just very poor results, blurry, ugly, bad quality and strange looking. Annoyingly, I have eaten up a few thousand of my credits today just trying to get a good result. Terribly slow, glitchy, fails, errors etc.

Adobe, can you please add option to the management console to have monthly Adobe invoices delivered automatically throuh email as soon as they get created?I need to add our Finance email address there so I don't need to manually login/download/rename/upload invoices to our shared folders each month, and it really makes no sense to add finance folks to be our account administrators so they would be able to download invoices or recieve them through emails.

I have spend almost 30 minutes trying to find a way to setup a normal billing email address for my company business account.  I did not find any solution.  Please help me to setup a billing e-mail. I want the adobe invoices to be delivered to billing@xyz.com... (example)  How can a company for design and user flows make it so hard to setup something so mundane.

I have a full Creative Cloud subscription and work on a Windows PC Desktop computer. My Creative Cloud Desktop shows that I have Acrobat Pro installed. However, when I click on the OPEN button within the Creative Cloud Desktop app, it opens Acrobat Reader instead of Acrobat Pro. Why won't Pro open? My hunch is that the Adobe believes that my PC is a tablet, because Reader is default for Mobile and Tablets. Is there a way to disable Reader? My wish is to use Acrobat Pro for everything PDF-realted. I never want to use Reader for any purpose.

When importing a .psd file as a composition, I receive the message: "Encountered errors while importing selected items. 1) After effects error: Illegal XML character “” in string “[file path]”. Layers appear offline. When I close and restart app, everything is online. Also occurs when right clicking imported psd footage>Create>Convert to Layered Comp.I already checked that there are no illegal characters in filename of layer names.Version 26.2.1 (Build 2)MacbookPro M3 Max, Nov 2023, Sonoma Version 14.6.1

On Mac, when using the Print command in any application and then selecting PDF at the bottom of the window to export a PDF, multiple instances of Save as Adobe PDF will show up due to old versions of the application hanging around after version updates. One of my Macs had 9 and another Mac had 3 instances showing. I tracked down that these live in a folder called PDF Services which is located:Macintosh HD > Library > PDF Serviceswhere you can remove the old ones or all if you’d like.Would suggest Adobe clear these out during new installs.

It's been a good 20 years, but if I have to pay for something like rotate, then it's time to uninstall used Windows 10 default pdf viewer.    [Rude image removed]

It really is as simple as stated: Lightroom will not either export or shift a picture to Photoshop.

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am writing to report (in the right section this time, sorry) a reproducible bug in Photoshop 27.6.0 affecting the Filter Gallery feature.---SYSTEM CONFIGURATION- OS: Windows 10 Home (fully updated)- Photoshop version: 27.6.0 (latest)- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti- GPU driver: latest available- RAM available: 12,034 MB (Photoshop allocated: 8,424 MB / 70%)---BUG DESCRIPTIONWhen applying any filter through Filter > Filter Gallery, the filter has no effect whatsoever — neither in the preview pane inside the Filter Gallery window, nor on the actual image after clicking OK. No entry is created in the History panel, as if the operation was never executed. This behavior is consistent and fully reproducible.Notably, other filters (such as Gaussian Blur and Add Noise) work perfectly under the same conditions, which suggests the issue is specific to the Filter Gallery engine.---ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS- The Filter Gallery window opens correctly and displays all fil

I accidentally subscribed annual subscription on 7th may 2026, which i cancelled same day, how to get refund for that?

Hello.  On April 27th 2026, I was charged for the “Adobe Acrobat Pro” and “AI Assistant for Acrobat” subscriptions, following my trial period for both of these products.  Given that I am within 14 days of my purchase, I would like to request a refund for both of these payments and cancellation of my subscriptions for this month. My email is [removed by moderator] Thank you.

I’m on Premiere Pro 25.6.5 on a Mac Studio 2023 M2 Max, OS Ventura 13.7.8 (our server requires us to stick with that OS). I have a sequence with multiple audio stems from our locked cut on different audio tracks: dialogue, voice-over, archival. I did a Transcript in Premiere of each stem. When I synced these stems by timecode in a sequence (A1: dialogue, A2: voice over, A3: archival), the transcripts for all three stems showed up in the Text panel, which was awesome. However, since then, the transcripts for the voice-over and archival stems aren’t showing up in the Text panel for some reason. It was extremely helpful having access to all three transcripts, in timecode order, in the Text panel.

For a long time I have had an occasional problem where the character menu shows different font/weight/size information than what is actually used. For example, I have a text that uses Proxima Nova Medium, 5 pts. But the character menu says the selected text is Myriad Pro Regular 12pt. I did a little experimenting and it seems to be tied to the use of paragraph and/or character styles. It doesn’t seem to matter whether I clear overrides or not, as long as there is a paragraph style involved. Sometimes manually changing the affected text or clicking between different text boxes temporarily fixes the issue, but only for a short time.  Is this a known bug and if so, are there any solutions to this? Currently using AI 30.4 and on MacOS 15.7.4.

Many times I want to re-use a previously generated image but I find no way to find it
