It seems that something called stock was bundled into our premier subscription. We love premier but do not use stock. We canceled our subscription to stock after we realized what was happening. Is it possible to get a refund? We are a small nonprofit so any amount we are able to get back helps us to continue to serve our youth! Thank you!

Hi, I’ve been charged with an unsual money (around 22.99$) on my visa card. The thing is, my plan has been cancelled for many months (on Dec 13th 2025) and I’m still getting charged today. I didn’t even find any bills or subscriptions in my plans. I’d like to demand a refund, the money is very important to me at this moment. My bank usually doesn’t have enough 30$, but when I received 50$ today, I was charged so I was freaked out. Sorry for my poor English, I hope the words are understandable enough.

When I import a .psd image in greyscale plus spot colours, only the black appears. The Pantone colours don’t even show up in the list. Is this happening to you too?  This isn’t the case for- CMYK+Spot- Greyscale with a layer- Greyscale with an alpha channel- .TIF Thanks in advance !

in captivate itself it shows a scroll barIn preview and review links the scrollbar disappears and you cannot view all textAfter updating to the latest Captivate 13.1.1.200, our click to reveal activities appear to be broken… we can no longer scroll text that was previously scrollable, leaving us with cut off text. ----update------while this technically remains broken for body text on the click to reveal cards, moving the text to sub heading seems to be the only work around.

How can i request a refund? I only wanted the trial version and wasn’t notified that it will expire and charge me soon, despite being told i would

Hi there,If I use Super Resolution on a .NEF file in Lightroom, and then go Photo > Edit In > Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2026 I get the error message “Could not open ‘XXXXXXXX.NEF’ because the file-format cannot parse the file.”  This is a recent problem, and I am 80% sure it started after I updated to the most recent versions of LR and PS. Are there any known fixes for this, or is it time to roll back to previous versions of the software? I am currently getting around the problem by Super Resolutioning, and then exporting a PSD, but this is a rather clumsy fix, it would be great if the old functionality could be restored. I’m on:M2 Max Studio, Sequoia 15.6.1LR Classic 15.3PS 27.6 Thanks and fingers crossed, Jamie

I was looking for a good alternative to Canva. But I need to be able to change the color of design assets or icons. For instance a black arrow to orange. Is that possible in Adobe Express? I do not appear to have any tool bar like I’ve seen in video tutorials. Thanks for any assistance!

Hello I have multiple Credit cards in my payment options and there one I want to remove, I tried support chat but the bot does not understand or give instructions on how to delete card. Is there a way I can talk to an actual rep or employee to help me with this problem. best regards Rita

** I DON'T WANT ANY FORUM LINKS **I want to remove my credit card. I have checked every single forum and howto page and nothing works. I cannot call as I can't call during their hours. I am sick and tired of this damn site taking the crap. The only thing I found is the 'Go to your My Information' and I have no idea where it is. Just tell me if you know. Show me pictures, because it is not anywhere in my Account page. I have contacted the customer support chat almost 11 times now and absolutely no help at all, not even speaking to me. It's disgusting. And I'll repeat this; DO NOT SEND ME ANY FORUM LINKS. THEY ARE USELESS.

Computer didn't crash I just closed an illustrator file without saving it*. Autosave is set up for every 2 minutes and I can see the autosaved version .aid but can't figure how to open it. Thanks for any help on this. (*I accidentally closed it because there is some key combination which I inadvertently do which changes my keyboard from English to French and then  the Z becomes X - so when I do control Z I've actually done control X - wish I knew how I did that).

Hi All,My boss and I both work in Adobe Creative cloud and are constantly sharing, opening and closing the same InDesign files back and forth. We both have the same font book, google fonts, and adobe fonts activated. With that said, we have the same Poppins font. For some reason, if I create an InDesign file with Poppins, whenever he opens it a dialogue box shows up for missing font. And the mission font says its Poppins OTF, and so he changes the font back to 'his' Poppins and saves and closes. And if I open it again I get the same dialogue box, with the missing Poppins OTF. Its really frustrating having to change the fonts back every time so there are no errors showing.Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix?

hi bug downaloding

I was looking for a way to request a refund and I didn’t see how, but I saw others come here so I figured I'd try as well. I had purchased the adobe free trial with the intention of using it until it ended then likely keeping it , however it was not what I needed. I cancelled today and it renewed today.

