I set a custom white balance in camera (using kelvin settings) to 5600, but LR develop module shows it as 6000. I'm using a Nikon D810, shooting RAW, of course. This happens whether I import as NEF or DNG. When I set the camera to "Flash" mode for white balance, LR says I used 7100K. The camera manual says "Flash" is 5400K. One of my colleagues, who also shoots with a Nikon D810, sees exactly the same results. Is this a problem with Lightroom? With all Nikon D810s? Is there a setting I'm missing? I need to submit RAW files for a certification I'm applying for, and they need to verify the WB setting in the files (as shot). I'm concerned that they'll see the wrong values if they use LR to read the data. Beyond that, I'm concerned that my images are ending up too cool because of this issue. Sure, I can adjust the WB to taste for client images, but would much prefer to be able to rely on the specific temperature values.Has anyone else noticed this? Is it a bug? Is there a better way to insp

Is anyone having an issues editing with the subtitles layer on?Every time I try to make an edit or playback my edit. I get the mac beach ball. Is there another way to improve performance? I am working with mac os Mojave Macbook Pro 20192.4 GHz Intel Core I9 Radeon Pro 560X 4GB 32GB RAM

I am using Lightroom (Cloud-based) for macOS, version 9.3.1. This bug has been present for a long time.Default Capture Date sort order in Photo Grid is newest first, oldest last (reverse chronological order). The Sort menu shows this: I prefer oldest first and newest last (chronological order). I can change it using the Sort menu: But when I follow this sequence:Create a filter for some images. Delete all images selected by the filter. Select Turn Off Filters. The photos are now shown in newest first (reverse chronological) order, even though the Sort menu is still set as for chronological. This is a bug. I can select Reverse Order twice to get the Photo Grid to display in the order I want but it should not change the order.

I want to cancel my acrobat pro subscription

I already own a stand alone copy of Light Room. If I try the free trial and cancel it will that effect my stand alone copy?

Hello,I would like to request a refund for my Adobe subscription. A payment was recently charged from my account, and I did not realize that my subscription would renew automatically. I was not intending to continue using the plan, and I canceled it as soon as I noticed the charge.I kindly ask if you could help me with a refund and waive the early cancellation fee as an exception.I would really appreciate your understanding and support.Thank you.

My Adobe contributor account was deactivated in September 2025. This was due to uploading a photo that was similar to a photo I had already uploaded (in my opinion). Is there still a chance my account will be reinstated? I filed an appeal one day after it was disabled. FYI, the stock photo I uploaded is non-AI.

I’m honestly frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I cancelled my subscription within 14 days and requested a refund and was informed that it was successfully processed. I received the confirmation email, the receipt, and the credit memo. On paper, everything shows that the refund has been completed. However, because this is an international transaction and my bank is a Nigerian institution, my bank requires a proper traceable reference (a network-level refund code) to locate the funds.I have explained this multiple times, yet I keep receiving the same response, that the refund has been processed and no additional information can be provided.I have even been told directly that there is nothing more they can share. So I have to ask:Is this really how customers are treated? If a refund has been processed, why is it so difficult to provide the necessary trace reference that allows a bank to actually confirm and credit the funds? Why is it easy to debit a customer, but so diffi

I’m converting jpegs to webps and Saving As into a new folder. Is there a way to have Photoshop simply close the originals without asking me about them?thanks

Remove Tool gives only either grey or black spot or says "could not complete your request because of a program error". I have set “More Stable” option and used “Reset tool” and closed program and installed it again. Nothing works.

I am struggling to figure out how to curve text (see example attached) in premiere! I've seen quite a few tutorials saying to use Adobe Legacy Title but that function is no longer available. I would appreciate any insight.   If unable to do it on premiere, whats another method? Thank you in advance!

When I open PPro I get this message followed by the note:"Grant access to this application in security & privacy preferences, located in system Preferences".The problem is when I go to privacy settings I don't even see PPro, I only see Media Encoder. So I cannot allow access. I am working on MacOS Sonoma 14.0Premiere Pro V25.0 I did see another post with the same question, but no valid answer.I have already tried to uninstall PPro, and restart computer, with no luck. Thanks

I would like to report several usability issues with the Canvas Size feature in Photoshop version 27.4.When Canvas Size is used inside an action, the action runs correctly, but the Canvas Size dialog keeps the exact values recorded in the action and does not allow easy modification before applying. This makes it difficult to reuse the same action with different canvas values. In previous versions, it was easier to adjust the values when running actions that included Canvas Size.Additionally, the new Canvas Size interface feels less efficient compared to previous versions and slows down the workflow when frequent canvas adjustments are required.Another issue is that the unit settings in the Canvas Size dialog do not stay consistent. The units always reset to pixels, and I have to manually change them every time instead of keeping my preferred unit. These issues affect productivity, especially for workflows that depend on actions and repeated canvas adjustments.I hope these problems can be

Hello. My images are always turned down, although I use upsclaer to improve resolution.what can I do?

Lightroom web version has suddenly stopped recognizing subjects and people for AI masking.  When using one-click for quick selection and adjustments, only whole image presets come up.  When trying to select the mask or using presets, nothing is selected/changes.  I've restarted Chrome, restarted my PC, made sure Chrome and all GPU drivers are up to date, etc.  Was working fine on one image then not the next.  These are all JPEG files.  Any ideas?

After update to 9.0.2.219 x64 (Win 10) Bridge opens all kind of files in AfterEffects..psd, .jpg. .indd, .pdf, .xls you name it. ALL.Resseting file types associations - no change.Resseting all preferences (Ctrl+Alt+Shift start method) - no change.Any ideas? To be clear, opening from Windows finder works correctly, just double clicking inside Bridge opens AE.

When printing a document to PDF, the colors were way too dark. After a lot of trying I have created  new settings and saved that as a new printer-setting or profile (or how it is named). Now the colors are very close to the original.I'd like to that that (new) setting as my default  - but keep the old one.How to set the new profile as default. Each time Acrobat resorts the old and I have to manually select the new one. Thanks=

I’ve been vibe coding to create a Python app with Gemini and Claude that creates gradients that can be saved as .grd files for use in Photoshop. But when I try to import the gradients into Photoshop I get an error message that they’re not compatible with the current version of Photoshop. Neither AI has been able to resolve it, Gemini even had me opening GRD files in a HEX editor to try to figure out the problem. But no luck. Is there any guidance somewhere on how to create GRD files that Photoshop can use?

I don’t see the camera icon or the ruler in the latest update. I on an iPad.
