Solved

To Whom it May concern,Last week I was trying to used Firefly for some renderings but it kept crashing telling that NanoBanana2 was overloaded by users and therefore it could not create the renderings. Nonetheless credits have been consumed, even if the requested operations were not made. I kindly ask you to check what happened to us and refound the lost credits, thank you! Kind regards,Leonardo Arrigucci

Sometimes my table doesn’t quite fill the text box, so I have to manually adjust the row height, which takes several attempts and is quite a hassle. Is there a way to use a script to adjust the row height of the table body so that the text box is quickly aligned at the bottom?

Can anyone share any tips, links, etc… on how to sync the voice audio clips I generate in Firefly to the corresponding video clip I’ve created in Firefly?  I’ve made the video clips.  I’ve made the audio of what the person is saying.  I just can’t figure out how to combine them.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can create a border around my image using Select then selecting Edit/stroke and my image gets the required border. When I click on print my image comes up but without the border? What can I do please?  Is there anyway I can have the border happen automatically.   I’ve only just started to have this problem, I used to get a border all the time when I clicked on print.Your assistance would be appreciated thanks

It appears that i am Paying $29.99 for 7000 credits, and only getting 4000.

I submitted three screenshots of a document to produce a graphic. The graphic produced created jumbled text that made absolutely no sense and the graphic is unusable. Therefore I’d like my credits back please

I have a fillable form that someone filled out and then sent to me. When I try to print it anywhere that was a checkbox or a radio button has a black box overtop of it when I try to print it. Even the ones that are not selected. I’ve gone into the print settings and turned off “use local fonts” and tried to “Print as Image” and neither fix it.

Since cancelling LRc subscription I cannot open LR at all even though I'm still signed in. How do I gain access to my catalog/Library.

Hello community! This is my first time posting here so I don't really know too much about posting, but I need some help. I was trying to install Acrobat Reader on my Windows 7 laptop and when I ran the installer it said it was successful, however it didn't create any shortcuts on my desktop, nor my Start menu. I tried checking in program files for an Adobe folder but there was nothing. I even checked the program files x86 folder but there was no adobe folder there either. The installer never said there was an issue and since running that the laptop has gotten slower. The laptop I have is a Dell Latitude E6440 (and for anybody asking, no this is not my main computer). Please help! And in case anyone thinks I downloaded a fake installer, I went to the official Adobe.com website to download it.

I'm creating a line animation using trim path feature. the image was created in illustrator. for example. in the animation the line is growing/extendiing from left to right. is it possible to reverse the direction to have the animation go from right to left?? w/o going into illustrator and redraw the line in different way?? no matter what i do with the starting/ending point setting it ALWAYS goes from left to right...any thoughts??my illustration is actually a lot more complicated than just one line. so to redraw the whole thing would not be efficient...

I cannot use nano banana or flux in the generative ai menu, they are both shown there as options but when I choose either of them the option to 'generate' button is greyed out, the only options I can use are for firefly.I have sufficient credits, in fact I paid for more credits using the Firefly Standard plan which gives you access to both of these additional generative ai options.  I suspect this problem occurred after I paid for the new credits as previously I was able to test both nano banana and flux and ran out of credits and then bought more but didn't test immediately to see if it worked or not. I have roughly 2250 credits available.I am on the Photography Plan as a standard home user. I am not a student account or any other kind of business account with another administrator. I have tried a chat with Adobe help but that was a waste of time. They had me switching off my firewall and then wanted me to roll back to v26 to see if that would h

I cancelled my plans last month. But they automatically deducted subscription fee just right now.

Trying to use generative ai and I keep getting ‘This feature is currently unavailable’. I have logged out and back in. Updated to the latest Photoshop beta. Checked the status and no issues. Not sure what to do next?

Since a week or two I often don’t see a document name when I try to save a document. So I open an older document and when I try to ‘Save as’ the document name spot is empty. See screenshot.  Behind ‘Bewaar als:’ there usually is the document name! There also is no document name when I try to save the document as a pdf. Not all documents have this problem: some do and some don’t.I wonder why there is no document name with some documents… and of course I also wonder how I can prevent this from happening. Is there a setting I accidentally enabled or disabled…?I am on macOS and use the latest version of everything.

Hey all. I booted up Illustrator this morning [a W10 PC] to suddenly find that none of the toolbars or workspaces show up, just the artboard.I can toggle each element separately [Layers etc] on from the menu above, but they do not remain with a fresh session, and trying to even switch to one of the default Workspaces [less my own] does nothing.I’ve tried resetting to the default Preferences, as well as making sure I’ve not selected the Tab key on my keyboard somehow by mistake - but to no avail [of course].Just wondered if there was anything else I could do before trying this Creative Cloud Cleaner tool for a clean installation? I’ve never had this particular problem in all my years with the program. And I’ve been on this latest public version since it went live, so weird how it just happened now.

An email dated August 20 informed me of a price increase for Creative Cloud Pro and the option to change to Creative Cloud Standard. I can not find any information on Creative Cloud Standard anywhere on the Adobe site. A comparison of plans does not show anything that says Creative Cloud Standard. Can someone point me to a chart that shows the difference between these two plans?  The only information given in the email is, " Standard will include the apps, services, and benefits you enjoy like Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro, without the premium features in web and mobile apps and with limited access to standard generative features." What exact features are not included?

I downloaded the new Photoshop 2026 (v27.0) and the Nano Banana & Flux image models aren't in there when I select a portion of any image, only the Firefly models are still available.  I thought with the new update of Photoshop 2026 (v27.0) that these were now in the regular non beta version now?  Am I wrong about this? Becasue according to this on your webiste (https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/desktop/whats-new/whats-new-in-adobe-photoshop-on-desktop.html) it should be.  I've looked in the settings to see if there is something I have to check in order to enable this feature but i can't find anything.  I'm looking for some advice for how to get this activated so it will appear in my Photoshop 2026 (v27.0).

This photo was rejected for “quality issues,” and I’d really appreciate honest feedback.I’m trying to understand what the main problem is: focus, lighting, exposure, print quality of the answer sheet, composition, or overall commercial value. The concept is an exam answer sheet with a pencil marking a multiple choice answer. I thought the idea was clear, but maybe the printed sheet looks too low quality or the image is not sharp enough. Is this something fixable in post, or not worth saving? This is a real photo, not AI-generated.Thanks in advance for any advice.

I've been paying for the adobe student account for months. I was using the programs last night with no problems and now it wont even let me use the programs without paying again. Need help because i have homework due in a couple days.

Develop Loupe View is slow to load one image to the next, particularly when try to flash back and forth between a group of sync’d images. Hi there,I'm working in InDesign CC 13.1 and all of a sudden I'm unable to move my objects around my page. I can select them with the Selection Tool, can copy and paste, and can select and move object anchor points however I can't drag and move the objects/text frames. Is this a glitch and do I need to reinstall or have I accidentally pressed a keyboard shortcut that locks things from moving? I've closed down the application and tried other files too but it's the same across the board. Illustrator and Photoshop are fine...Any urgent help would be greatly appreciated! TIA.
