Die Testversion konnte ich nicht rechtzeitig beenden, weil ich nicht angezeigt bekommen habe, dass ich sie nutze. Jetzt wurde mir Geld abgebucht für ein Abo, was in der App nicht anzeigt wird und ich nicht nutzen kann...!Ich will das Abo kündigen!

I am sitting within an enterprise environment and have just discovered that I am unable to convert PDFs into InDesign. This was a problem before but was resolved by adding me to an enterprise group. All the settings from that group are still in place but I’m back to getting the error below. I successfully imported the same PDF into Illustrator, but when I tried to open the Illustrator file from InDesign, got the same error.Ideas?

So, I’ve been using the Adobe Firefly image editor directly on the site for about a month now with no issues.  But, for some reason today I can’t upload any images to edit.  I go to the image editor, hit the Upload button, select an image to upload and hit ok, then nothing happens now, the image just never comes into the editor now for some unknown reason.  I have tried both the current versions of Chrome and Firefox and both have the same issue.  Is there some place that the images are getting stored that is like maxed out capacity wise and needs clearing out or something?  There’s no error message displayed anywhere when this happens, so I don’t know what is going on. Please assist and thanks,-Jason

I have been trying to change my plan, but when im on the confirmation screen the website justs says “We couldn't process your request. Please try again or contact support if the issue continues.” the ai support is completely unresponsive. I have done everything i can think of. I am aiming to move to a premiere pro plan from my lightroom plan as offered by adobe, but it will not let me do this. I feel like im losing my mind. idek who im speaking to right now 😭. adobe can you fix this for me? This is a very annoying experience. 

My Adobe Creative Cloud Student subscription was automatically renewed on June 3, 2026. The renewal was for a full year and the amount charged (€485.98) was more than double what I paid last year.I cancelled the subscription within 14 days of the renewal, but I am worried that I may not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, this is a large amount of money for me and I cannot afford this unexpected charge.Has anyone been in a similar situation, and is it possible to receive a full refund after cancelling within the 14-day period?Thank you.

Good evening,I used the reflection removal tool for the first time today on a RAW file and when it finished the process I was left with the attached ‘image’.Any thoughts, or preferably solutions, would be much appreciated.Thank you.Mark

the icon of generative ai credits didn’t appear in the top of my program menu and in other menus and i attached first screen shot to refer to that by yellow marks and second one in generative upscale menu it shows but non clickable and i refer too by yellow marks pls help me to fix this issue i use PS ver. 27.7 ( with arabic support text writing )  

Good evening!Since the latest InDesign update (20.5), I've been having issues displaying fonts and styles in the panel.While previously, when selecting non-homogeneous text (different fonts or roman and italic) the box remained empty, now "majority" fonts and styles appear. Is this a problem with this update or with my PC (Windows 10)? Thank you in advance

I added a custom stamp, but the image file stamps on the page in a size much larger than I desire. I have re-sized the stamp, but how do I save that size as default? It made sense to me that when I got it where I wanted it I would RMB click on the stamp and choose Properties>Make Current Properties Default, but that doesn't work. Thanks in advance for the help.

I signed up for a free trial a few days ago by accident, my computer was lagging. As I hoovered over the offer constantly moving and clicking trying to get my sensor to connect it clicked on the offer and went through the prompts, all my information was already there due to me having an account before. I was in the account trying to fill out a document, but I didn't have plans to sign up for Adobe again, I had it before and it didn't work out for me. I tried to cancel, it gave me a your subscription will end on June 5th message so I logged out thinking everything was ok. But after a few days went by I went to check my email for a cancellation email, nothing, but I did get an email today saying payment declined. And I'm glad it did! Because it shouldn't still be active! Please cancel

Is it possible to round the corners of a table in InDesign?

How do I start with a photo i.e. of myself, and then ask ai to change it. For example, I want to upload a photo of myself and have ai put me in a business suit. Can you do this in Adobe Express? 

I start the adjustment my captures in RAW in Adobe Bridge where I start Photoshop and modul Camera RAW. I often use HDR or panoramic captures, it means I asembly perhaps 20 captures to one picture. Some time it happens that freeze point of mouse and then behind several secunds is windows white and the end all is freezed. Is it safe to eject my memory card while only converting to .dng during importation?

Some shapes consist of many parts with different colors and cutouts. To keep them separate, I have to group them.But sometimes, when I ungroup all the objects on the page, everything falls apart and gets messy.So, I use the Pathfinder to merge simple, single-color shapes.But for complex shapes with strokes and different colors, this doesn’t seem to work—merging them just combines them into a single object.Is there a way to solve this problem? It’s a bit like Smart Objects in Photoshop.Please see the attachment for a sample. 

If there are a lot of icons, they end up too scattered, making it difficult to control alignment and spacing.Like in InDesign, you can embed them freely and use the object positioning feature. 

When I try to put a text box over a photo the text disappears but the text box shows. How do I get the text to show

I have been asked to begin exporting episodes of a podcast that I edit in .aac format to meet the requirements of a new hosting service. However, Audition will not let me do so. When I select “MPEG 2-AAC (*.aac)” in the Format dropdown, I get a yellow warning sign next to the “OK” button that reads “The currently selected filter cannot save all files in the needed format” which is preventing me from progressing. I have tried a few things.I exported the file as an .mp3 and then opened it in Audition and exported that file as an .aac file. This was rejected by the host, saying that it was not encoded as an .aac file. I used Adobe Media Encoder to convert the .mp3 file to .aac. This was rejected by the host with the message “This file has an M4A extension but it does not appear to be an M4A file based on its contents.” Any help on how to proceed with exporting the file as .aac would be appreciated. Included below is a screenshot of the Export Multitrack Mixdown dialog box.
