Solved

Problem: If I made a mistake in a face assignment to a named person, I cannot fix it. Steps to reproduce: Double-click the face of any named person to open up the collection of faces assigned to that person ("Confirmed" panel). Right-click any face - no menu available. This means that if I made a mistake in the assignment, I cannot fix it. I'm pretty sure that this worked before the latest LRC update.Expected result: Go to the People panel, right-click on any of the named people and you'll get a menu including the option to "Move to unnamed people".Version of the app: 13.2Platform and OS version: Windows 11 Pro - 23H2Thanks, Adriaan Sachtler

Hi. I am new to the program. I have been using Notablility up until this point where I was able to select a line I drew and then change the color. I just want to simply change the color of a certain vector-line on a layer. I cannot figure it out after looking at many fourms and on YouTube. This seems like a very basic thing to do but I feel stuck. I have been drawing black lines and have been trying to change the color of them after drawing them with no sucess.

Hi I have Adobe Reader 24.7 and I have it connected to my One Drive account.Up to a few weeks ago I could read and edit pdf files from my One Drive and, after closing the document,it would upload the modifications to the cloud. But lately, it does not happen at all. It is not related to file size, internet connection... I have updated both apps and didn't solve. Rebooted and also cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled... But nothing seems to work. How can this be corrected?

Hello everyone. I have a question about participating in Mission (I couldn't find a clear answer). Can I participate in Mission with AI-generated videos? Thanks in advance.

I'm just inquiring. Does Adobe Stock accept refunds an do they refund returns?

Apple says they are not charging me. You say you are not charging me. The bank says you specifically are charging me stop charging me!

When I try to delete pages in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC I recieve an error message 'One or more pages are in use and could not be deleted'.No other pages or files are open. I have deleted and resinstalled adobe. I have changed every setting that other discussions have talked about. Nothing fixes this. I need to be able to delete multiple pages and often, its a vital part of my job. My boss moved me to a completely new computer and the problem is still there. It is only for my adobe. All we can think of is its my adobe account/login that has the glitch. If we cannot resolve this my boss is going to move us to another PDF application. (We have 30 employees)

I wanted to install Acrobat Reader and downloaded the installer.  The installer itself automatically -- without any option to decline -- installed two McAfee programs.  It also went into my Chrome and installed some extensions that it never asked me about.  This is unacceptable behavior from a company like Adobe.  McAfee always conflicts with existing antivirus programs, which come built into Windows.  It's as if Adobe wants to intentionally break our computers or slow them down.  Unacceptable that the installer doesn't even give an option to decline the McAfee products.  Despicable.

I have a beta version and understand the new AI object mask tool.  What if I want to mask a general region and not an object.  For instance a power window.

Last month, our team ran out of Generative AI Credits. Once I looked into how many are included with our CC Teams plan, I wanted to see how the usage breakdown was across my team in the Admin console.  I'm shocked to see that there is no report or log for team admins that show Generative AI credit usage by users. 😱🙎🤦🏻‍♂ At a minimum, it is crucial to know: Credit usage by team memberPrompt history  A link to the generated assets would be nice as well. I just finished a chat with Adobe support and was told there is no consolidated report for AI credit usage for Teams admins. To get this information would require asking for screenshots of the individual user's generation history in their profile.  What a huge oversight by the product and engineering teams. I'm disappointed but not surprised.

I upgraded to Premiere Pro v24, and my Contour Shuttle Pro V2 shuttle wheel settings don't work properly anymore. Not sure why, I created new settings from my old Premiere Pro v23.6 settings in Contour Shuttle app, connected to Premiere Pro v24, and everything works except for the shuttle wheel. I turn the wheel and it plays back as if I hit L or J once, and as I turn it more it doesn't speed up, just stays at the 1x speed. I've tried other combos in the settings but it doesn't seem to behave as it should.   Anyone getting this behavior? Got any settings that is working for you? Contour support is of no help, you can't even email them for tech support anymore.  Mac Pro 7,1Ventura 13.6.1Premiere Pro v24Contour Shuttle Pro v2 - driver 4.0 (406) (latest one from their website) Many thanks,Joseph

I found this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/auto-close-alert-message/td-p/9398258Images here: https://github.com/Marshall-Brooks/Sandbox/issues/2 See also:https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/simulate-button-press-in-script-ui/m-p/7460138 I'm somewhat spoiled by the Enhanced Message Box add-on for Microsoft Access which shows a standard Msgbox with a countdown of seconds until the box closes. I used @Peter Kahrel's Scipt UI guide to modify the first linked script as follows:function AutocloseAlert(message, delaySeconds, title){ title = title || 'Alert'; var alertWindow = new Window('palette', title); // var control_text = alertWindow.add('edittext', [0, 0, 500, 200], message, {multiline: true}); // var control_text = alertWindow.add('edittext', , message, {multiline: true}); var control_text = alertWindow.add('edittext', undefined, message, {multline:true}) // if(delaySeconds === 0)

