where did the masks functions move in the latest update? I need to create custom shape masks, not just cropping - - and that option seems to have disappeared.

As you can see in the photo, after I apply my layer mask, it Photoshop seems to be creating these transparent areas around the edges. How can I get rid of these or what settings are causing this?

I have footage shot across 2 phones and a GoPro.When going abroad, the filenames are labelled according to local time, but the ‘Creation Date’ saves according to my home’s time (London, BST). For example: filming at 16:35 in Germany creates a file called “20260426_163508.mp4” with the Creation Date 26/04/2026 15:32 …This, however, does not happen with the GoPro, which saves the files according to local time (in this example, 16:35)So the goal is: I want to change all the ‘Created/Capture’ times from phone media by 1 hour, so I can sort and filter everything chronologically in Premiere.I cannot sort/filter by filename, because GoPros save with a different naming convention unrelated to DDMMYYYY_HHMMSSI tried using Adobe Bridge – firstly, the time there is off by another hour for some reason (now 14:35) so that’s weird. Now I try to to shift the Date Created by 2 hours. It then looks correct (the Date Created matches the filename) in Bridge, but this then not updated in Premiere Pro:In P

I encountered a serious UI bug in After Effects affecting the Timeline panel switches. After using the new Angular tool / Bone Structure workflow (possibly related), certain layer switch controls in the Timeline panel became completely unresponsive. Specifically, the Switches area (including Shy, Solo, visibility and other switch icons) appears visually active, but clicking any switch only highlights the entire switches region with a selection outline instead of toggling the actual switch state. The controls behave as if the Timeline panel is frozen, while the rest of After Effects continues to function normally. What I already tried:Restarting After Effects Clearing cache Resetting workspace Renaming the composition Opening different projects/compositions Restarting the computer Testing other Timeline layoutsNothing resolved the issue. This may possibly be related to running DUIK/Angular rigging tools or to a GPU/UI rendering issue. When I try to use Generative Fill as I have done many times in the past, I get an error message saying “This feature is currently not available”. This only started happening when I installed PS v27.6.0 this morning. I checked and I still have credits available. I am using PS on a Windows 11 PC with the latest updates (as of April 26, 2026). Help! I use generative fill all the time.

When I click the Pen icon to add my signature to a document Acrobat crashes. We have tried uninstaling and reinstaling and using the most current version of Acrobat as well as the last version. Any other suggestions?

Why does the workspace turn gray after adding open files?   It will not let me combine, I have to close it.

I'm using the latest PS/ACR version on a Windows 11 laptop.I extracted two lossless PNG files from different 4K (30 FPS) videos taken with the same camera - Nikon P1100.The first image was a bird with a blue sky background.  I edited the bird with an ACR filter subject mask and did a surprisingly good job of lifting shadows, as well as some other minor slider tweaks.  A few more PS tweaks, and the jpg was ready to go.The second image was a bird with a marsh and woods background.  I used an ACR filter subject mask and darkened the bird without performing any background masking.  However, as soon as I exited the ACR filter session with the change and returned to PS, the background was badly muted, so I had to abandon that edit and make subject mask tweaks in PS.Two questions.  First - why was the background muted in the second image?  Second - for future edits with lossless PNG files extracted from videos, is it best to attempt ACR filter subject mask tweaks, or just do them in PS?

Hello,For a specific FM document, I have set some Find/change settings (with regular expression), and would like to keep these Find/change settings all the time when I re-open this specific FM document (not for new documents). How to do it ?

My keyboard shortcuts on Windows haven't been working for a little while now. Other Adobe apps don't have this issue.I tried all the reset options, deleting and re-installing it, of course the preferences in the app itself… Nothing changes the fact that the keyboard shortcuts don't seem to work. What now?

I recently updated to Indesign CC 20.0 from 19.0. I used to have this issue with CS2 but I can't remember how I fixed it. When switching to and from the text tool Indesign lags for 5-6 seconds each time. Double clicking on a text box gets the same result, as well as using ESC to exit the text box and return to the pointer tool. I'm using Windows 11. There are 13 fonts in this 26 page document, lots of links but I was not having this issue until just the other day when I updated. I have reset my preferences and that did not help.     <Title renamed by MOD>

I am a paying subscriber for Creative Cloud products (specifically Adobe Illustrator). However, Adobe Acrobat is (supposedly) a FREE PDF viewer. I have downloaded and re-downloaded Adobe Acrobat several times and every time it asks me to “Start my free trial of Adobe Acrobat” with the following options: “Buy Now”, “Start Free Trial”, and “Quit”The most annoying part is that I am trying to access a government form that should be free to access for the public, but its being paywalled by bulls**** software. Why is it asking me to pay for a free PDF viewer?

Adobe Firefly is processing my account using the credits provided. I am a monthly user.Even though there are deductions from my credits, it keeps failing to create and gives an error, and this problem did not exist before the process started from the beginning.

Hi, I currently have an Adobe Creative Cloud Student plan. I recently bought an ASUS monitor that includes a 3-month free Adobe Creative Cloud offer. I would like to know if I can cancel or pause my current Student plan, use the ASUS 3-month offer, and then subscribe again with the Student discount afterward. Also, would cancelling my current Student plan cause any early cancellation fee?

Dear Adobe Customer Relations Team,I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the handling and closure of my recent support request relating to the activation of my Adobe Acrobat Professional software.I have received notification that my support request has been closed:• Case Number: ADB-44716773-P7G0• Issue: ActivationHowever, the issue has not been resolved and I did not request for the case to be closed. I therefore request that this case is reopened and escalated to a Customer Care Manager for investigation. The issue concerns the repeated blocking of my legitimate Adobe Acrobat Professional serial number. I purchased the software under a perpetual licence and retain a valid serial number. I only use the software occasionally (typically a few times per year), however each time I attempt to use it the serial number appears to have been blocked or invalidated. As a result, I am required to contact Adobe support to restore access to software that I have already purchased. This p

Hi, I already use a 1Tb storage plan. I'd like to expand the storage beyond 1Tb, is there a way to do so?

Whenever I open aftereffects, it pops up with this message saying it couldn’t open GPUSniffer or something. AE has worked fine for about a year, and this is the first time its started happening, but it stops me from getting in or doing anything. GPU: AMD Ryzen RX 9060 XTCPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D

My Acrobat Pro just update this morning to Continuous Release Version 2024.002.20759. When filling out a PDF form, I can no longer navigate by using the Tab key.  Every time I press Tab, it opens a comment box for me to make a comment, rather than moving to the next field as intended.  I looked all thru the settings and cannot figure out how to disable this.  This has never happened until now and is incredibly frustrating!

for 5 days and multiple time a day i have been trying to generate a 5 second video from image that keeps erroring out. “ Something went wrongPlease try again later.”  Firefly did work in December during the free trial period but seems to have completely failed.