This continues to happen randomly since upgrading to os Sequioa and it requires a full hard restart.  Wasting hours on restarts and losing work. Illustrator 29.2.1 Macos Sequioa 15.2Mac StudioM2 MAx64GB

I have tried EVERYTHING, Done about 13 Export for Printing attempts, but I never, ever succeeded in generating a single-page PDF from a 330-page book designed with facing pages. And I had no choice but creating that book with Facing pages since it is a book about art where several artworks span over two pages, the reason for having designed it as Facing Pages.  The Basic and no-brainer, EXPORT Single Page, not Spread: does not work, it creates Spread facing pages PDF. Tried to change the InDesign setup, unchecking the “Facing Pages”, no more luck. When exporting, I tried with and without the bleed and crop marks, no more luck. I even tried to make a copy of my InDesign, and crazy type of work, but if at least it would have worked, I have tried to separate all my spreads manually (330 pages !!!!) so they look as single, not facing pages anymore on the right hand side Page window: When separating the facing pages manually, it corrupted the page design and background colours. In despair,

I need to overlay two multi-page PDFs - one containing the main content, the second containing a unique label at the bottom of each page - to produce a single PDF where each page shows its own corresponding label. The Background and Watermark tools get me closest (Tools → Edit PDF → Background / Watermark). Both accept a multi-page PDF as the label source, but then only allow a single numeric page number to be selected from it, so the same label appears on every page. If there were a "use all pages" or page-range option at that point, this would be straightforward. Is there a way to achieve a true page-by-page overlay in Acrobat Pro?Thanks.

Last year, my company switched everyone to PC laptops and it’s been trouble ever since. Latest issue: Photoshop printing. If we can even get the list of printer profiles to appear, they all appear to be video settings.  Doing what investigation and experimentation I can (they have these machines locked down to an insane degree), looks like Photoshop is ignoring the system profile folder C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color in favor of its own folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Color\MPProfiles. This seems to be filled with profiles After Effects and Premiere need.  I tried (on my personal PC) moving all the video profiles into a Video folder but PS still displays them. I don’t want to remove them entirely as I figure AE and PP are using them for something. But I also can’t add the actual printer drivers to this folder due to the aforementioned locked-down nature of the work computer. So my question is two-fold: do I need all these video profiles, and can I point Photos

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am writing to request the immediate cancellation of my “Annual plan, paid monthly” subscription. I started a 7-day free trial about 9 days ago (May 4), but unfortunately, I missed the window to cancel before it expired.I noticed an automatic charge was recently attempted but declined due to insufficient funds hence the billing issue. Because the payment hasn't cleared, my account settings currently will not allow me to cancel the plan myself.I have not used any Adobe products or services since the free trial ended. Because I am still within the first 14 days of my initial sign-up, I kindly request your assistance with the following: Canceling the subscription immediately so no further payment attempts are made. Waiving any cancellation fees, as I have not used the service and am within the standard 14-day cancellation/refund window. No refunds needed, just cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. I would greatly appreciate your understanding and help in re

Does anyone know how to make the Win 11 taskbar show a separte icon for each PDF that's open? By default, Windows 11 likes to combine together all open files by program.  Looking in the Windows community forums, I fould that we were given the option to turn off that "feature" last year (I'm running build 22621.2861, ver 22H).  So I set the tasbar to Never combine, and it stopped combining my Excel, Word, etc files. Each now shows separately on the taskbar. However, my PDF's are still being combined into a single icon. I know I can click on the icon then select which PDF to work on, but my preference is to have a separate icon on the taskbar for each PDF I have open.  Since Windows 11 does this for other for other programs now, I'm guessing PDFs are being combined due to some Adobe setting. Does anyone know if that can be changed so my Win 11 taskbar shows a separate icon for each PDF I have open?  Thanks! Thx
