Solved

Ok, couple months ago, the mandatory computer update happened.  Adobe Audition would not open.  After 3 computer techs, and an online “Answer guy”, and after uninstalling and installing drivers for M Audio 192/6 several times, I can open the program, but I’m not getting any sound out of the normal M Audio settings on the interface.  I can hear whatever I’m inputting, and I can record it, but it comes out in mono.  If I turn the USB/Direct knob off, there is no sound.  If I open a previously recorded session, everything appears normal - everything plays, pannings are there, stereo’d tracks are stereo.  So, no sound unless I turn up the USB/Direct knob, and anything I listen to or record will be mono.  I’ve exhaustingly looked at the Hardware setup, everything looks normal, same for the computer sound and speaker settings - everything looks right.  This is after about 3 years and hundreds of sessions without problems.  Only after the update did all this bs start.

There are many videos of the Rialto Bridge in Venice online,  yet my video files keep getting rejected as intellectual property refusal. There used to be a list id which "Landmarks" are accepatable or not . I cannot find this anymore ????

Hi - Not sure if this is the appropriate pathway - but is there a way to get a shortcut key added for redacting a page? Currently there is one for the redaction tool but we redact large amounts of whole pages and would love a shortcut to redact the current page and still use the menu to select a grouping.

PDF’s. After an update the icons on my desktop are now thumbnails (showing the contents instead of just an icon). If I change to icons in File Explorer then all my thumbnails in Documents are changed to icons (no contents, just an empty folder icon). I can’t seem to restore to the original view. Thanks, Lee

Having difficulty figuring out how to Sync Settings from the cloud onto a new Mac. I jump from job to job to different companies and need to be able to upload my settings to Creative Cloud then sync these settings to the Mac at my new job. I did a google search but got confusing answers:https://helpx.adobe.com/my_ms/premiere-pro/using/sync-settings-cc.html It’d be especially helpful to be able to sync my custom Workspaces. Not sure if there’s an easy way to do that. From what I can tell, my custom workspaces, at the Finder level, don’t carry the name I give them in Premiere, so I can’t tell which one is which, or if I can drag them into Finder on another computer.

Acrobat Pro is very slow on my Mac, and it makes work hard to finish. Even simple tasks take too long, which is really frustrating. I hope an update can fix this and make it faster soon.

I canceled my 7-day free trial on April 30 (day 6), but was still charged Rs 1949 on May 1. There are no active subscriptions in my Apple or Adobe accounts. Is there any way to request a reimbursement?

I’m having two issues using Peter Kahrel’s sidenote script:The sidenote_reference style is not being applied to the superscript footnote numbers in the text The sidenotes are retaining overrides. I can remove these randomly, but can’t figure out how to avoid having any overrides. Both issues are visible in this screenshot: Note that the superscript footnote marker has successfully been replaced by the Sidenote anchor+number, but the style has not been applied. The sidenote itself is showing the blue ‘Style Overrde Highlighter,’ showing that an override has been applied The text is imported from an rtf file, and the footnotes appear to import correctly. My Footnote Options are set to the most basic defaults. Has anyone else encountered this? How can I fix this, without manually applying the style to every reference?Indesign 2025, running on a Mac, using latest version of sidenotes.

My Adobe Acrobat Standard PDF file does not print. It’s not the printer because the printer can print other files. It’s just this particular file that doesn’t print. Can someone provide a solution or recommendation?jimjks

I have the Creative Pro plan and know the pricing on that just went up. But on top of the $75.14 (correct charge) I have a recurring $10.88 payment being charged to my credit card from Adobe. This charge happened 4x in one month before I contacted Adobe via chat. They looked into it and do not see the amount in my billing history. Which matches what I see too. So we assumed fraud. I called my credit card company and they refunded me and sent me a new card. Not even one week with my new card the $10.88 was tried to charge me today. After the first fraud claim I switched my Adobe to be paid via Paypal instead of my CC. I immediately called my credit card company since this charge should not have even come through directly to my CC. They confirmed 100% that it is Adobe making this charge. So we had to refund and cancel my card again. I contacted chat support and they were very unhelpful. They said “since they do not see the charge being made in my billing history it has to be a bank proble

I created a Boards project with five artboards, periodically closing tab in my browser and reopening Boards to confirm things were being saved; they were.  I proceeded to make changes to these boards and add five more to the project.  When I went to close the tab for the night it gave me the following warning:  I exported the boards as PDFs and closed the tab.  When I reopened it, the original five artboards were there, but the changes and additions were gone.  The generations are still in the History panel, which is better than nothing, but it will take a lot of time to recreate the artboards by copying text from the PDFs. Not sure that I'll bother. I'm always suspicious of cloud apps that don't provide the ability to positively save your work, or even give an indication that the work has been saved.  This is why.

