In the Top (or other orthographic) view, only the camera wireframe and a black bounding box/wireframe appear, but the actual 3D geometry/points do not render. I am currently using the Classic 3D renderer with Draft 3D toggled on/off. System Setup: App: Adobe After Effects v26.3.0 (Build 87) OS: macOS Sequoia 15.7.4 Hardware: MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) RAM: 16 GB (Attached screenshot showing the two views side-by-side)Is this a known limitation/bug with certain 3D assets/plugins in orthographic

Regarding Acrobat Professional, the Compare Files function, I think it is an important function. However, some results appear out of order among the compared files. I would like to ask Adobe technicians if there are any improvements planned for this function? Or will we have to purchase other products (from third parties, such as InformIT) to compare files and/or content?

We are looking to audit and adapt a PDF for one of our public sector clients to make it accessible, based on the new UK law that requires public sectors to meet WCAG 2.1 guidelines. I noticed on your website the PDF accessibility tool only goes to WCAG 2.0 which is the previous version. When looking into the differences between these versions, it appears the updates to 2.1 could be relevant to websites only, and not applicable to PDF's - are we right in thinking that? Can you confirm your accessibility guidelines and checker will meet the standards that are to be in place from 23 September 2020? Any help would be much appreciated.

How can I create Bar Chart Race animations similar to VGraphs in After Effects?Hi everyone,For the past few years, I’ve been trying to figure out how the YouTube channel VGraphs creates its Bar Chart Race animations.Their charts have a very distinctive and polished style. Some of the details that make their animations look different from typical Bar Chart Races are:The bars themselves are relatively short in width compared to the circular images attached to the ends of the bars. The bars have a black stroke/outline. The font used for the numbers and labels has a distinctive appearance and is somewhat bold. When the bars move or scroll vertically, the circular images attached to the ends of the bars appear to rotate, almost like a coin flipping from one side to the other. Overall, the animation is much more sophisticated than a standard Bar Chart Race.I’m a complete beginner when it comes to After Effects. In fact, I have never used After Effects before.I normally create basic Bar Chart

Hi, I am a IT guy, when I configure a new computer for user i go to the official Adobe page "https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ " and download Adobe Acrobat Reader DCand now is my question. Do I need license for this product because on this side "Volume distribution | Adobe Acrobat Reader DC "  we can read if I want distribute Adobe software for my own  side or local network i need license but lower we can read "You do not need to apply for a Reader Distribution License if you prefer to direct users from your website to Adobe.com to download Reader." so if users download themselves from official side I don't need license. In my situation it's me install from official side on users computers. So i need license or not?

I have project in Xd file, but I need to send it in PSD file to my customer. How can I convert it? I know there is an option to open PSD in XD, but XD -> PSD? Any ideas?

The new version of Acrobat is awful. The UI has become completly confusing to use. Nothing is where it was. Whoever thought this was a positive change is not customer centered. Where is the File tab? Doing something as simple as Save As is hard to find. I dislike the rearrangement and reconfiguration of the tool bars. It is not a customer friendly change and I am searching for other alternatives. You product has been deminished greatly. I will be canceling my subscribtion.

I’ve been using it extensively this year, and it’s clear Adobe has invested heavily in streamlining the UI, enhancing performance, and integrating AI-powered tools. Tasks like editing, signing, converting, and organizing PDFs feel much faster and more intuitive than before. The redesigned interface in modern Acrobat is cleaner and far more user-friendly, especially for professionals handling high volumes of documents. Features like cloud sync, smart form detection, and OCR are not only more reliable, but also noticeably quicker. That said, with so many new competitors offering lightweight PDF solutions  some even free  I’m curious to hear from others:Is the modern Acrobat still your go-to in 2025, or have you made the switch to another tool?Let’s open this up for discussion  I’d love to know what’s working for everyone.

when i press shift for adding comment for straight line, i could not finsih the next point and it doesnt allow me to save, exit. Only close the entire software  When i edit the image, all the image got brusted and the comment ran to other direction when try to flattener preview ( previously was in th epreflight), it suddently cut the half of the second page. and th AI is not AI level, cant solve nor answer any probelmit is worse then a read.

