Solved

Ver. 27.9.1 (Windows 11) - When I try to edit the color of a Color Overlay Layer Style, the program freezes.  I can’t click the color swatch to change it, but I can use the eyedropper to change the color.  ANY other click results in a Windows chime sound saying that something is wrong.  Photoshop is frozen, I can’t exit the Layer Styles editor, can’t do anything except ‘End task’ Photoshop.   While typing this I also tried editing the color of a different layer Style, and as soon as I click the color swatch the same behavior results.  I also used the Paintbrush (not within a Lyer Style edit, just painting on a layer) and clicked the color swatch, same thing happens - the cursor changes to the Eyedropper and every click, no matter where, sets off the Windows sound and Photoshop is totally unresponsive. Keyboard shortcuts to change the tool (V or M) do nothing, just the same Windows sound as a response.  I have to force the program to shutdown, there’s no way out of this loop.

Dear all, apologies if this has been solved before, I haven't seen it. We have accumulated a number of stock credits via the subscription that adds 25 credits a month. We do not need the subscription on that account any more and cancelled it. What will happen to our credits, will they remain usable for purchases until the amount is depleted?Kind regardsBSG

Hey there,I've had this problem recently where I can't get footage shot on my Mavic or my Osmo to playback in Premiere. I've been shooting on my Mavic for over a year and never had this issue. I've done everything I can think of. I updated my drivers, updated premiere, cleared my cache. I've even deleted and reinstalled Premiere and my graphics drivers with no luck. I worked with support and they basically told me just to run it off the software rather than my graphics card, but if I do it that way, I can't get anything to render anyways. If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

Not able to Re-order page in Acrobat in Android. Using Samsung S26 Ultra. Acrobat Version - 26.5.0 When I press and hold, no option shows to move pages. Screen Recording Attached.

First of all, if you have your Adobe set to Automatically update your apps, you’ll want to turn that off. I went into settings, because I was sure I had autoupdates off. But as it turned out (and I swear I don’t remember setting this), you can have autoupdates selectively off on an app by app basis. And for some reason mine WAS set to autoupdate InDesign. Like others, I also lost all of my PDF presets when InDesign updated to 2025, but if you are on a Mac, you can go to the place on your drive where Adobe stores those presets, and restore that folder from Time Machine. I restored that folder to yesterday, and I got all my Adobe PDF presets back again. User-defined PDF Presets: /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PDF/Settings  I also set the Mac to only open INDD and INDT in the 2024 version of InDesign. If you let it open them in 2025, it requires a “Save As” instead of “Save” on any files you worked on, and once you save them from 2025, no one

: I got the "already in use by the maximum allowed computers" message and have deactivated and uninstalled Acrobat from my old machine and still get the same message. What do I do?

I need a telephone number for customer support.

I’m embarrassed for Adobe. I’m retired now, but I’d used Acrobat since its inception, I believe 1993. It always worked for me. Now it’s crap. I can’t OCR. I can’t print to PDF. It fails every time. I send in reports. It looks for solutions, but it has none. I’ve had to use free 3rd party tools, but even with those, I can’t get what I need. I have a 10-page TIFF file that I need to OCR and bring into my desktop publishing tool. Not InDesign. I used to use that. Now it’s Affinity Publisher. Whatever. This is all unbelievable.

Hi,I recently created my Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, but I noticed that my portfolio is visible in some countries while it does not appear to be visible in others. For example, I can access and see my portfolio when using some country versions of Adobe Stock, but when I switch to other countries, my portfolio cannot be found. Is this normal for a new contributor account? Does Adobe gradually make a new portfolio available in other countries? If so, how long does it usually take for the portfolio to become visible worldwide? Thanks!

There is bug in the lightroom mobile application, where users can freely edit the premium presets and need not take the subscription. This is for both ios and android. You just have to perform one step after editing the pictures and in less than 1 sec your premium subscription based presets are applied freely for your images

I'm having an issue with shadows when 3D objects are animated using Advanced 3D renderer and an Environment Light in After Effects. When the objects move, the shadow stutters/jumps instead of animating smoothly, even though all rendering settings in the Advanced 3D menu are set to maximum."

Please investigate the reason for the ongoing charge to my credit card, although I terminated all of my subscriptions during the trial period. I also reviewed "My Plan," and everything appeared to be in order; however, today, there was another attempt to charge my card. I ask you to cancel any remaining subscriptions and help me delete my card details.

Gracias

I have a Macbook Pro M3 and when I click on Audio or Video clips on the timeline the menu doesn't open entilrely. For instance, on the same project: If I right-click on an Adjustments Layer the menu takes the entire screen heights. If I right-click on a Video Layer if shows only from the place I click up to the bottom of the screen, which brings me a small menu. It's really hard to navigate and operate this way. I have to scroll down the entire menu all the time. I've check a similar discussion, but none of the proposed changes worked for me.And it really bugs me the fact that it works just fine on Adjustments Layers but not on Video layers. Does anyone has any clue on how to solve it?

Running an iMac with Sequoia 15.7.3 and Photoshop 27.9.1. I have no use for the new New Document splash screen. In the past, clicking the “use Legacy New Document” option worked….now it does not...why not????

I’ve been working on a project for quite some time now, and I’ve already rendered five versions of it without any issues. I wanted to render version 6, but all of a sudden, some of my drone footage has started lagging badly.Normally, I fix lagging by rendering the footage in and out, or by rendering the entire project, but neither solution is helping this time. Several drone shots are now lagging in the timeline, while the exact same clips play perfectly fine when I open them separately in QuickTime. They worked fine before, so something must be wrong within PP. Of course, Premiere Pro is up to date.  I’ve already updated my MacBook and checked for possible memory issues, but that doesn’t seem to be the cause either.Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this or how I can fix it?

Hello all, I have a question, my automatic payment falls on a Saturday this month and I know it won’t be processed until monday. I just want to make sure that I won’t be charged for miss payments or have my adobe account canceled because the payment fell on a Saturday. Thanks!

Já paguei pela assinatura. Tenho direito a alguma coisa??

One of my users got this error recently when she was trying to convert or combine Excel spreadsheets to PDF via the context menu.  We tried removing Adobe Standard DC and reinstalling it, and then running a full repair on Office 365.  When that didn't work, I disabled the COM plug-in in Excel, but I could not then *re-enable* the plug-in.  So I set up a new machine also with Office 365 ProPlus (16.08431.2242) and installed Adobe Standard DC (18.011.20038), and I continue to get the "An unexpected error occurred" right away.  However, if I open one Excel file and use the ribbon, the file converts just fine.

I used to edit photos in the FIT option. and Zoom when I required to edit a specific area. I was not an issue till now. But happened to be like shifting the color/exposure when I trying to zoom. This affects the final export as well I am seeing different output that I see in the fit  options. I tried by changing the GPU off and On but resulting same.

Como insiro uma opção de ‘converter em pdf’ no menu de contexto abaixo?
