Hi there!I create large book files for conference proceedings (the page range varies between 200 - 850 pages depending on the conference type). I am looking to mitigate the amount of time spent revising individual files, the TOC, and relinking images once they are added to a book file.Explanation of my current process:I am having authors add there content (text and images) to an InDesign template and then having them send me a packaged InDesign file. This is meant to ensure they use the correct layout and font styles. As expected, some authors aren’t in tune with InDesign and are either copy and pasting incorrectly or changing settings in the template file. When I receive the files, I also open and review/edit each file. By the end of my review all font styles, figures, etc. are linked properly. Then I create the book file. In the book file I add my interior cover, front matter and the separate author ID files. Once I complete another round of font style and figure link review, I create

Everytime I try to upscale an 18s video to 4k with the setting "creative" I get an error "Something went wrong, please try again later". I tried yesterday evening and this morning. With "precise" the upscaling works.

Hello, On a new Windows 11 laptop, I have installed Acrobat and when I start it, after some sec (5-10) a blank popup windows appeared and acrobat freezed. No possibility to close it, just possibility to kill it via the process manager tool. I updated it to version 2025.001.21233 64 bits without success. Behind the blank popup you can see the Acrobat view, confirming that the Blank popup is an acrobat popup. Of course, I tried to repair / Uninstall / Resinstall acrobat without success. Who face similar issue and what was done to unblock the situation ? Tks for your support.

Acrobat Pro’s "read out loud" function in acrobat pro (continuous release version 2025.00 1.20756)  is completely nonsensical. I use this function because I have a disability & this is more incorrect and far more confusing than my baseline. Acrobat Pro ‘Read Out Loud- English language’ is breaking up words completely incorrectly. It is set English, but it's not reading English or any other language. The "read loud" function is independently deciding what syllables and spaces are relevant free of any phonetics or ‘real’ language system. A huge disservice, not only to the community of people that need these accessibility functions, but to anyone trying to use this as an accessibility function.

I forgot to cancel two of my free trials and they turned into paid plans. It automatically charged me. I cancelled them within 14 days, how long does it usually take for a refund to happen?

I upgraded to Adobe Firefly Pro Plus for about $25/month because the plan page advertised unlimited generations in Firefly on select image and video models until May 20.After upgrading, I found several problems:1. Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast still showed high credit usage, such as 400 credits per video, so they were not actually unlimited under my plan.2. I switched to models that showed “Uses 0 credits,” such as Ray3.14 and Kling 2.5 Turbo.3. Even when Firefly showed “Uses 0 credits,” I sometimes received a message saying I did not have enough credits for the generative action.4. Some generations failed with messages like:“Can’t load. We can’t display the generated video.”and“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”5. Some results became unusable, with distorted bodies, duplicated/ghosted figures, cropped characters, or very little motion. This is confusing because the product advertises unlimited generation on selected models, but the actual experience is inconsistent:- some models

So I took the adobe 7 day free trial for a college project but never used any product. Before the trial ended I tried cancelling the plan but they did not let me. I contacted customer care and asked them to cancel my plan and delete my account but he was of no use. So the only way for me to escape this trap was to remove my payment details and so I did. This was december 2024. On the month of january I received emails from them saying I need to update my payment details as they were not able to charge me. I also received sms regarding failed transactions. I knew they would do this and it was a good thing I removed my payment details. At the same time I again tried cancelling my plan or deleting my account but they did not let me. I knew they had me trapped. But why worry, I removed my payment details right? Yea thats what I thought and yes in my adobe account the details are not there and a alert dialog is visible saying to update my payment details. Until today, February 14th I receiv

After I received confirmation email that my subscription has been cancelled on 11th of April I got charged 5.14EUR on 15th of April and Adobe tried charging an additional 23.99USD on same day, 15th of April, but luckily for me I didn’t have enough funds that day.

