Solved

This will get a bit confusing now, but I still hope, someone with the adobe team still understands and could help. I used to have an ID under <Removed by Moderator>. Corporate decided to make new mail adresses <Removed by Moderator>. instead of changing the ID-email linked to the original license, they removed my cloud license from <Removed by Moderator>, created a new account under <Removed by Moderator> and added a license there.result from this: no access to old files, that were stored with the account on <Removed by Moderator>, but adobe portfolio still was available on the personal account under <Removed by Moderator>at now, i eventually managed to get a license onto my adress<Removed by Moderator>.at again. result: access to files possible again! so far, so good. problem now: when i changed the ID adress of that account to <Removed by Moderator>(as it should have happened right in the beginning) i did not see my pages on https://por

Hi! I can't seem to find how to create a repeater that scales the copies while keeping the same distance between them.

Hello, I know this has been asked before, but I have a specific workflow issue. I have one client document that requires the ME (Middle Eastern) version of InDesign, while the rest of my work uses the standard version. Currently, I have to uninstall and reinstall InDesign just to switch between versions.I tried creating a separate user profile to install the ME version there, but it affected my primary user profile as well. This issue was discussed 8 years ago—is there a solution yet that would allow me to avoid the constant cycle of uninstalling, changing language settings, and reinstalling?

I’m basically asking why do I (a designer that uses InDesign) have Adobe InCopy if I won’t use it. I use InDesign. The answer I keep getting online is that Adobe InCopy is used so that my editor can edit my InDesign files. But I can’t share my copy of InCopy with my editor, correct? She’ll need to buy her own copy of InCopy. So what’s the point of giving it to me then in Adobe CC? It’s of no use to me, correct? Or am I missing something?

Hi!I'm expeiencing the following issue in Illu that I can't figure out how to fix:It looks like text text has somehow separated from it's frame (not sure how this happended - I didn't do this intentionally) and I don't know how to 'join' the text fram and the text back together 😞Has anyone experienced similar and would be able to help please?

As my last documentary project took ages to load on startup, I would like to try premiere productions. On short form films it works fine so I read the "best practices" guide, but didnt find what I was looking for. Whats the best way to organize your project inside the production so it starts quickly and everything is availabe? In the traditional project I have a folder with footage for each day and corresponding sequences with all the footage so its easy to preview and log footag.Should I put the footage from every day with those sequences into a seperate project per day in the production and then add another project for the final edit?

While starting/stopping playback and attempting to scrub to find specific frames, the Program window just doesn't respond like it should. It hesitates before starting playback, and there are times it just can't handle scrubbing at all. Sometimes, in fact, the video freezes while the audio continues playing. Here's everything I've done, after spending countless hours researching. I typically take home movies with my Google Pixel, so I understand I'm already in trouble due to VFR. So I convert the VFR files to CFR ProRes Proxy files using Shutter Encoder. I attach the proxies to my raw files. I create a new sequence I have the Adobe software on my system SSD, my video files and proxies are on a second, internal storage SSD, and my cache directory is set to a third SSD (external). I delete the cache often (likely unnecessarily). I've checked boxes to use the GPU wherever I can. I've read, however, that certain processes never use the GPU and only use the IGP.&nbsp

When I use the sharpen command in flex.2 Pro I generally get very positive results.  How does flex.2 Pro respond to a command such as “sharpen 150%?” Does this command increase the sharpening default value by 150%?

Can't draw shapes anymore with masks in the latest Premiere Pro Beta. Started after the last update (v25.2 - the one that fixed the issue where nesting stopped working). Y'all really gotta stop breaking core features so regularly.

I accidentally saved a pdf file through adobe acrobat to the Adobe-cloud. I want to delete it from the cloud but I cannot for the life of me find the cloud with that pdf. Only the creative cloud. I cannot delete it from the save as-option, as well.

Hi, I have an Illustrator file with multiple artboards and elements arranged on different layers. When I import the file into InDesign, the layers get multiplied based on the number of artboards, and every time I have to go on a treasure hunt to hide the layers that don’t correspond to the graphics on that specific artboard.I cannot and do not want to split the artboards into separate files. How can I fix this in Illustrator and InDesign 2025?

Who knows how I can copy a selection from one pdf (including pictures and text) into another pdf?

Hi everyone,I currently have 4,000 Premium credits in my Adobe account through my Creative Cloud plan. I’m thinking about adding a Firefly Pro subscription, which also comes with 4,000 credits. My question is:If I get Firefly Pro with its 4,000 credits, will those credits be added on top of my existing 4,000 Creative Cloud credits, or will the Firefly Pro credits replace/cancel the credits I already have from my Creative Cloud plan?

Hi there. I would like to do this.https://youtu.be/Vzvv0DfvJm8?si=0kXVTHXUFwMWA6zZTo paste a (black and white) image into a layer mask.I've got it once to work and all the other times it doesnt work. I dont know why it works or why it doesnt work. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks a lot!!

I'm dealing with opening many file copies on daily basis and clicking on checkbox with mouse is very slowing me down.Is there any other way how to open copy? I have tried modifier keys on keyboard while clicking to Open, but no success.

I'd like to create a line that gets fatter as it lengthens from left to right, but I want the previous thicknesses to remain unchanged, so at full length it will look kind of like a stretched out triangle (one pixel on the left, 25 pixels on the right). I've tried combining the stroke width property with the trim path property, but that fattens the entire line as it grows (see attachment), not the effect that I want.I realize I could draw the final shape and reveal it with an animated mask, but I was hoping to do it just with properties for simplicity. Is there a way?

Hi As stated at the bottom of website, invoices that are no longer accessible through a customer account can be provided by Adobe Customer Service.I need copies of my invoices dated prior to January 31, 2023. These invoices are no longer visible or available for download in my account.I contacted customer support, but the agent left the chat before resolving the case. Perhaps I could email someone instead.Best regards,Raf

After upgrade to version 26.0.0 the effect “Blend” is missing. I used it to change the opacity of source clips. Does this effect now have another name or is there another way to change blend modes/opacity of source clips?

Hello Team,Is there a way to update the billing address on our account without changing the contract owner? We only need to update the billing address details and would like the contract ownership to remain unchanged. Additionally, we would like all invoicing to be sent to the billing email address. Please let us know if this is possible and advise on the steps required.Thank you for your support.Kind regardsPreeti

Hi all,  I have a contract that I need to send out. I am in the "request e-signatures" area. I have added the proper fields in the correct places of the form, including two signature fields.  When I click "review and send" I am prompted by a message that says "Add a signature field: Go back to show recipients where to sign by adding signature fields. Select continue to automatically place a signature field for each recipient to the end of your document." But it's there. I made them. If I do click "continue" additional fields are placed under the area I want signed.  What am I doing wrong? I've never run into this issue. My app is up to date, and I am on the most recent version of Windows. Thanks for your time.
