The Ultra Keyer is not working for us on any of our editing machines. We are running Win11 with 5080 gpu's, latest premiere and latest nvidia studio driver.I drop the Ultra Key on the video and pick the green, click aggressive and normally you would get a near perfect key. It is only removing about 50% of the background, looks like it's half overlayed. If you move the tolerance slider nothing happens like it is not working at all. I put a clip over a solid red matte and cropped the left side over for this example pic:  For testing i tried using the old plain color keyer effect and just picked green and slid the tolerance bar over a bit and it keyed perfectly:  Thanks, Chuck - WEFS TV

I love to design things but I am a beginner. An app that has rulers and guides is easier for me to line everything up and ultimately it is one of the factors on which subscription I will subscribe to. If I am able to line everything up the overall creation will be better and helpful in the process.

In short, how do I use the Curves adjustment layer to match the RGB values of a layer that is ABOVE it?(the one I'm sampling—the one I need to remain UNaffected by the Curves layer) As soon as I click on the Curves layer, all RGB info from that topmost layer disappears. Because this is hard to describe in words pardon the following 9 images 🙂

Hello Adobe community. I am trying to draw one of the Emporer's Angels but when I create transparent curved shapes (black or white for shadow or highlight), there appears to be some extra lines that have been added.  How am I supposed to show my devotion to the God Emporer of Mankind with these horrific blemishes built into the artwork. If I export to Photoshop, they are not there so I suspect this is just visual on my Mac.  Still annoying though and it's not the first time I've seen it. Anyone else een or fixed this please?

Hello, I can't figure out what I am doing wrong with the spreads in this book. When converted to PDF the pages seem separeted at chapters. (see screen shot). I've added pages, deleted pages, trying to get the book (when in PDF format) to flow properly. Thanks in advance for you help!

I keep encountering rejection of images for the reasons mentioned above, and in some cases I cannot understand the decision, as I believe I have removed all logos. I have attached a small selection of images and would be very grateful for any help in identifying what else I should remove so that they will be accepted by Adobe.Thank you in advance for your help.

It appears that bullets and numbers have been implemented by hijacking tabs and indents. As far as I can tell, this makes it impossible to do a hanging indent as you see fit. So now, to get lines of text after the first one to show up with a hanging indent, I have to put a hard return at the end of the first line and create a whole other style for subsequent lines. Lame, to say the least. Am I overlooking some other option? And no... tables are not an option for us. In this screen grab, the examples at the top show what the text needs to look like. The underline is created by a tab with a leading _ character. The apparent hanging indent is accomplished with the hard returns.  The one I'm working on shows why:

Hello again everyone.I have the code below which is a button to generate an email and also make a check box visible on a form going out to a customer.  I have an employee signature box which flattens the form except for this button and the customer signature fields.  The code  is in a mouse up javascript within the action tab of the button. The code works in the fact it generates the email and makes the check box visible when attached to the email message, however no matter where I locate the code to hide the button its still visible when the PDF is opened from the received email.  Can anyone suggest how I can make this work as intended pleasetry {    var cb = this.getField("yes");    if (cb) {        cb.display = display.visible;         cb.value = "Off";     }     this.display = display.hidden;     var cToAddr = this.getField("8") ? this.getField("8")

Details I'm currently using a PC, not MAC Resolution/Down Sample Popup: Full Fast Previews: Adaptive Res I cant read computers but I've attached a screenshot of how much RAM is being saved/used for Adobe/AE I imported AI files into AE and when I was moving the files in the composition, nothing was blurry until I added an Effect (wiggle) onto one of the AI files. After that whenver I pressed play on my composition, it would be extremely blurry and would only become clear after I paused it.    I made a new project and tried to redo everything but its still blurry. After that attempt went wrong, I went to the original AE project and changed all the AI files all into Shapes...    Idk how to fix it back to without the blurriness T^T I've tried adjusted the Resolution/Down Sample Popup, Fast Previews, and turned on the "Continuously Rasterized" star layer thingy. I feel like the RAM might be the issue, but I'm not sure where to begin @-@ Please help!   [Abuse

Hi everyoneI'm having a frustrating time understanding the graph tool in Illustrator. I have 70 graphs to create from excel data for an InDesign report, very little time. I follow the instructions, i have a clear sample of the chart i need, yet the chart i get in Illustrator makes no sense. I transpose the rows and columns, still no luck. Where can i get clearer instructions on how to solve my problem?

I have just bought PSE 2026 Elements and Premiere, and have the notification.  When paying for it I tried to go back to check something, then could not go forward again, so although I have order number and order ID by email, that is it.  How do I upgrade these in Organizer and Editor on 2 computers?  Currently have PSE2025 and used Elements for 20 years. Thank you.

Has a recent update to Adobe Acrobat changed the layout of the toolbars? My Custom Toolbar (RED) used to be along the top under the menu bar and my sidebar tools (GREEN) used to be on the left-side that is now occupied by the Custom Toolbar. I'm not finding anything online about this change or how to change it back. It will no longer allow me to remove the Digital Signature from the Custom Toolbar either.  We always replace that with the Certificate Signature. Having both will be confusing to our users and cause problems if they use the wrong one.

Dear all,I have recently received a shipment of new titles from my printer. The printing run comprised 3 titles of 25 units each. All titles were packaged and shipped in the same way. One of the title had ink stains on all 25 units, with 5 units being unusable (see the kind of damage in the pictures below, one picture per damaged unit). The printer saw the pictures and said that the damage is caused by rubbing during shipment and they refused to issue a credit note for more than one damaged copy. They also insisted that this is due to the non-laminated covers. Please note that none of the titles had laminated cover, yet only one title contained significantly damaged copies. Everything was shipped in the same big box with four smaller boxes inside.Their price for laminating the covers for less than 50 copies is 200% the single unit cost, which makes it unviable.  Two questions:(1) what do you think caused this damage? (2) what good printers are available in mainland Europe? These a

Hi all,I would like to have just the effects only applied to a shape/path i.e. no fill and no stroke. We can do that in photoshop but I've not figured out how to do it in Illustratore.g. a Rectangle shape that only has drop shadow/inner glow.  How can we achieve it?

Hey gang,There are 60 languages (if you include regional variants) built into InDesign. Why is there no Latin? (Now there is!)

I tried resetting preferences -did not work. I have the latest version of photoshop.

Hi I am trying to find an efficient way to curve my text without distorting the letters along a vertical path. The vertical path tool only allows for  single character and I tried the objects on path tool but i have to seperate every line and it is only centered on the path. I want my text to be left aligned. With the object on path tool I can only select to rotate and adjust the spacing on all objects on the path and not indivitually. I think this tool would be great if more adjustment features were added The Image that i'm using shows what im strying to do but i have manually divided each line from the textbox and altered where the line starts myself. Is there a better way to do this?

We operate in a hybrid terminal-server environment where our users have Adobe Acrobat Standard installed to their local machines, as well as it is installed to multiple session hosts in the remote environment. Our users are licensed with Adobe's Named User Licensing (NUL), so each user has their own account that is managed centrally from our admin portal online.  Our terminal server environment uses .VHDX user profile disks that are mounted to one of the three session hosts automatically when a user initiates their connection. Unfortunately however, Adobe only allows users to sign in to two different devices with their Adobe accounts. Even though the user's profile disk moves from session host to session host (assuming there was no mounting / unmounting issues) - Adobe is recognizing each device as a different one and is pushing the users past this "2 device" limit. At this point I'm at a loss and unsure how to resolve this so our users don't have to constantly sign in a