When I enter my adobe account page, I get an error popup saying “Unable to load plans”.I has been this way for a couple of days already.I have tried:- clearing my adobe cookies-opening in incognito window-making sure my browser is up to date (using google chrome) This is REALLY frustrating, any help would be appriciated.

I need help with republishing my webpage. I am a premium member. It worked just fine previously.

How do I move a layer to the top and move an object to a specific layer? For example, I have three layers, and I want the final order from top to bottom to be:A1A2A3.I’d like to know how to use code to move A1 to the top.Additionally, I want to move the selected object to A2.I found this, but I don’t seem to understand it:https://community.adobe.com/questions-671/script-for-object-styles-being-applied-to-specific-layer-880528Thank you.

Hello community. Ive made a document with some buttons to navigate to certain pages, when I export as interactive PDF I get the following warning.  But then I export as Epub, and view it in Thorium and the buttons are working fine.I asked ChatGTP and it's telling me Indesign can export Interactive PDFs, but I'm doing something incorrect. So do interactive buttons function in exported PDF interactive, or this function is only for Epubs?Thank you.PS: I view the interactive PDF in my adobe acrobat reader, where I can see a little hand hovering over my buttons, but nothing happens, if this information helps to solve my problem.

Every time I open illustrator all the layers in my file expand showing every single sub-layer. This is beyond annoying because I have to close EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. How do I fix this????

Currently, April 30, 2026- fully up to date Mac OX and Acrobat Pro- computer restarted just hours ago. It seems like the ‘read out loud function’ is not able to read English. It doesn't understand where to break words and syllables up and is the opposite of an accessibility feature. If anything ‘read out loud’ feature makes everything more confusing. All software's and systems as well as hardware are up-to-date with free available memory. Please see attached screen recording.

To find  AI Edit Status which setting can I use to create a smart collection?

Something really strange is going on. My gradients look fine when I'm editing, but when I export, it's only showing the leftmost color. I've attached images.

요근래 갑자기 자유형 그라디언트를 실행하면 이렇게 투명하게 뜨고 그라디언트가 안 먹는데 왜 이러는건가요?색상모드도 cmyk로 정상적으로 적용되어 있고 박스에 투명도 준 것도 아닌데 뭘 어떻게 해봐도 저 상태에서 해결이 안됩니다;;

I want to create a product design mockup video with the design I have. I am seeing an error. Please see attached the screenshot and the prompt I used below:A close-up of a design mockup on a TV screen, followed by a mobile phone, and then a laptop. The TV screen is in a modern living room with soft ambient lighting, the mobile phone is in a busy urban setting, and the laptop is in a cozy home office. The camera captures a steady, close-up shot of each device, highlighting the vibrant colors and details of the design. The video transitions smoothly between the devices, maintaining a consistent pace. The overall style is clean and professional, emphasizing the versatility and clarity of the design across different screen sizes.place the images following the instruction below. DO NOT ALTER THE IMAGES.- TV.png on the TV device- mobile.png on the iphone- laptop.png on the laptop

I’m just starting to dig into developing UXP plugins for Premiere and the document and examples on GitHub are a huge help.  One place I’ve sort of hit a brick wall on is updating a clips position.  I’m essentially following the same process as updating Scale but where I’ve found the most difficulty is in how to create the new position coordinates.  The following code works to updating the position but instead of it being 540, 1270, it’s updating to 32767, 32767 which makes me feel like the PointF (values its drawing from are undefined). No errors or other indicators in UXP Dev Tools or Premiere that an error is occurring.  Anyone have any knowledge/insight here? Any help pointing me the right direction is greatly appreciated. const pos = await motion1.getParam(0);const newPointF = new ppro.PointF();newPointF.x = 540;newPointF.y = 1270;const posKey = await pos.createKeyframe(newPointF); project.lockedAccess(() => {success = project.executeTransaction((compoundAction) => {var actio

I need to adjust all images in a collection to -24 tint while keeping the temp the same.  Is there any way to do this?