Hi,I am not able to get a full-screen peek on another monitor. There are 3 monitors in total. In any case, a part of window is displayed, and more often it is separated between adjacent monitors. Perhaps there is some kind of plugin? I don't have any additional output hardware yet, and I want to solve this problem programmatically.Yes, I have updated versions, drivers, tried all possible connection configurations - all in vain. I got the impression that I was being motivated to buy equipment. My system:  Windows 10, Nvidia RTX 3090Ti, Premier Pro 25.x

I have noticed that my audio has been playing on one channel (left side). I checked the settings, it was set to stereo, I used the "fill right with left" effect, and it still is only being played on one side. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,Creative Cloud Pro user here, looking for assurance I'm using Firefly correctly for commercial use.I want Firefly to generate reference images for us, to use to create new illustrations for a client (who will print our designs on t-shirts and packaging). In this instance, Firefly is only being used for references - we are redrawing and adding to the end products (ie creating derivative - and original - work). Is this type of usage within the commercial allowances? And we are not using any Beta models for this purpose, only the Firefly model on the website. Many thanks in advance!

Hello,For almost 2 years, we have been testing and debugging our PLNs in their release versions, as we could not get the debug versions to build/link, and it was still possible to run in the VS2019 debugger with breakpoints etc...Now, we have some quiet time, and I deceided to try to get the debug version of the PLN to build and finally managed to et the debug version of my PLN to build and link. But, when I try to use the "normal" version of InDesign to load my debug PLN, nothing happens.Do I need to also install the DEBUG version of InDesign (yuk!) ?Very best regards,Olivier

Why are my acrobat reader files being saved as a separate conflict files following any edit?!

New issue. This happens on two different Windows 11 computers running the latest version of Acrobat.Open a PDF created from a scanned document. If using the old interface, tight-click the document and select "Edit a PDF"Select "Edit using Photoshop" (or its equivalent in the new interface). Acrobat displays an error message: "Adobe Acrobat cannot start the image editing application you’ve specified. Verify the image editing application location on the Content Editing panel in Preferences." The path in Preferences is correct. The image DOES automatically open in Photoshop, but changes to the image from Photoshop are not loaded into Acrobat. This same behavior happens if I try to edit the image in Paint.

Hello, This is a script from a previous post in 2011. It works great! But I have the following request: How to apply it to a specific paragraph style like "Heading 1" instead of selecting the text?  //DESCRIPTION: Converts selected text to title case smartly  var ignoreWords = ["a", "an", "and", "the", "to", "with", "in", "on", "as", "of", "or", "at", "into", "that",         "by", "from", "their", "then", "for", "are", "not","cannot", "be", "is", "which", "can"];var intCaps = ["PineRidge","InDesign","NJ","UMC", "FCCLA", "SkillsUSA", "d’Oeuvres", "VAT", "VIES",]; // or by creating text files named ignoreWords.txt and intCaps.txt in the same folder as the script ignoreWords = getIgnoreFile(ignoreWords);intCaps = getIntCaps(intCaps); try {    myText = app.selection[0].texts[0].contents;} catch(e) {    exit();} theWordRanges = myText.split("/");for (var i = theWordRanges.lengt

Hello Everyone, Hoping to find a solution for this issue here. I just updated my AE to version 25.2 and when I opened my project it gave me a message that Deep Glow effect is missing. I manually checked and saved the effect in the plugins folder as what was suggested in tutorials but it still showing as missing when I open After Effects. Anyone had the same issue?

Hello, I am coming here because I am desperate. I have not been able to work for several days due to a mouse offset bug, like this:   The cross represents the place where I clicked with my lasso selection, as you can see, I managed to obtain a nice shape at an offset location with a single click. So I can no longer retouch or even delete elements from my photos without destroying everything with my tools. I note that this bug only occurs when I click, otherwise the cursor of my mouse seems to be correctly positioned (for example, on menu buttons like the one shown below, the mouse interacts correctly with the button without offset).    I recently added a second 4K monitor to my setup. I tried turning it off to see if it would solve the problem. I haven't seen anyone else having this issue on the net, so I'm coming here in case someone has a solution. I tried resetting Photoshop, uninstalling and reinstalling it, and using an older version. Thank

On my work PC i have Acrobat Reader DC and Acrobat DC. i have been working on a form that can be completed using my laptop. In this form i require my client to sign pages using a pen as i need an actauly signature the same as their ID such as drivers licenceIn each of Reader and DC i appeared to have added my signature in testing the form. I also have added initials for each one. How can i delete the stored or saved ones so that a client can add their own. Many thanksLuke

So anytime I am creating an in or out point on a clip or audio and try and drag it into the timeline, it won't work. Everything is fine if I leave the whole clip and drag it. I have double-checked the active track targeting and everything seems normal. The insert and overwrite shortcuts and buttons do nothing at the moment

I've been looking for the past 20 minutes but the Fresco interface isn't clear on how to crop...   where is the crop tool?   [Renamed by Mod]
