Solved

My video and audio from mov 29.97 fps files are not showing up as linked once I bring into the timeline. I've tried linking, unlinking, grouping, etc. but even when it says they are linked or grouped the audio and video cannot be moved or edited together.I tried updating my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and deleting all the files from Media Cache and Media Cache Files folders in Application support. The issue remains the same.I also opened old projects that did not have this issue before when I worked on them, and the problem is the same now in the old projects. It says they are linked or grouped but they will will not move or be edited together, only separately.

Hello everyone, Adobe Premiere Rush freezes and/or crashes on Windows 11. I have never had problems on Windows 10. As soon as the program tries to load the video preview thumbnails, it's over. I've already tried clearing the cache and disabling hardware acceleration. I have also tried running Rush in Windows compatibility mode, no improvement either. It's really great that I now have a new computer to be able to work more smoothly with the program, it's just stupid that the program no longer works. My employer loves it... Best regards,Dirk

Hello,I have Acrobat Pro installed on my Windows 11 PC.Every day, it asks me to log in to my account. Why is that? How can I keep it logged in permanently?

As noted, I can’t actually sort links by Effective PPI. Here’s what I get (right column): Is there something I’m missing in getting this to work?It looks like it might be ignoring content that appears more than once, i.e. in a folder in the Links list. Thanks!

I use different file formats In my Catalog, my original image files are [original filename] .NEF(Nikon Electronic Format) and also files created with DxO PureRAW, with extension .dng The Expected Result:To Sort my photos in Library module according to File Extension.(I wanted to see all .NEF files in consecutive order and all .DNG files in consecutive order)Using the Sort criteria ‘File Extension’, this was the Expected and Actual Result.BUT a FEW DAYS LATER:The Actual Result:A couple of days later, I tried to do the same thing with another folder, same Catalog, and suddenly, it doesn’t work. Images are sorting correctly according to ‘Capture Time’ but attempting to Sort by ‘File Type’ or ‘File Extension’ gives the same result and DOES NOT sort according to ‘File Extension.’I have tried everything:Optimise Catalog / Validate DNG Files / Synchronise Folder / Update DNG Previews & MetadataNothing works! It’s a bug!

I buy credits. I should be able to get refunded when Firefly gets it really wrong. I asked it to turn an image into a pen and ink drawing in grayscale. It's a historic photo of a local man holding a cigar. In one image, Firefly gave him a mustache. In other tries, it removed the cigar. When I told it to preserve the cigar, it did but added a second, unlit cigar in the same hand!! I burned through a lot of credits and never got what I wanted.

When I copy and paste my CAD/shape from one illustrator document to another, the scale of the swatch pattern in the CAD/shape gets smaller. I have checked the document settings and everything seems to be the same. What could be causing this?

Hi all. I’m presently using a GREP within a style to automatically put words in Title Case. Here’s the GREP:Apply Style: UPPERCASE to text: \b[\u\l]However this also puts characters immediately after an apostrophe (ie in the same word) in uppercase, for example UK’S and They’Re. Any way of creating an exemption within my GREP to keep characters immediately after an apostrophe in lower case?

Buongiorno, è possibile modificare i meta dati di foto accettate ? Grazie

I want to report a  design issue in Premiere Elements 2024 that occurs when creating a New Project. The Problem: In the "New Project" dialog, the preset box only displays 16:9 - 1920x1080Since these values match most users' needs, they are accepted immediately. However, the interface hides the most critical information: the frame rate  (29.97 fps ) It is very easy for a user to overlook that this is actually a dropdown menu. By accepting the visible values, they unknowingly agree to a 29.97 fps project, which is incorrect for those of us filming at 25 fps (the standard in Europe). Because Premiere Elements doesn't allow copying tracks between projects with different frame rates, this lack of transparency at the very start of the workflow forced me to restart hours of work from scratch. The Suggestion:Please, make the Frame Rate visible at first glance in the New Project window so users don't unknowingly accept an incorrect default. I urge you to take this into account for future version

Ridiculous levels of frustration.Alt-click has stopped selecting area of image when using the clone stamp. Any image, any layer and in images with ony background layer. I am using a yoga 12 with wacom digitizer, Win 10 x64, i5 with 8gb Ram Problem occurred previously and a rollback of an apparently unrelated software installation cured it. Have tried (as per plethora of suggestions): reset toolreset preferencesuninstall recent software x3reinstall Photoshop CCin Clone source box "clipped" is selected but layer title does not appear when trying to select. Brush dynamics set to off target does appear when alt-clicking but on trying to subsequently clone error message pops up "Could not use the clone stamp because the area to be cloned could not be defined. (Alt click to define a source point)"Any other ideas??? All assistance greatly appreciated.

Today when I went to copy and paste settings between images it automatically pasted the previous crop. I never have the  “crop” settings checkbox selected, and when I went to deselect it it was checked on and grayed out so I couldn‘t change it. I deselected all and the selected everything except crop and masking (my default settings) and it worked for one image. However as soon as I went to the next image it was back on and grayed out again. Is this a new feature with a hidden way to disable it, or is this a current bug? Any advice would be appreciated as I’m having to completely change my editing process because of this.LR 15.3 Macbook Pro M1 Max running MacOS 26.3.1 (a) (25D771280a)

I try to open Adobe Express from any channel (browser, desktop), and it shows an error like this: “This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in express.adobe.com. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.”

Hello.Rejection of AI-generated images has become so commonplace that I’ve just come to accept it.However, what I would like to inquire about this time is "Stock Video."Lately, for ‘Quality Issue’ reasons, almost 100% of AI-generated stock videos are being rejected. I think I’ve submitted nearly 100, but only about one is accepted. At first, I thought the policy might have changed so that AI-generated videos wouldn't be accepted at all, but seeing that one was accepted, I’m starting to wonder if there is something more to it…The problem is that whenever I submit a video, it is rejected almost immediately—without a moment's hesitation—within a few minutes. I suspect that the video might be technically lacking, so I would like to ask for your opinions.I have attached some of the rejected videos. Please take a look and offer your help.Thank you.

Camera Raw GPU errors: “out-of-memory” and “unrecoverable” — how to fix? Hi,  I’m experiencing an issue with bookmarks after performing a "Save As" operation in Adobe Acrobat and wanted to understand if this is expected behavior or a known limitation.  Scenario:- I generate a PDF file, and the bookmarks work correctly.- If I download/open the same PDF directly in Adobe Acrobat, the bookmarks continue to work as expected.- However, when I perform a "Save As" on this PDF and reopen the saved file, the bookmarks are still visible in the bookmarks pane but no longer function (they don’t navigate to the intended pages).  Observations:- This issue seems specifically tied to the "Save As" operation.  Questions:1. During a "Save As" operation, does Acrobat rebuild or modify the internal bookmark destination references?2. Is it expected that bookmark destinations (e.g., named destinations or object references) might be reset or broken during this process?3. Are there any recommended approaches to preserve bookmark functionality when saving a copy of a PDF?   Any ins
