I have two licenses for Premiere Elements 2019.  One is running just fine on a machine that was upgraded from Windows 10 to 11.  The other, I am trying to move to a new Windows 11 machine. The installer gets stuck at the "Update Your Browser" screen.None of the fixes on this and similar pages help:https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/update-required.htmlI am a software developer myself.  I understand that the problem here is that Adobe assumed that the web browser for Windows would always be Internet Explorer.  Technically, Adobe was at fault for doing that, since it's not a documented part of the Windows API, and Adobe owes us a workaround.I also have CS 5.5 on the same machine, working fine, but having it activated (under the same Adobe account) doesn't help.

Heel irritant dus!

CMD+C stops working intermittently when copying layers in Photoshop — keyboard focus lossThe problem: CMD+C randomly fails to copy selected layers. The failure is immediately noticeable by audio feedback — Photoshop plays a different sound when the copy fails compared to a successful copy. When copy fails, subsequent CMD+V produces no result. The issue happens very frequently and is reliably reproducible. The problem appears to be directly related to keyboard focus loss. Switching focus to another application and returning to Photoshop usually fixes it temporarily. Sometimes switching focus between panels within Photoshop itself also helps — but not always, which suggests the focus loss behavior is inconsistent.Environment:Adobe Photoshop 27.5.0 (2026) macOS 26.4.1 Apple M2 Max, 32 GB RAM Two external SDR displays Plugins loaded: Lumenzia 11.9.4, StreamDeck Plugin 2.2.4, CC Libraries, Share PanelSteps to reproduce:Open a multi-layer PSD document Select one or more layers in the Layers p

I have a cup with a video of steam rising from it. I keyframe the cup so it scales up and then I parent the steam video to the cup so they both scale up.What happens if you have multiple properties keyframed on an image and you parent it to something else, does it copy all of the keyframed properties? So if the the cup was keyframed to scale, rotate, change position and opacity, does the steam do all of these things also? If so, is there a way to control what is copied when parenting or does it just copy all the properties?

I want Signer 2 to be required to make a choice between two options (Approve / Decline) prior to signing.  However, in the properties dialog for the Radio Button the Participant Role and Field Type values are greyed out -- and show the leftover values of a previous selection:I can however manually type into the field listing.  This worked, albeit more tedious.

Seriously, no marketing BS, no deflection, no big strategy, why add AI to an application that already struggles to live up to it's purpose? I don't think it is a great secret that your applications have suffered in quality over the recent years. I can't say I've seen a Reddit post, TikTok, YouTube, or any other user comments anywhere recently that are flattering to Adobe or Acrobat. Personally, I don't give two cents about AI in my PDFs and I gotta say, this isn't unique among your users. I think it's great that you're trying to innovate however, the facts are your innovations are taking a toll on your image as a company focused on its users. Of all the software installed on my computers over the last few decades, Adobe software continuously performs poorly against other companie's software. Errors, crashes, slow downs, memory leaks, have all been happened routinely. No software is perfect but I can count the number of times Word has crashed in the last year on zero fingers.

Hello, my payment method has an issue and I’m currently a student. I’m no longer using the subscription and I can’t afford to continue it. I would like to cancel my plan without any cancellation fee. Could you please help me with that?

I have a form where fields completed a basic business card. The fields get pulled find but has the option to place 2 emails. With “Email2” to hidden when “Email” was not used. However, if someone places something in “Email2” but then clears “Email”, “Email2” breaks the long script  already in place. I want the “Email2” field to clear itself when its set to hidden. Is this Possible?This is what ive already started below:var one   = this.getField("Email");var two   = this.getField("Email2");if (one.value!=""){  two.display=display.visible;};if (one.value==""){  two.display=display.hidden;};

Good morning, The process that we use involves taking a design and creating a layout from it. One of the steps that we use is expanding the shapes that have a stroke around the border. Whenever I use this tool, it sometimes changes the width of the stroke (which needs to stay uniform throughout). It usually happens with more curvy shapes. I was wondering if there is a work-around for this or if it is a graphics/computer issue. Thanks!

I put this in the prompt to make an 8 second video. And it will not do it. When opening from a PDF Adobe stays open and I need to manually close it each time, annoying when you have loads to print! Can anyone help please?

Respected, around 20 minutes before writing this, I had 2800 Generative Credits available via Adobe Firefly. I was generating Veo3 video with 2 reference images; first and final frame. The video was not generated, there was a certain issue. I remember it stating “Sorry, there was an issue, we can’t generate your video now, Try again later”. Yet, 300 credits were taken from me. I tried generating another video via Kling after that for 125 credits and it worked. I am at 2375 now, but my 300 credits that were taken for the issue should be resolved. Regards

I saved a document from my Adobe files to my computer, but whenever I try to open it, the application crashes with a fatal error. Does anyone have a solution?

Adobe Acrobat becomes slow and laggy when loading pages in a specific PDF file. When I first open the file, it loads very slowly and briefly shows a blank (white) page After a page finally loads, navigating to the next page is also very slow.PDF details: getting-started-with-attack-october-2019.pdfhttps://www.mitre.org/sites/default/files/2021-11/getting-started-with-attack-october-2019.pdf I tested other PDF files, and they work fine and loads quickly

When trying to "replace with After Effects composition" I get the error message above.  I have seen many others with the same issue and logged out and rebooted as suggested and it still doesn't work.  I am using version 17.0.1 of After Effects and 14.0 of Premiere Pro.  What do I need to do to get this functionality to work?  Seems it's going on for years...?

Hi,We use the Admin console to administer our domain's user accounts and license assignments for Acrobat. We use Federated IDs with SSO to our Azure tenant. We don't use Adobe Sign or have any licenses for it.Recently one of our Acrobat users was asked by an outside party (Not in our domain or tenant) to sign a document with Adobe Sign. When they tried to sign the document it brought up their federated login, asking them to sign in with their Azure credentials. From that they get an error "Something went wrong Please wait as we work to fix this problem, then try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service." with a single button "Go back to sign in". In the end the users agreed to use a different platform to sign that document so I can't continue troubleshooting with that account, but I'd like to permit the use of Adobe Sign if it's something we need to explicity allow. Is this issue because we don't have any Adobe Sign licenses? Is there a setting in the admin console

Error code 6000.  I am greeted by this error message: "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'. I click on repair, and allow the repair process to do its thing, and still nothing. I have used the Limited Access Repair tool to fix the hosts file, still doesn't work. Used the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to clean everything out and then reinstalled. Still won't work. I have gone into regedit and manually deleted all Adobe keys then reinstalled after using the Cloud Cleaner again, and still nothing. I could really use some help.

hi. I have been trying to turn off those pesky Tool tips in the latest version of PS Elements. All I can find in searches is: Edit- Prefences - Tools. Except Tools isn’t there. Thank you.
