First time posting here. When I open my installed programs in the windows 11 settings tab, I see two copies of Photoshop 2026 installed- 27.1.0.17 and 27.4.0.15. They are not listed in the creative cloud desktop, currently I do not have photoshop as a downloaded program there. So I try to use the windows uninstall and they will not uninstall. Next I tried the cleanup tool, and when I look through the list of programs able to be removed the only installed program able to be removed is Lightroom which I have installed and would like to keep it as it is. I just want to uninstall the duplicate programs and install photoshop once.

I started a free trial for acrobat reader, I didn’t know all the other services also started. right after that day I cancelled the plan. but I didn’t know it was not updated on web or it was active on some other plan. after that I never checked it thinking I’d already cancelled the subscription as I saw software stopped the trial services.Today 13 may I just saw the payment deducted. and Right away I’m here. I checked and cancelled whatever plan I saw was active. + I want my refund please. As I saw in 14 days I can request the refund. it’s just couple of hours It got deducted and I saw it and came here.

My user said before the Adobe PDF updates, their usual practice of using PDF file is When double clicking images, Adobe Acrobat would open the image in a new tab. However the cursor now goes from arrow head to a cross and double clicking doesn't open the image in a new tab. Instead, it gives the user the option to copy images. I’ve tested myself and I could not open the images as a new tab by double-clicking it too.Show Large Images is enabled in Preferences. Is there any settings to enable this function? Or did it no longer exist anymore after Adobe updates? Thanks.

When several documents are open in Acrobat and I dock the window to the side (left or right) of the screen, I can’t move the window because top part is covered with tabs and useless UI elements so there is no place to grab the window by.

AI is okay but how about showing some real intelligence and sorting out this ‘waitung to upload’ mess in your app? Very frustrating.

Hello everyone.Windows 11. When I open PDFs containing annotations by double-click on it, Acrobat Reader window opens for a short while and disappears. This happens when I have new interface enabled. No problem with new look disabled. What is wrong with the file?

Highlighting text in Adobe Reader can sometimes become difficult due to tool glitches or outdated software settings. To fix this issue, make sure Adobe Reader is updated to the latest version and use the Comment tool for accurate highlighting. Disabling protected mode, restarting the application, or repairing the installation can also improve performance. Proper settings and regular updates help ensure smooth and error-free text highlighting in PDF documents.[Third-party website URL removed by Adobe Moderator]

I do not want Adobe Acrobat to automatically open PDFs when I download them. I know that this can be disabled in Preferences → General. However, whenever Adobe installs an update this setting seems to reset for some annoying reason instead of respecting the current settings. How do I disable this setting permanently?

Hello,I have a question. Currently dealing with a client of mines from my Company that has been dealing with a particular PDF file that has been crashing. It crashes when user is trying to use sign and fill his signature onto the PDF file. I’ve ran repairs/Reinstalled deleting adobe cache for signatures. None of this seem to fix the issue. I saw that it was a known issue from adobe but it’s weird because it seems to just be one PDF file. I’ve tested it with my user with other PDF files and it was perfectly fine.Any solutions? Thanks!

I used DNG converter with Sony's three raw formats for the A7 V. Although the ARW files for the HQ and compressed formats are much smaller than the lossless compressed file, the DNG from the lossless compressed file is smaller than the other two. Does that make sense? Since the other two are lossy, I expected the corresponding DNGs to be smaller.  Here are sizes for 3 shots of the same thing:Lossless compressed:  48.56 MB ARW → 40.95 MB DNGCompressed HQ:  34.05 MB ARW → 42.61 MB DNGCompressed:  34.33 MB ARW → 42.87 MB DNG

I just stared using key words and have a bunch I do not like and want to elimate permanently from option list that comes up when you enter the first letter of the keyword. I uses lightroom cc on phone and desktop.

Hello Adobe Community,I’m currently working as a Patch Administrator and looking for guidance on automating the deployment of Adobe products (e.g., Acrobat, Creative Cloud apps) into Microsoft Intune and SCCM (Configuration Manager). At present, our process is entirely manual:We download Adobe installers/packages from the Adobe Admin Console Repackage or prepare them for deployment Upload and deploy them via Intune/SCCMThis approach is quite time-consuming, especially when handling frequent updates and multiple products. What I’m Looking ForI would like to understand if there are more efficient or automated approaches available, such as:Integration between Adobe Admin Console and Intune/SCCM APIs, scripts, or tools for automated package creation and deployment Best practices for managing Adobe updates at scale Any existing workflows or pipelines others are using to streamline this processAdditional ContextEnvironment: Enterprise (Windows endpoints) Deployment tools: Microsoft Intune &amp

When i put 1800x1800 as composition it becomes more of a rectangle than a square even if my pixel aspect ratio is on square pixels. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am here for the last 10 minutes. Thanks

When hovering images it generates a description. This is almost always non-informative. Like: “picture containing text and font”. How do I turn this off globally? Thanks
