Firefly constantly creates the same video, even after a few edits! And it takes my credits for nothing!I explain exactly what I want and what it should do, but it always comes out almost the same. I loose my credit basically for nothing!

I entered text and chose a voice. When I press “generate”, I keep getting the “an error has occurred” warning.

Adobe has now issued an update for PSE 2026.3 -see link below for details: The product is being rolled out across regions and may take a while to reach your region. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/release-note/update.html

Hey everyone. I'm new to the creating voice clips to add to existing video clips. Is there any way to preview the tone changes I make to voice audio without spending credits to generate them first? I choose a tone enhancement, highlight the audio clip, hit play and the voice sounds exactly the same no matter what tone enhancement I choose. Do I actually have to generate it to hear the new tone choice? This will eat up tons of credits if I have to do it this way. Any tips??

Erasing on a transparent layer (besides the background layer) doesn’t erase the alpha, but “draws” with the background color. This is an outdated/unwanted result and should be deprecated. All modern illustration apps will erase the alpha regardless of whether transparency is locked for that layer (except the background layer). Otherwise, using the lasso tool to “cut” a layer with locked transparency should fill that area with the background color. As a developer, I find this inconsistency sloppy coding for such a popular app.🤔

Hi, CS3(5.0.2.640) Windows sp2 I've written about this before, thought it was solved, but it isn't. I inserted grouped images into a numbered list, and anchored them according to instructions; first making place for the group by adding a few plain lines under the numbered item where I wanted the group, then inserting the group, then cutting it, placing the insertion point in the place I wanted the group to appear, pasting the group back, and voila...lovely anchored group. However, I've come to the conclusion that if I do that, I'd better realize it's FOREVER, because I can't seem to extricate parts of the group in case I want to change their order. InDesign Help says to go to Object > Anchored Object > Release but my 'release' is GREYED OUT! Why? and nothing else that I've tried, works. Could it be, that there is a frame around the entire page? I tried to delete that frame but when I try to, everything on the page isdeleted, and when I try to move that frame away, everything

Hi everyone,I’m looking for guidance regarding a recent subscription charge for Adobe Acrobat Premium purchased through Google Play.I was charged ₹2,600 for the subscription (Transaction ID: GPA.3347-3337-9327-71229). I submitted a refund request through Google Play, but it was denied under their policy. This subscription renewal was not intentional, and I have either not used the service or used it minimally. I would like to request help from Adobe regarding a possible refund as a one-time exception.Has anyone faced a similar situation and successfully received a refund from Adobe after Google denied the request? If so, could you please guide me on the best way to proceed?Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hello, I would like to install the 2022 version of After Effects but I can't find it between the older version option. I can only install the 2024 and 2023 versions in the Creative Cloud app. Can you please help me install the 2022 version? Is this still possible? What are my other options if you can't install it using CC apps? Thanks for the help.I need it for creating AET templates.

I’ll ask it to change the color of a certain element of the photo, and it will expand outside of the prompted area. “make this stripe blue instead of purple” would change many many more elements in the photo.  This needs to be fixed.

I want to cancel my subscription for which I pay monthly but also avoid any cancellation fee that they are charging when I try to cancel. How do I do that and avoid cancellation fee?

What process/sequence should be used to get ‘raw’ (just downloaded from my camera) into the right size/resolution/ for general web and thumbnails. What I have been trying:  Crop the image (jpeg) (mine range from 2000 kb - 5000 kb) Scale the image to a width no wider than 1200 px for pc screens. Export the image at 1x and .7x-.8x webp format.  (The latter sizes for Thumbnails)For people who do this on a regular basis, what process do you use?  (My AI defaults to 72 ppi)

I cannot create a new catalogue in Lightroom CC any drive (external or c:\).This is something new as last week I did not have this problem. When selecting create new catalogue and browsing to the any hard drive location and selecting “create”, nothing happens. In Catalogue settings the path/ location to the catalogue I have been using and continue to edit in reflects the right drive etc and its also correct in the backup menu however there is a “Path (*Offline)”. I can work on/edit in the current catalogue and back it up on exit to the drive I am working on but there is still a “Path (*Offline)” showing. There is no issues with catalogue integrity.