I paid for Adobe firefly on the 22nd of April, I was promised unlimited partner generations until the 20th of May... I tried to generate 1 video, I did not work then it said 0/750 credits left. Unlimited generations what does that mean? I contacted the app support email via Google play 2 times and now response, I left 2 negative reviews on google play. Left 2 negative comments on the firefly post on Facebook and here we are still in the same situation what a useless company fix the issue, you have wasted so much of my time I want compensation for the time lost and I want 6 months free or I will never use firefly again.

Firefly is not using the reference images I upload but the reference images from previous generations. I have wasted a few hundred credits trying to stop this.

I recently upgraded my computer and installed adobe on it.  On my old computer when printing a PDF I used to be able to click the options "print in grayscale and save ink toner" but they are not working.  In order to printer in black and white everytime I have to go into properties and change it or have to permantley change my printer settings.  Is there a fix to this?

Can someone please help me with this error code below. I am beginning to think that my entire project file is corrupted and I have no idea how else to fix this issue. I will list the things I did below that I tried to resolve this issue. I currently have Premiere 25.6.5 installed. Two things happen when I try to do the following, the error message or it just straight up crash. Adobe took away the ability to switch renderers so now that option is greyed out and there is no way to select software rendering. Everytime I press okay on the error window, the program window will just be black but it will still play the video.Restarted my computer multiple times full shut down multiple times Reinstalled premiere installed version 25.0 installed version 26.0.2 exported through Media Encoder updated computer updated graphics card copy/pasted timeline in another premiere file Render in and out before exporting deleted video and broll and tried exporting just audio tried exporting another sequence

Hello everyone, I'm a contributor on Adobe stock, I make Mogrt templates. I have a question regarding Adobe Firefly-generated images used inside MoGRT templates for Adobe Stock. In some templates, I would like to use images generated with Adobe Firefly, for example as background element that are part of the Mogrt template. My questions is, if  is it allowed to include Adobe Firefly-generated images inside Mogrt templates? I have an active Crative Cloud Pro subscription.I want to make sure everything follows Adobe licensing terms and Adobe Stock submission guidelines before publishing.Thank you for your help.Saso

Common issues that can affect the technical quality of an image include exposure problems, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts, and noise. I don't understand why it is being rejected due to these issues.

Hello everyone! I have a featured request to adobe team. I have some complaints about the Adobe Stock Contributor system. If someone files something wrong or breaks the rules in Adobe Stock Contributor, Adobe blocks the account directly without any warning and also does not have any system to withdraw any dollars in the account.I think Adobe Direct should give the contributor some time and opportunity by giving a warning instead of blocking the account. Because it takes a lot of time and effort for a contributor to create an account and build a huge portfolio. Adobe should keep this in mind. And even if the account is blocked, Adobe should have a system in place to withdraw the remaining money in the account.Thank you for attention to this matter.

Hello,I designed images of national flags on a background of geometric patterns like fabric texture, but I was surprised to find that the images were rejected on the grounds of “Intellectual Property Refusal” and “Non-compliant Image.”Please explain this to me and give me some advice.Thank you!

Recently, I have noticed a significant drop in my downloads on Adobe Stock. My portfolio mainly consists of AI-generated PNG images (isolated objects, transparent backgrounds, design elements, etc.).I am still uploading similar types of content regularly and following proper titles and keywords, but my downloads have decreased.I would like to understand:- Is this due to algorithm changes?- Has AI PNG content become too saturated?- What improvements can I make to increase downloads again?Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Just started today: error Unable to download Error getting License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT for books purchased on Google Play.I purchased a new book and received this error. I then tested other Google Play books I own and get the same error on all of them now even though I had previously been able to fulfill them. I then tested books I borrowed from my local library and it fulfills all of them with no problem.  So far I have found very little of use in researching this error. Anybody else getting the same issue fulfilling google play purchased books? Any solutions?
