26.4.0.44605 version does not allow to enter/change/write on Huawei matepad 2026 model tablet. If I download apk from Acrobat site, it works fine. If I accept updates than it stops. It turns to unpaid version. This MUST be solved URGENT.

Dear Adobe Support,I am submitting a formal complaint regarding an incorrect subscription renewal and attempted charge after I canceled my Adobe Firefly trial. On the renewal date, at 08:50 AM Cyprus time, I received confirmation from your support agent that my subscription had been canceled. I have a screenshot of this conversation as evidence. Based on this confirmation, I understood that the cancellation had been processed before the scheduled renewal. However, I did not receive any cancellation confirmation email. I contacted support again before the renewal time to clarify the issue. During this second conversation, I was repeatedly transferred and eventually the chat was closed without resolving my request. At 12:16 PM Cyprus time, I finally received the cancellation confirmation email. This means the cancellation was only processed after the renewal had already taken place, despite my earlier request and your agent’s direct confirmation at 08:50 AM.After receiving the cancellation

I uploaded a reference illustration I created, and added these prompts: “change the perspective of the reference image into a view from above. make it look like a little island seen from high bove. Keep the color and the the style of the artwork the same as the reference image.”-and-“Take this illustration and change the perspective to more above, like a Birds Eye view.”The generated image was nearly identical to the reference image, but with slight color changes in a few areas.results were unusable

Dear Amal Jaiswal,I have a problem when I use a trial period for Adobe, I cant cancel the plan when I just start use only 2 days.  Do you have any suggestion about this?

Please Cancel my subscription when it expires as it’s to difficult and complicated to do myself. I think you are being a bit TRICKY by making it so hard. Just cancel my subscription when it expires please!!!Lief Johansen

We get a lot of posts in the Photoshop forum from people trying to use Generative Fill on still images with too much skin exposed, and getting the Does not meet our guidelines error message.  I was trying to create video in Firefly earlier using this picture of my brother, and got the same message.  My prompt asked for my brother to climb on the pig’s back and ride it like a bucking bronco.  It’s something we really did do a couple of times in the 1950s when dad was not there.  I got the same error message, and I’m guessing that the Ai interpreted the pig as exposed skin, but I am also wondering if it was able to reject it on the grounds of cruelty to animals?  I was using Veo 3.1

I’m working with a InDesign template created in earlier versions, where the first page is an even-numbered page (page 2), with automatic page numbering. In version 21, when I place an object on page 3 (for example, an image), InDesign changes the numbering of the first page to 1 and makes it an odd-numbered page (and so on with the page numbering throughout the document); and if I try to manually reassign the number 2 to the first page, the application simply ignores it and keeps it as page 1. The only way I’ve found to keep the first page as an even number is to place it on the first page, select ‘Start page numbering at’ and assign it the number 2. But then, when I add the documents to a book, it forces me to change all the documents back to the ‘automatic numbering’ option, which slows everything down unnecessarily. Does anyone know of a way to avoid this and ensure that the pages retain the order of the template, as in previous versions?

Since v15.0 of Lightroom Classic, users have been able to activate “write changes to sidecar XMP/ACR files.” According to Adobe, activating the creation of sidecar files will significantly reduce the size of the catalog. I have not found this to be the case. I recently performed a test to measure the change to the catalog size when sidecars are activated. I created a test catalog and imported 108 Nikon NEF raw files. I then applied AI Denoise/Raw Details to one photo, and synced this setting with the other 107 photos. I closed the catalog and went into Windows Explorer to check on its properties. The .lrcat file was 5.10 MB in size and the .lrcat-data file was 1.38 GB in size. I then opened the catalog and checked the box to activate writing sidecar files. I then clicked on the Metadata menu option and selected “Save metadata to file”. I waited for the progress bar to complete, checked the image folder to confirm XMP and ACR files had been created and closed the catalog. Returning to E

I upgraded from a Nvida 1070 to a 5070 Ti 16GB. In some ways I see a significant improvment in performance like AI Denoise and exporting, and third party plugins. But it hangs on images taking moments to render previews.  This did not happen with my six year old GPU.  Troubleshooting with AI alluded to Pipeline rendering issues. I disabled Acceleration and the problem went away but this is not a solution. I spend a thousand dollars on this GPU to speed up my workflow. PS, I have studio drivers installed.  I’m considering swapping them out to see if that fixes the problem.  Device name   Processor    AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D 16-Core Processor (4.30 GHz)Installed RAM    48.0 GB (47.1 GB usable)Graphics card    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti (16 GB)AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (486 MB)Storage    3.09 TB of 5.00 TB usedSystem type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processorPen and touch    Pen support

I have choppy drone footage (shot with DJI Air 2S) because I haven't mastered flying the drone. It has stop, starts, moves fast, moves slow. Will Adobe AI help with the project?

