I have been using LrC on this (Windows 11) computer for over a year now with no issues, with the last time I used it about a week or 2 ago.  Now neither Lr or LrC will open when I try to launch them.  Both showed that they needed to update in the Creative Cloud Desktop, but the update didn’t fix either.  I uninstalled and reinstalled LrC with no change, as well as multiple restarts of computer, deleting the .lock, .shm, and .wal files, as well as ctrl clicking and alt + shift clicking to launch, and even resetting/deleting preferences.  Nothing has made a difference.  I click to open (both from desktop icon and from within Creative Cloud Desktop), and the Windows loading wheel icon shows briefly, but then nothing happens at all.  The apps show up as running in task manager, but nothing ever opens.  I have of course ended task and tried all of the above again.  Still no luck.

Alla voce opacità nel pannello “controllo effetti”, non ho la penna o le forme per fare le maschere. non capisco il motivo. ho provato a aggiornare premiere all’ultima versione ma non è cambiato nulla

My name is Awnica Browne. I am a Photographer in San Jose, CA. I am a small business that focuses on Brand Photography and Video. I have been a life long Adobe user. I was using your Premiere product to create a movie and used some Adobe Stock footage to complete the video. I was about to use my last credit and thought, this couldn’t be my last credit. I have been paying for Adobe Stock for 4 years, I should have an abundance of credits to download more videos and photos to complete my project. I thought due to not making my monthly payment yet that that was the cause of not allowing me to download more. I called Customer Service to confirm and to my utter shock, I was told that I lost all of my credits. I thought the Generative Ai of 1500 was the number of stock images that I had previously paid for and were sitting there waiting for me to use. That was not the case. I literally lost all of my unused credits, without an email letting me know that my year was about to be up and I would

The entire vector design was made by me, yet it was rejected for this reason. Now the question is, why was it rejected under Intellectual Property Refusal?

Hi All, Have a bit of a weid one, I have experineced this multiple times with different printers, (All Fuji tho). I try print a PDF from Adobe Acrobat and it will fail at the printer. The most recent error I have gotten on the printer is Error (016-799) where looking up the code it tells me "The specified print parameter is abnormal"The odd part is if I take the same file and print from chrome or edge it will print just fine. No printer settings have been changed. This makes me belive that something in Acrobat is being added that the printer can not handel, but it doesnt happen to all jobs.Any ideas?

My personal Lightroom Cloud library (~20,000 photos) disappeared after I temporarily assigned my Adobe ID as an administrator in an organization through Admin Console. My Lightroom 1TB plan is active but storage dropped to ~40MB and Lightroom Web shows an empty library under both personal and organization profiles.Admin Console storage confirms the missing assets are not in the organization tenant. This appears to be a detached identity container after admin role change.Requesting escalation to Identity Engineering / Storage backend. This happened immediately after a temporary Admin Console administrator assignment.

Why does Adobe Firefly behave in an adversarial manner when I try to generate a beautiful woman in a beautiful bikini photo. What is there in those photos that you are preventing from generating? I say this honestly and sincerely: I find it beautiful and delightful to look at a beautiful woman in a proper bikini, without any sexual, erotic or pornographic effect. I hate such effects. Only a beautiful, clean bikini photo is beautiful when it does not have the above-mentioned elements. I personally hate above all that a woman is objectified and made into a sex object. I find it ugly and inappropriate and offensive to a woman's dignity. Bikinis are a beautiful summer outfit that is a natural part of feminine dressing. No one goes to the beach or swimming in a summer dress. It is vulgar and absurd. That is why there are swimsuits for every occasion, including bikinis. I am not some sick, weird bikini freak, but it bothers me when you see it as abnormal, when summer comes, women wear bik

Hi everyone,I’m having trouble with the 'Share for Review' feature in InDesign yet again. I’ve already double-checked all my links, but I can't find a solution. This is the second time this has happened with this specific client, and for the sake of professionalism, I cannot generate a new link.Does anyone have a 'magic trick' to fix this situation? I’m honestly feeling quite discouraged. Thanks in advance for your help!Sandrine

Hi I thought  had cancelled my subscription until I saw that my account was debited today, please I have now cancelled it and i would like a full refund. Thank you

Is there a way of adding title text to subsequent pages of the table of contents?I’m writing a manual and the table of contents is 16 pages long. I have the title on the first page and need the following pages to say “Table of Contents Continued” on them.I tried manually typing it in on the second page, using the paragraph design I created for the TOC title, but FrameMaker moves to the top of the first page when I update the book.

I have had Creative Cloud for years and just discovered that it was what has been causing my computer to lock up so (after A LOT of frustration) I removed it. I still need Acrobat PRO on my PC though and I can only find download options that also contain creative cloud. Does anyone know of a way to get around this? TIA!!!

I sent out a Bulk Send with 60+ agreements, and included one signer and two CC's. The signers are all unique; the first CC is the same on all agreements, and the second CC is unique. The people CC'd are unable to view the documents, and do not have access even after requesting a verification code. They are also not receiving notifications that the agreements were signed. How can I make sure that all CC'd recipients have access to the form, and that they are notified when the agreement is signed? Can anything be done so that they can access these forms and receive notifications after the fact?

I’m on Adobe Creative Cloud (annual plan, paid monthly). I missed the 14-day cancellation window because I was in exam season, and I only needed it for school. Has anyone successfully gotten the early cancellation fee waived or reduced in this situation? What worked when you contacted support? HELP because i CANT afford it, im still a high schooler, and my family has financial problems.

I have cancelled my subscription and I still got charged for whole year I don’t want this subscription kindly cancel this and issue refund

Hi,We are running a Remote Desktop Farm on Server 2022.Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed & updates are set to install automatically. As far as I can tell all servers are already running the latest version of Adobe Reader which is 26.001.21529. Yet users are being continually prompted with a pop-up window similar to the attached image. If I log into the same server with my admin account and open Adobe to check for updates. It reports that the software is up to date.Any ideas why this is occurring and how can I stop it?Thanks in advance for any replies.Adobe Updates annoying users

Hi.Few days back, I paid the free trial of Adobe InDesign using GCash. Only to be declined due to its “lacking” in validity, because of this, I wasn’t able to cancel my free trial plan. The email you sent me doesn’t sit right with me because the transaction went through and I have transactional evidence that recorded the payment. Please fix this issue.

Can someone send me the link?

Me sale “Ha habido un problema Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde.” Y ya gastó los créditos 2 veces (800) sin generar nada.
