my laptop:Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11370H @ 3.30GHzRAM: 32 GB (31.8 GB usable)Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 TiSystem Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-ba

I understand how to turn the grid on and off.  However, recently whenever I open a file, Photoshop is showing the grid.  Since I almost never use the grid (and certainly not as my first task when working with a newly opened file), this is an annoyance.  Can anyone tell me how to change the default behavior so that the grid is hidden?  Forum posts on this seem to be mostly from many years ago.

Hello! I tried to put the echo effect on several files (.jpg, .png, psd) but it doesn't work. First I uploaded a png in AE. I moved it, put the echo effect on it and it did not work. I tried the same with a png and psd. Afterwards I precomposed the jpg, moved the composition and put the echo effect on it. Same with png and psd with no result. When I put the echo on text it works perfectly. But obviously I do something wrong. Thanks for your help!

Hello, The company I work (based in Australia) with has bought a full creative suite adobe license for a new graphic designer based in the Philippines. When they log into their Creative Cloud desktop application there is several things missing (adobe fonts, files, benefits, Create, Discover & stock) but when I log into the same account here in Australia all the features are there in my desktop application. The license was bought in Australia but we also have staff in South Africa who have adobe licenses and they have no issues. I assume there is some reginal restrictions or something but cant find any detailed information.I have talked adobe support and all they have said is to do the following which we have done and same issue is still there. Open task manager and close all background activities for Creative Cloud and then turn off Windows Firewall and repair Creative Cloud. Control Panel >Programs and Features > Creative cloud >Uninstall >Repair. I have

I'm a relatively new user. I have document pages that have multiple links that need to point to the same document elswhere in a different folder. Is there a way to choose all these links in one page, change their properties (assign the same Page x of x) all at once or am I stuck with editing each link property one by one? TIA - Paul O.

I needed to use adobe illustrator momentarily for a over the summer school project earlier this week and I took the Adobe free trial for it. Now I have no need for an adobe subscription since the project is done, but I have an issue. I cannot find where to cancel my subscription, infact it seems as if I had no free trial at all. I got the verification emal, I did fill my card information and I got the email that I will be charged on june 24th if I don't cancel my subscription. I checked my account information and there are no active plans, but I can still use illustrator normally. I want to cancel my plan and I don't want to be charged. Could this be because I used my student email?

I want to know how to eliminate display of tool bars on the side of photos.

I've subscribed to Acrobat for years. Lately when I click on a PDF, it opens the Welcome page to Acrobat Reader with a list of previously opened files (not the one I clicked on), then I get a pop up to buy Acrobat Pro. How do I open the file I want, and why is this happening now?  I'm using Windows 11. Thank you.

How can I show thumbnails in a document?

It's been a while since I've had to check audio on any channels above channel 2, however I've noticed that I'm nolonger able to monitor any channels that are greater than channel 2.For context, we deal with files which contain an array of audio channels, e.g. 1+5 Surround Final Mix3+4 Stereo Final Mix5-10 Surround Music & Effects11-16 Stereo Music & Effects Previously, I used to be able to solol channels when previewing the media in Premiere without the need for a sequence. Is there anything that now needs enabling to allow this or is Premiere expecting that source channel 5 for example will output on channel 5 rather than route to the configured output.  My team tend to use sequences but I'm not a fan of this as if the sequence settings are incorrect, they can route the channels incorrectly.

cant find any files that were lost when computer crashed.

I had a free Sign account.  On June 10th I bought Adobes Pro to able to continue to use Sign.  Login goes as follows: Enter email address  Enter passcode twice I am sent a page that says Self and Personal. When I click on check in, the dialog box is empty and there are no files to archive. I have to use TFS to check in and get latest.I'm using the latest version RH 2022 v6 on two devices, not at the same time.Does anyone know what the problem is?Thanks

Hello, I asked for the trial of adobe reader pro for 7 days, on the seventh day I turned off the subscription because I did not need to use the program anymore. But you still charged me the cost of the subscription, although still in time to cancel it. Can I get a refund? thank you.
