Hi There.I try to install Photoshop by CC on my Monterey and can't..Found that post https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/apps/download-install-apps/creative-cloud-apps/install-previous-versions-creative-cloud-apps.html which is actually pretty fresh, but..  I’m doing something wrong or there is no option to install photoshop on Monterey anymore.. Thanks for feedbackarcy

I am considering to cancel the subscription however it said it’s having the cancellation fee, please advise how can I cancel the plan without it according to my account?

Hi everyone.I posted a thread on the Photoshop forum about the discrepancy between displayed dimensions and actual dimensions.I always thought that the print dimensions in Photoshop were the actual dimensions, but that’s not the case.I’ve found that Illustrator (ID) has the same issue. For example, in the image below, the ruler in ID shows a width of 100 mm. When I set the zoom to “Actual Size,” the bottom-left corner shows 100% zoom, but when I measure the screen with a ruler, I find that the corresponding width on my physical ruler is 11.5 mm. When I set the zoom level in the bottom-left corner to 88%, the image measures 100 mm in width on the screen. This might be significant. For example, could actual size have an impact on “perceived design”? I suspect this has to do with my monitor’s resolution. So, is there a way to make the width on the computer match the actual physical width?

Hi, I’ve been seeing a number of sites and sellers online offering heavily discounted “full access” to Adobe Creative Cloud (often under names like Adobe_King / Design.King / Design_King / Real_Design_King).From what I understand, these appear to be based on shared or third-party team/enterprise licenses, where users are invited into someone else’s plan rather than having their own individual subscription.I’m trying to better understand how this works from Adobe’s perspective:Is this type of resale or shared access allowed under Adobe’s terms? Are these considered legitimate subscriptions for end users? Can Adobe revoke or cancel access to these accounts at any time? Why would a user pay a third party for access instead of subscribing directly through Adobe? Are there any risks around account security, data access, or long-term availability? If these setups aren’t permitted, how are they able to operate for extended periods without being taken down?It would be helpful to understand whe

My photoshop keeps crashing when I try and open up a new or existing document when I have my pluggable usb 3.0 hub docking station plugged into my computer (that has a windows OS).I had contacted support and we did remote help. We found out that it was the docking station that was causing the issue. However, I need the docking station for my job and hobbies. They told me it wasn’t supported, but it had been working fine for about a year (that I’ve had it) up until yesterday when I opened PS for the first time since the 27.5 update.I did realize after the conversation with the represenative that I was speaking with that I can plug the hub back in after opening photoshop, getting things loaded, and continue to work as normal. However, I shouldn’t have to unplug and plug my dockng station in every time I want to use photoshop since this update.I’m hoping that since it’s only been a couple of days since the update that a patch will come out to resolve this issue. I was told to make a post

I'm using an older mac, 2018 with a trackpad, and running Premiere Pro. It seems the latest update made it so that when I try to scrub through footage with my trackpad, it sizes the video in the viewer instead. I'd love to know how to change this setting back to the way it was as it is costing me a ton of time having to grab the scroll bar at the bottom of the window when I'm trying to scrub footage.

I’ve got a bit of a weird problem where a subset of ~1.2k photos cannot have their metadata saved. All of them have this badge on their photo in the strip, and when I try to save, I get this error. Initially, I thought my RAW files might have been corrupted, and something was wrong with the file itself, but I tried opening the raws in two separate programs (XNview MP / DarkTable) and the image opened perfectly in those. That led me to trying out some other things including the ‘Import Setting from Disk’ option that pops up which you click on the ‘metadata error’ icon circled in red above When Lightroom tried to read these files, it just froze on the ‘Reading XMP Metadata’ step with it never getting any further. This is only a subset of seemingly random photos in my library across the entire history of photos Ive taken 2016-2026. File permissions and all things which could be getting between Lightroom → XMP File are all correct, so that leads me to believe the issue is either with light

Creative Cloud says “No access to manage apps – IT administrator permission required” on a personal account (macOS Tahoe)Hi everyone,I’m running into a very frustrating issue with Adobe Creative Cloud and I’m hoping someone here has seen this before.I’m getting the following message in Creative Cloud: “You do not have access to manage apps. You might need to request permission from your IT administrator to get access to manage apps.” The problem is — this is not a business, teams, or enterprise account. Account details Account type: Personal Adobe ID Plan: Creative Cloud Photography Plan Subscription: active and paid The same account works perfectly on another Mac (Photoshop is installed and runs fine there)  What’s happening On my second Mac, the Apps tab is disabled I can’t install Photoshop or any other Creative Cloud apps Creative Cloud behaves as if the account is managed by an IT admin, which is not the case  What I already triedI went through pretty much every solution

Preamble: In case this case is a duplicate, please merge. Clostest I did find was this one. But it has issues with the filters themselves whereas I have issues with the display mode and file metadata. Hi and welcome back to yet another episode of me running my head against a wall with Lightroom Classic issues. I wanna operate this app for online earning but how…  I m till confused

The ‘select objects’ is a great tool, but when I do multiple maskings, with every new object mask, I have to click the ‘+’ key and click ‘select object’ . Is there a way to option-click a certain button, so I don’t have to go to the toolbar and click those 2 keys for every new object mask?  It would save me a lot of time..

When I open Photoshop the complete interface darkens on a new Macbook Pro.  After opening I will open a RAW file which looks normal for a moment the darkens and all adjustment sliders go to zero (0).  The interface is so dark I can't make out wording on the screen.  When I open an existing photo it appears normal for a moment then darkens.  Testing a few changes and when I get the Save window it is so dark I can't read any words.  When I close the file my desk top picture is very dark for 20+/- seconds and then returns to normal.

Hi @Liza5C0C and @Riya123I'm so clumsy and accidentally download a stock image while browsing the suitable one.The Stock ID 1654488181 von AntonKhrupinArt. Can you help me to remove the license it from my account and grant me the credit back ? Thank you very much.

I just used up all of my credits creating images and editing them, and now I don't see any of my edits where I removed the backgrounds on images. That's where most of my credits went. Where are these images?

hello,i have after effects 2024,and when i preview my video or photo, the preview gets very slow, and a red warning appears in my preview pannel saying that my preview is not in real time.i think this has a connection with the green line, because when i preview,a lot of empty spaces appear on it.this issue happens with all of my projects.already tried to change the resolution, allocate more RAM to ae,cleaning cache, and nothing works.i ask for solutions please.

This photo was recently denied for quality issues despite it being one of my sharpest and most detailed submissions (had to reduce size for this post, the original size is 16.1mb). Can anyone provide any insight as to what I can change to get shots like these approved in the future?

Ok, I feel calm, it may be a timeless bug. Yesterday I tried to create anything it wasnt working again, what is wrong?> My prompt was just create a red apple on white background… Today I tried to generate again but it is WRONG AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Long time subscriber to Cretaive Cloud, but just recently saw the advertised "50% discount" to dropbox. I am already a subscriber to Dropbox. I contacted them and discovered that if one is already a subscriber, then there is NO 50% discount. Coming on the heels of a 50% increase in CC rates, this game playing by dropbox is disappointing and CC should mention that if you already subscribe to dropbox, no 50% discount for you. It is only for new subscribers.

First, my credits went down from 3995 to 3260 on a 375 credit generation. The credits vanished. When I went to cancel my trial, I clicked the option to extend the trial by 7 days, but that button returned an error. How can I resolve either issue

All of my photoshop files will no longer open. All of the projects just show this blank paper icon now. When I save a new file, it also just turns into this. When I try opening the file within Photoshop, it says the file has been moved and deleted.