Text that used to be in my project is now not appearing. Resetting the character panel is not working. When I open a new file, the text works so this is only a problem in the file I am working on.

Hello Everyone, I am currently using a very old version of Acrobat Pro (old as in Windows 98 vintage) with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Yes, it still works, though it does crash once in a while. I am contemplating getting a more modern version of PDF software in anticipation of migrating to Windows 10 Pro 64 bit in the near future. I know that you must now purchase a subscription to Acrobat Pro rather than getting the software with a perpetual license, and you must periodically connect to the internet for Adobe to re-verify the validity of your subscription. I frequently handle legal and medical documents that need to be kept confidential, I would like to know if Adobe has access to my documents while I am connected to the internet and working on those documents? They necessarily are unencrypted during creation and revision/editing so if Adobe can access them, I cannot use the Adobe software. How can I be assured that the confidentiality of my files is maintained with soft

This seems to have already been done for Reader and all of the other Creative Cloud apps, but the Acrobat (Pro) app (setup.app) still requires Rosetta.  I do not want to install or have Rosetta running on my Mac and I would love to see the installer for Acrobat (Pro) fixed so that Rosetta is not required to install. Come on Adobe, you did it for all the other apps, why not this one?

Grazie in anticipo

Hello all,Today I have two questions to which I haven’t found an answer by myself:1. My usual layout has one text frame filling the whole page, but divided in two columns. When I insert a footnote, say in the left-hand column, I want its text to remain in that same column, and not spill over under the right-and column as if I had given a Span command.I have seen in questions already asked in this forum that some users have their footnotes behave natively just like I would want mine to behave, but I haven’t so far found a way to achieve that result.I attach a screen capture, as a picture speaks a thousand words, or so they say...2. is it possible to widen the space between the short separating line above the footnote, and that footnote itself? I have tried Space Before in the Footnote Paragraph Style I have created, but it doesn’t seem to work. Many thanks to you all for your help.Dominique

Hi, it's my first time using adobe acrobat and the pdf I created I had to delete a section that wasn't needed, but I have this white empty space where the text used to be, how do delete that extra space or shift the information to the top to make it look normal? It's also like that for the other pages even though I didn't delete anything from those pages, there's a lot of empty white space and I need to figure out how to get rid of it.

It seems that since we have patched users with 26.001.21745, now when they try to print a PDF from any location to our papercut server, they are all getting the same Adobe has failed to print this document’ error box. Has anyone else experienced this?

I just installed Photoshop 2025 on a new computer, M4 Max MacStudio on MacOS 15.7.1, and when I open it I get this error popup. There was a problem with Generator. If the problem persists, please see:http://www.adobe.com/go/photoshop_generator_errors_enNone of the solutions there seem relevent to a new install. I have no virus protection for instance. Log errors are copied below, starting with "No viable plugins were found in '/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2025/Plug-ins/Generator/'" -- and indeed that directory looks to be empty? The later ones make it look like there's a bug in some script.I've read many posts here on similar problems but none of the mentioned solutions that I've tried so far have made any difference. Help? From the log: Log file created on Thu Oct 16 2025 16:28:32 GMT-0700 (Pacific Daylight Time)[info:core 16:28:32.136 generator.js:114:22] Launching with config:{}[info:core 16:28:32.136 generator.js:116:26] provided PS information:version 26.8path/Applications/Ado

I am using Acrobat DC. I have a client who only has Reader. She is requesting that I send her a fillable PDF that is locked. She needs to be able to unlock the PDF herself, edit the fillable fields, re-lock it, and send it out to her clients.I tried "restrict editing", and it does not stop the ability to edit the fillable fields.I tried creating a password protection, but when I unlock the document it only allows me to make changes under the Edit tool, not the fillable fields. Also it does not give me an option to use the password to use the Prepare Form tool. It just says that I cannot use Prepare Form because of the security settings.I also thought of locking each field in the properties window, but then she would not be able to unlock or edit them.I hope this makes sense. TIA for your help!

Can you please provide me the link, where I can download Fresco Version 4. I have tried to install the newest version, but it crashes. I really need a version which works. Thank you.

I started a 7-day trial and was charged $21.96 but canceled the subscription before the 14-day mark. How do I contact Adobe for a refund?
