Solved

Hi, my annual prepaid plan was renewed 2 days ago and payment deducted a few hours ago. I have since cancelled the plan and would like a refund and total cancellation from this month onward. I do not require it to continue till May 2027. Please assist in this as soon as possible.

Grazie in anticipo!

I created a publication based on a previous one. It's in a new folder with the default [fonts] and [lins] subfolders. Preflight shows no linking errors. Since there are numerous unused graphics in the link folder (from the old version), I wish to create a new package before sending to production. I get the above error with no explanation. How do I do this without manually copying every link (70) and font (46)?This is CS3 on Vista Home Premium.

I tried to create an AI video in Kling 3.0, but 30 minutes have passed and it still hasn't been completed. Will I lose my credit or will it be refunded?

After installing IOS Catalina I have lost the use of LRMogrify2. I get an error message "magick cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified" "Failed to run Mogrify..more info in the txt file" It appears to me that a new security feature has been added via Catalina. How to I get LRMogrify2 to work again? Thanks for any help in this matter.  NH

I'm having a really frustrating issue. I am trying to export an interactive .pdf, but when I do there is some color conversion going on. Normally I would mess with the color settings in the export dialog, but the interactive .pdf export dialogue box has no color conversion settings (presumably this means that there is no color conversion going on when exporting this type of .pdf), however when I open the .pdf several of my colors are very obviously and significantly changed. Many of the colors look like they are approximating the "out of gamut" CMYK color coversions of my RGB color swatches - but I don't know why it would bother doing this for an interactive .pdf (which is presumed to be for digital use). Any ideas? I found this thread that seemed to have a similar issue, but the proposed "correct answers" have yielded no results for me. Changing the color settings changes how they appear in the document to me, but the colors are still changing once exported. Here you can see

La función ha de ser que haga lo que se le pida y sólo lo que se le pida.

This script is used for ps to automatically zoom to 100% after opening an image.Now I want to add a function: after zooming in 100%, pop up the image size setting dialog box.I'm going to change the width of the image。Thank you very much.setZoom (100); function setZoom( zoom ) { cTID = function(s) { return app.charIDToTypeID(s); }; var docRes = activeDocument.resolution; activeDocument.resizeImage( undefined, undefined, 72/(zoom/100), ResampleMethod.NONE ); var desc = new ActionDescriptor(); var ref = new ActionReference(); ref.putEnumerated( cTID( "Mn " ), cTID( "MnIt" ), cTID( 'PrnS' ) ); desc.putReference( cTID( "null" ), ref ); executeAction( cTID( "slct" ), desc, DialogModes.NO ); activeDocument.resizeImage( undefined, undefined, docRes, ResampleMethod.NONE ); }

Had a problem with the Photoship elements 2025.  Had 3 files of pictures removed.  As yoI u see in the file below the files are there and I have tried to import them and it says the pictures are in the catalog.  When I hit all media nothing shows up.  The pictures are in the files when i look at them under the pictures in windows with the correct files.  When i googled the problem they stated you have to remove the applied filter.  I havent even used the photo editor yet so i am not that familiar with filters and using smarrt filters.  I would appreciate any help.  I have attached a photo of my screen.Thank you

I have a copy of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro currently installed on a PC.  I do not believe it was ever registered, just installed with the serial key.  Unfortunately neither the box or install disc still exists.  Is there any way to retrieve a serial from my existing installation?  I still have the option to Deactivate this install.  I just want to move the install to a new PC.

InDesign (InDesign 20.5.0.48). no longer saves file-specific PDF settings. Every time I attempt to generate a PDF, InDesign defaults to the settings used most recently (from an unrelated file). As a result, I have to manually set my PDF settings every time I generate a PDF. Is there a fix for this? Thanks.

I cannot access my existing Behance profile. When I login, it always access the new profile without project posted.  I still receive my Behance notification via my email.  Please help!

For me it seems that “Dust Remove” does not work with Development-Synchronisation (Batch-Modus).The "Dust"-checkbox under "Remove" in the copy settings dialog is selected but the dust-spots are not removes from the raws in the batch. If I go into development-”Remove” of a picture and deselect and select the “Dust”-checkbox the it works. This step I have to do for each raw-pic of the stack instead of doing this in synchronisation automatically. So is this “as designed” or is it a bug ?BR, Wilfried

My subscription of monthly through Google play not yet reflected in apps

Hi,I need help with a subscription issue.I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader on my Android Phone today and selected the 7-day free trial. However, I was charged for a yearly subscription immediately on the same day. This was not intentional, as I only wanted to try the free trial. Since this charge happened today and was unintended, I kindly request a refund or guidance on how to proceed. Details: - App: Adobe Acrobat Reader Date: 05/05/2026 - Amount charged: ₹790 Thank you for your support.

Installed Acrobat through the play store on my tablet (android 7.1).  As soon as I started it it crashed,  this happened every time I’d start it.  Asked the AI Assistant and followed all the suggestions it came up with that I could.  (apps etc. that are only for windows or mac are no good to me).  Finally after trying for over a week to fix this My only option was to uninstall tghe app and reinstall.  Now when I sart the app it doesn’t crash immediately but still crashes.  I,m due to pay for this subscription in a few days and I don’t want to pay for something that doesn’t even work.

Hi all,We currently print (send files) directly from Adobe Illustrator to the Epilog laser cutter. When print is selected the dialogue box has a settings button which, when clicked, opens an Epilog settings box that allows the user to change settings such as power and speed. All was fine until the IT department upgraded to Windows 11. Now we cannot get the setting box to appear. If we try and send a print job from another program (eg Notepad) to the laser cutter we are able to bring up the Epilog settings box so I’m thinking this is rather an Adobe issue than a windows 11 issue. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Since installing PSE 2026, I no longer have the Soft Round and Hard Round bushes in my Default brushes.  I have tried other brushes (mostly the mechanical ones) and they don’t seem to be the same.  I have used Google and CoPilot to try and find an answer, but the results don’t work.I still have PSE 2025 installed, so I could copy/install them from there, but I can’t find these 2 specific brushes.Has anyone found any options that work?

All my scans done today have disappeared. I rename the scan, then save it and moments later it disappear. Also not appearing on Adobe online. I logged out and log back in, but it still nothing. The only way now was to email the scan immediately to my email and right thereafter it still disappeared. At least I get the email and then can save it to my PC. This never happened before. What is causing this?

How do I change my username? I just registered this account and I'm not really sure how to do it. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks for your help
