Solved

I have the font Microsoft JhengHei, which is a Windows font. I have the font in FontExplorer and it is activated. The font is available in other programs like Word and Pages but does not show in Illustrator. The font file itself is a .ttf file.   How to I make the font available in Illustrator?

I made some edits to an interview, to try and get the background noise out of the clip. I'm making the video in Premiere Pro, and right clicked the audio -> edit clip in adobe audition. Then, in Audition, I did Effects -> Noise Reduction / Restoration -> Noise Reduction (Process). After that, I saved my work in Audition, and quit the program.  The edits I made didn't sound great, so I want to revert my audio back to it's original form, taking all of my adobe audition edits out of it. How do I do this? Essentially, I messed up and want to start from square 1.

I have updated to Lightroom 15.0 from the last version (I am on subscription) and all the edit history has gone...On the history bar it says "Paste setttings" and nothing under the history for all my photosI cannot even see the import to go back to it.Lr obviously has them - hence "Paste", but no steps, but a couple of Exports There were no messages when it updated.I restored an old version and updated again - the same result, including no messages. I want my history or at least to go back to the Import

I wanted to try the video editor and create animated content by adding the image layers separately. When I want to add some motion to the assets, for example, a rigging motion to a leaf,  the Generator adds a black background to a PNG file. Thank you 🙂

It seems as if my Premiere Pro auto updated and now a good chunk of my projects have disappeared. The last project available in auto-save is from 11-16. Where did these get moved to? I know Premiere wouldn't delete project files. This is highly urgent, as I have projects that need to be finished.  Thank you,  Austin

Often when trying to resize an image on the board, it will not let me resize it and instead resizes the first image used instead, it doesnt matter which image I select, resizing the desired image results in a different image being resized even if im using the bounding box of the desired image.

Hi.. new do InDesign... what I want to do is position the bottom/left corner such that it is 0.25" up and 0.25" from the edge of the bottom/left corner of the page.  I also want the table to be exactly 2" wide.. columns evenly spaced.  I assume it would be similar to if I needed to position a page number in the bottom corner somehow? I'm sure what I need is a good reference related to positioning elements.. but thus far, stumbling around the UI is not intuitive... any tips? Thanks!

Aguardando ativação do recurso.” 👍

On Android (web), I signed up for Firefly Standard with a 7-day trial option, paying 1 cent. Afterwards, there's no subscription.  I tried it again, paying 1 cent, again utter failure.  The chat agents in the Help center are terrible. Can't comprehend basic English. 1) Why is Adobe offering products they don't deliver after payment?2) When will I get this money back?

I wasted TONS of time on this already and hoping for someone with some technical depth on the Adobe team to chime in. I'm an experienced software professional - please don't ask questions such as: Are you connected to the internet? Or any other silly/annoying questions as was asked in the other few threads associated with this issue.   I am running Win 2019 server. I have the latest version of adobe acrobat reader installed. It's running fine. I do have a paid adobe pro subscriction and trying to use OCR features and such. When I click the OCR button, adobe reader is asking me to upgrade. I go through the menus and process and do the upgrade. In the meantime, Adobe closes all applications, pdfs, etc.. At the end of the upgrade- when I try to open any document I run into the error above. See image for screenshot. The links in the prompt don't lead to anywhere good by the way. I followed them and the instructions in those page(s). More below.   I uninstalled everything and ran

Did they remove "EYE" & "Eye Sclera" from the masking options under people on LRC in this last update?? I use it in almost every session

My premiere pro has updated to latest version and I made so may projects during that time. Now when i'm trying to open those files, it's showing "The project is made in latest version of premiere and can not open in ths version" although I checked creative cloud and found that my Premiere pro is already updated in latest version.

The artboard dimensions have disappeared from the top panel.

All my colours inside illustrator are appearing much much duller than the same file exported to Acrobat, loaded into After Effects or viewed in any other programme and I'm the only person in my workplace who is having this issue. I've double triple checked all my colour settings and it is not a CMYK/RGB issue.Has anyone experienced this before? Does anyone know how to fix it? Is it a bug in my illustrator? See below for a comparison in Illustrator and in Acrobat: Please any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone help me find a specific effect I'm looking for? I was trying new stuff from the effects panel on a shot for an animated music video, and found this really nice effect (see picture below, first with and second without effect - it's applied to the orange solid colors of the animals). When I clicked away I couldn't find it anymore and the name is not in effect controls as it's composed of three effects, so it doesn't use its own name there. Does anyone recognise the effect? I would be soo grateful to know which one it is!! The effect is composed of "animated shape control", "(radial blur)" and "(calculations)" (as seen in picture).

Hi, on November 22 2025 I canceled my creative cloud pro subscription that had continued from a prepaid plan on Nov 19 2024. On Nov 19 2025 the new subscription is paid and I cancelled the subscription on November 22, 2025. I would like to request a full refund for the 2025 plan.So my question is, is creative cloud pro prepaid plan refundable? I cancelled on the thrid day after the subscription started which follows the 14 days policy. There is no refund page or anything mentioning if I would get a refund when I cancelled my subscription. Sorry if I post this in a wrong section, I really dont know where else can I get help.

I have been trying to generate some text to video generations, however it keeps saying there is an issue and to try again later?

Tried non opera browsers, and many times its not working.Unable to reach out to customer case aswell.
