Solved

Please investigate the reason for the ongoing charge to my credit card, although I terminated all of my subscriptions during the trial period. I also reviewed "My Plan," and everything appeared to be in order; however, today, there was another attempt to charge my card. I ask you to cancel any remaining subscriptions and help me delete my card details.

Gracias

I have a Macbook Pro M3 and when I click on Audio or Video clips on the timeline the menu doesn't open entilrely. For instance, on the same project: If I right-click on an Adjustments Layer the menu takes the entire screen heights. If I right-click on a Video Layer if shows only from the place I click up to the bottom of the screen, which brings me a small menu. It's really hard to navigate and operate this way. I have to scroll down the entire menu all the time. I've check a similar discussion, but none of the proposed changes worked for me.And it really bugs me the fact that it works just fine on Adjustments Layers but not on Video layers. Does anyone has any clue on how to solve it?

Running an iMac with Sequoia 15.7.3 and Photoshop 27.9.1. I have no use for the new New Document splash screen. In the past, clicking the “use Legacy New Document” option worked….now it does not...why not????

I’ve been working on a project for quite some time now, and I’ve already rendered five versions of it without any issues. I wanted to render version 6, but all of a sudden, some of my drone footage has started lagging badly.Normally, I fix lagging by rendering the footage in and out, or by rendering the entire project, but neither solution is helping this time. Several drone shots are now lagging in the timeline, while the exact same clips play perfectly fine when I open them separately in QuickTime. They worked fine before, so something must be wrong within PP. Of course, Premiere Pro is up to date.  I’ve already updated my MacBook and checked for possible memory issues, but that doesn’t seem to be the cause either.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how I can fix it?

Hello all, I have a question, my automatic payment falls on a Saturday this month and I know it won’t be processed until monday. I just want to make sure that I won’t be charged for miss payments or have my adobe account canceled because the payment fell on a Saturday. Thanks!

Já paguei pela assinatura. Tenho direito a alguma coisa??

One of my users got this error recently when she was trying to convert or combine Excel spreadsheets to PDF via the context menu.  We tried removing Adobe Standard DC and reinstalling it, and then running a full repair on Office 365.  When that didn't work, I disabled the COM plug-in in Excel, but I could not then *re-enable* the plug-in.  So I set up a new machine also with Office 365 ProPlus (16.08431.2242) and installed Adobe Standard DC (18.011.20038), and I continue to get the "An unexpected error occurred" right away.  However, if I open one Excel file and use the ribbon, the file converts just fine.

I used to edit photos in the FIT option. and Zoom when I required to edit a specific area. I was not an issue till now. But happened to be like shifting the color/exposure when I trying to zoom. This affects the final export as well I am seeing different output that I see in the fit  options. I tried by changing the GPU off and On but resulting same.

Hi,Even after disabling all "Document Cloud" feature for Acrobat Pro DC via Adobe Customization Wizard DC, I'm still able to see this "Adobe Document Cloud For MS Outlook add-in" in Outlook. Can you please tell is it disabled or not? or Is it expected to be there even after it is disabled? If not, how can I disable this add-in via Customization Wizard?

I had subscribed for the 14 day trial (which ends today, 11 August 2026) but unfortunately I forgot to cancel my subscription and I am currently charged for it today. As per the policy, it says if we cancel within 14 days, we get the full refund. Can you please let me know when will I receive my refund? Thanks

In Adobe Acrobat E-Sign, CC recipients receive both the "Agreement Sent" notification and the final signed document. Is there an account- or group-level setting that allows CC recipients to receive only the completed document? Any advice or recommendations from others who have encountered this would be greatly appreciated.{Title edited by Adobe moderator}

Gracias

I paid my Lightroom Mobile subscription, it worked few days, and now it’s not. In my apple account I see current subscription, but in app subscription period expired.

Dear Adobe,I have a question. I have an Adobe Express Premium subscription with you for 12.09 euros per month. I would like to cancel this, but I no longer know which email address this subscription is registered to. Can you help me with this?Sincerely,Martijn Raats

I have a brand new MacBook running MacOS Tahoe 26.5.1When I try to open an InDesign files it opens the weird Adobe home screen with InDesign files as thumbnails instead. I have never seen this home screen because what is the point in it. So I have to open any InDesign files via the home screen: Open > choose file on Desktop. But InDesign literally doesn't work. There are no options, no toolbars or control panel etc.Zero keyboard shortcuts. Even zooming in on a doc doesn't work. All workspaces have disappeared. There are no options for workspaces, e.g. Essentials, Printing & Proofing, Advanced etc.I have tried reinstalling InDesign twice, deleting caches, Reset all preferences to factory defaults  etc etc zero fix.

in illustrator scripting tags.removeAll() doesn’t seem to do anythingexample:selection[0].tags.add()alert(selection[0].tags.lengh) // result = 1selection[0].tags.removeAll() // no errorsalert(selection[0].tags.lengh) // result = 1// but remove individual tag worksselection[0].tags[0].remove()alert(selection[0].tags.lengh) // result = 0what give? I can loop and remove all tags that way but that’s not fun.

The ability to toggle between the original image and the modified one using the “\” key is invaluable.  Similarly, it would be amazing if you could easily toggle between before and after the last change without having to do keyboard gymnastics.

The problem says something went wrong. Please try again. I am not getting it. Previously, several LinkedIn advertisements were generated using the same prompt. What is happening now I cannot understand. Please look into the issue. were generated what happened with this one.
