I am using lightroom classic version 15.3.  I can import files and edit them.  But no matter what i try, once i export files to local disk they are unedited.   Please help - at the end of my rope.

I renamed the project, in FrameMaker and changed the title in Project Settings.  I believe I have correctly modified presets. The old title continues to display, while everything else looks good.A string search shows this title in the generated toc.new.js file in the whxdata folder, but I can’t figure out where it is coming from.  I deleted the !SSL! folder and recreated - still no change.  Where can it be coming from?Thank you,Barbara

I’ve been paying for my Adobe CC for years (many) even though it supposes to be free because I’m employed at a college (a lot of fellow employees get Adobe). A lot of insanity has been going on for the past several years (triple bypass, losing my autistic child after be brutalize, wife leaving, etc. - you know, life stuff) meanwhile it just took me two and a quarter years to recently build a new computer because I couldn’t upgrade the full 256 gb ssd on my old one that I was only using for surfing the web and email. When I looked into my bills that my ex wife handled I discover I was being charged twice a month for Adobe. So I was finally able to get past the good for nothing new AI customer rep. and Adobe refunded me for almost a year of charges. They said to let them know what I wanted to do so I just let it slide as I was not ready to start using Adobe quite yet again. But I was still getting charged. So when I just looked at just cancelling and try to start all over fresh with my n

Hello Adobe Community !I’ve been working with After Effects for years, and like many of you, I’ve had to constantly upgrade my hardware just to maintain a normal level of productivity—without seeing any significant improvements (though a more powerful processor and graphics card do really help me work normally). But in recent months, I’ve had to revert to the computing habits of the 2000s, using heavy 3D software, because After Effects—despite a complete reinstallation of Windows 11 Pro less than a year ago, the installation of a high-performance NVMe SSD (Samsung 990 Pro), major operating system updates, and the precaution of working on version 24x, the most stable version I’ve ever had, significantly slows down my entire machine after 2 to 3 hours of work. After that time, I have to shut it down via the Task Manager to restore my PC’s usual fluidity; otherwise, everything becomes slow, laggy, and impossible to use.The mouse freezes or becomes extremely slow; every movement, every edit,

It’s really frustrating that I can’t upload both a video and an image as references at the same time. Kling 3.0 fully supports this feature natively, but Adobe Firefly doesn’t allow it at all—it’s seriously stripped down and crippled.

Was anybody here that have the same experienced like me accidentally subscribed and purchased their premium by mistake. I'm wondering If I can still get a refund from the main app since google play can no long help me with this as they were saying it's not in line about their refund policy?

Hi everyone. The code below automatically sets the image to 100% size when it opens, but I later realized that at 350 or 300 dpi, 100% size doesn’t look realistic.Later, I right-clicked the image in Photoshop, selected the Magnifying Glass tool, right-clicked the image again, and viewed it at print size. It still didn’t feel realistic to me. My image is 15 cm, but the print size appears very small. When I measured the image on the screen with a ruler, it wasn’t 15 cm either. How can I modify the code below so that the image width in Photoshop looks and feels the same as the printed width?Thank you.// Call the zoom function from within suspendHistoryactiveDocument.suspendHistory("Set Zoom to 100%", "setZoom(100)");//// Open the image size dialog//sTID = function (s) { return app.stringIDToTypeID(s); };//try {// executeAction(sTID('imageSize'), undefined, DialogModes.ALL);//} catch (e) { if (e.number != 8007) { alert("Line: " + e.line + "\n\n" + e, "Bug!", true); throw (e); } }function

I was charged 4 time at 21.95 and have not received my refund

Hello,  Conditions: 1. The device is a Samsung smartphone. 2. I'm viewing a PDF document in Adobe PDF Reader. 3. I'm taking a screenshot using the Samsung hotkeys (Power + Volume Down). 4. At the same time, the Samsung screenshot toolbar opens, along with an automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader, which allows you to "Share screenshot and full document link." 5. The automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader prevents me from enlarging the screenshot as usual using the Samsung screenshot toolbar's scroll-down function. My question is: How can I prevent Adobe PDF Reader from automatically popping up so that I can take screenshots of PDF documents using the scroll-down function again?  Thanks in advance!

I have a script that I will be using frequently, but going to File > Scripts every time may become pretty tiring - even though it's very useful. Is it possible to build a panel or create a button that will activate a script? I have some coding knowledge and am willing to try making it myself if someone can point me in the right direction...

I have some simple keyframing for a shape that scales up and I want to simply select the keyframes, copy them, paste them, and reverse them so that after it scales up, it reverses by scaling back down. After pasting the keyframes on the same layer I realize that it automatically scales it back down. When pasting the keyframes should they be placed on the same layer, or on a blank layer or does it not matter? Is this an ok way to achieve the simple effect that I wanted, or should I be doing this some other way, and right clicking on the keyframes to reverse it?Thanks

Mac OS Tahoe 26.1.3(a), Lightroom Classic 15.3….I have one photo in particular that shows a virtual copy and the original is shown in Finder (via Lightroom menu) but still Library view doesn’t show original no matter what I try...as follows:Restarting Mac, Lightroom, unstacking options, setting all filters to None, synchronising folder and parent folders, Reset in Develop module, copy, relocate  and rename file and reimport (already shows as imported even though it’s a different name), search web and Adobe Lightroom forum.I now believe it’s a bug, but maybe not wording my issue clearly and not a real tech expert so I admit I’m at a loss - any useful suggestions pointers etc. much appreciated!

Please cancel my subscription because I can't afford $69.99 + $29.99 per month.

Dear Adobe Stock Contributor Support Team,I am writing to report a recent issue with my payment.According to my contributor account, the payment status has changed to "Payment Completed." However, I have not received the funds in my PayPal account, nor have I received any email notification regarding the transaction.Previously, the payment process typically went through the "Pending" → "Awaiting Payment" → "Payment Completed" stages. In this case, the status changed immediately, and the funds have not yet been reflected in my PayPal balance. Here are my details:Payout Date (as stated): April 18, 2026. The royalties have not yet been credited to my PayPal account.I would greatly appreciate it if you could check the status of this payment and let me know if there are any issues or delays.Thank you for your help.Regards,Diki Fajar Fadilah

I don’t see a way to create catalogs in lightroom.  I’m using version 9.3.  I’m told it’s in File/New.  It’s simply  not there!  Has Adobe taken this out completely?   I’m able to create albums and folders, and import into them. but I don’t see any reference to the word ‘catalog’ anywhere.