This is getting rejected as an IP Refusal rather than, say, for quality issues.

I wanted to raise a real workflow issue regarding Generative Fill in Adobe Photoshop. For a long time, users could simply:make a selection; leave the prompt field empty; click Generate;and Photoshop would intelligently improvise based on the image context. This behavior was incredibly powerful for creative retouching and visual exploration. It was not a “forgotten prompt” or a bug — it was a legitimate creative workflow. Many of us relied on this feature to:dramatically speed up the retouching process; quickly explore multiple creative directions; discover ideas we would not have thought of ourselves; maintain a spontaneous creative flow without having to write prompts for every action.Today, the Generate button often stays grayed out when the prompt field is empty, and trying to workaround the new behavior by typing things like a dot, a space, “random,” or “improvise” only produces results that are far more limited, heavily directed, or completely irrelevant. The problem is that this turns

After effects will not launch, last thing on splash screen is mediacore, not even as admin in safe mode with no 3rd party plugins and reset preferences.Posted here because it seemed to start when using After Effects, but no Adobe video apps will load. AfterFX 25.4 and 23.6, PPro 25.4 and 23.6.8, Media Encoder 25.4 all crash at splash screen. Photoshop loads OK, but I thought Creative Cloud app was very sluggish for a while too, though now it's OK. Dell XPS 15 9520, i7-12700H, 64GB RAM, RTX 3050 laptopWindows 11 24H2 latest update KB5063878After Effects 25.4 and 23.6Premiere 25.4 and 23.6.8Media Encoder 25.4 I don't use many scripts or plugins, but had recently installed a script "DuplicateFrameRemover.jsxbin" into After Effects by copying this file into Support Files/Scripts/ScriptUI Panels. It worked well for a day or two across restarts. When this problem occurred I removed but issue persisted. If this didn't cause it then this is pretty random, but there are

I have been using Adobe esign for ages however last week i went to send mutliple documents..all went well until i came to the eisign page, it allows you one box which says text but you cant change the field. So i have one box that says text, cant change it to signature and cant add any other boxes for name and date ????

Since Adobe is a monthly subscription, I feel there should be better pricing alternatives for multiple users, especially when a 2nd or 3rd user has very light usage. I’m talking about a user case for a part time designer or something similar, where it’s not worth paying for a separate subscription because the user only needs access for an hour or two per day. Surely, if adobe insists that one cannot share a subscription, you could add a user to a private cc account for a reduced fee (like ¼ or ½ of the full price)? I just think it’s ridiculous that a company that has a complete monopoly on the creative industry can justify these fees for programmes filled with issues that crash frequently. I really think that this excessive pricing is killing the field for young / struggling creatives. Also, why does the “small business teams” option only get 100gb cloud storage, when an individual plan gets 1Tb… Make it make sense

Query: Containerizing Adobe InDesign Server on AWS EC2 Hello Team,I have a requirement related to deploying Adobe InDesign Server in a cloud environment and would appreciate guidance from the community.🔹are planning to run Adobe InDesign Server on an AWS EC2 Windows Server instance and are exploring whether it can be containerized for better deployment consistency and scalability.🔹 Key Questions Is it officially supported or recommended to install and run Adobe InDesign Server inside a container (e.g., Docker / Windows containers) on an EC2 instance? If containerization is possible: What are the recommended steps or best practices to set up InDesign Server in a containerized environment? Are there any specific prerequisites or configurations required (e.g., fonts, plugins, licensing setup)? What are the known limitations or challenges when running InDesign Server in containers, specifically regarding: Licensing compliance Performance and scalability Runtime dependencies Are

I'm making a sign for someone and the naming convention is first initial last name. For example John Smith would be written J. Smith. The problem is that whenever someone's name begins with an A and I write "A. Name" it changes the formatting to a numbered list which has a larger space between the initial and last name.  When I turn off numbered list, the "A." disappears. What can I do to turn this off?

So, I am on windows ten and don’t have Illustrator installed on my computer. I have found that on the beta web version of Illustrator the Color Picker is not accurate at all. My main issue is with dark shades of brown when you pick a color it will have a distinctly green hue and isn’t really brown. I have attached images of the discrepancy between the Color Picker’s color and my what my eyes say match.here is the actual image
