Earlier this year i created a form with some simple calculations and some fields with java script. User have the choice to fill it in by hand (print and pencil) or use the form online or offline. Last week i noticed that the form shows the calculation fields and the Java Script based fields show a zero. And this zero is also printed when a user wanted to fill it in manualy.  var getal1 = this.getField("veld1").value;var getal2 = this.getField("veld2").value;if (!isNaN(getal1) && !isNaN(getal2)) {event.value = Number(getal1) - Number(getal2);} else {event.value = "";} Who has a solution,Best,Ton

I started at the University of Cambridge (US) this year and they have digital books using Adobe digital editions.  I'm in the US but when I try to open a book. I get this message:  E_ADEPT_TOO_SHORT What does this mean and more importantly, how do I fix this?   See Screenshot below:

I installed the PMT for Coldfusion 2018 on my Windows notebook. Everything seemd fine, but each time I want to login, I get the message: "Invalid Username / Password".I am sure that username / password are the correct values configured during installation.Nevertheless I uninstalled the tool and installed it again, using other values for username / password. This did not help. Can anybody help? I did not find any information on this in the internet!

Hi Recently my company changed to adobe teams or something and now I have no generative credits.  They do not understand my need for these (ug) so I tried using the browser version of photoshop and it does have the credits, or at least I am able to use generative fill.  WHy is this?  I would just use the browser version but it does not give me an option to save to my hard drive only to the cloud.  Can anyone provide me with some insight on what is happening?  Thanks

This photo was taken with my Nikon mirrorless 7II camera and posted in Adobe Stock, saved as a PNG photo with transparent background.  It was rejected... "During our review, we found that it is likely to be generated by AI and not labelled as such. We can't accept your image into our collection without the label declaring it is a generative AI image." The photo was enhanced using the AI Denoise process, and otherwise not created in Photoshop AI.  Is there a way to repost and indicate it is indeed a photo, and not "likely generated by AI?"

I’ve got a couple of gripes with Adobe that have been driving me up the wall. First off, they’ve scattered their support and community pages across the internet like breadcrumbs in a forest. By the time you click through all the forums, subforums, help centers, and “contact us” pages, half your day is gone and you still haven’t found the one place that might actually help.   But my real frustration is with their stock contributor reviews lately. I recently dusted off my old film camera hobby — you know, the real kind, with rolls of film, chemicals, and the smell of fixer in the darkroom — and started uploading scanned photos. And what do I get? Rejected. Over and over. Apparently, I “missed the generative AI flag.” Excuse me? These are film photos, not pixels born in a machine’s imagination. How are they deciding these are AI-generated — tarot cards? Tea leaves? And while we’re at it, could someone explain why every rejection seems to come from a moderator who thinks a Nikon from

What is the cause and resolution for the following error message when openeing Office apps on my Macbook Pro running Adobe Professional?

 Acrobat Proを起動直後にこのような画面が表示される。Alt+F4での強制終了やタスクバーのウィンドウを閉じるでも終了出来ない。PCの再起動、再インストール、修正等も試したが状況は変わらない。

This has been happening for well over a week. Creative Cloud couldn't even get it to uninstall, but I finally got it uninstalled, used the cleaner, deleted everything I could find and reinstalled but still encountering the same issue.

Hello, As I cannot find a way to contact a human or chatbot via phone or chat, I am posting my problem here. Perhaps someone on this message board can assist me with resolving the issue.I wish to cancel my Adobe subscription, Acrobat Standard, prior to the automatic renewal on 12 October 2025. When I attempt to do this today, 9 October, 2025, I am told that I will have to pay a cancellation fee of 13 USD (see screenshot), which is basically a charge for an extra month with no access to the services. My question: on what day could I cancel this subscription without the cancellation fee? That is, if I cancel on 12 October, would I not incur the fee? But if there were then no fee, wouldn't I then have to pay the subscription cost for one more month of services, as the contract automatically renews? Thanks for any clarification, community. Kai

I work on social media posts using templates, the same fonts, colours and guides are used month to month so I usually just duplicate the file on the Cloud app, rename the file and then work with that file for the next batch of content. Recently I tried that and when I tried to open the duplicate file I received an error basically saying I'm not the owner of the file (screenshot provided). I havent changed anything and this had always worked, the only difference I've noticed is this file says "online only" which I noticed one or two files have the same issue when labeled with that. I am running illustrator beta and have already flagged a problem where you cannot open files directly from the adobe cloud using the beta versions and have to open files through the apps, but this is an entirely new problem. And yes I am aware that I could create a template for my file preference but this issue should still be addressed.

Hi folks, TL;DR: I am trying to find (or create) a way to automatically relink all linked objects across multiple subfolders from a shared drive in a single PSD upon opening the file in Photoshop CC for MacOS. Long version: I work in a studio where PS files must be shared between a team of artists and many of us touch the files at different points in the process. We have container PSDs with multiple linked objects in each, and the source files for the linked objects are stored on a shared Google Drive. MacOS changes the base directory for the shared drive to each person's username and Google Drive has its own credentials, so that even when the relative folder placement remains the same (ex. SharedDrive/Folder/Workfiles/Example.psd) the absolute path changes upstream from the files, forcing each artist to relink all the files manually at open. (ex. Users/NameNameson/Library/CloudStorage/GoogleDrive-namenameson@companyname.com/SharedDrive/Folder/Workfiles/Example.psd)We have di

When a color block with a linear gradient is mirrored in Illustrator and then copied and pasted into Animate, the direction of the linear gradient of the color block is reversed. The first image is in Illustrator, where the top-right and bottom-left parts are obtained by mirroring the top-left part. The second image shows the result after they are copied into Animate. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Hi everyone,My indesign acts a bit weird with some pdf files. If I want to insert a pdf file I get following error: "failed to open the pdf file". Hi all,I just resolved a difficult issue I was having with installing Adobe Reader and thought the resolution was worth sharing. The computer lost power while Adobe Reader DC was installing. After that, I was unable to install Reader. I kept getting "Error 1328.Error applying patch to file C:\Config.msi\PTEDE6.tmp" when using the installer from https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/. I tried using the Adobe Reader Cleaner tool from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html but it didn't have any effect. After spending some time examining Process Monitor logs, I discovered the installer was accessing cached Adobe Reader installation files from this folder:C:\Windows\Installer\$PatchCache$\Managed\68AB67CA7DA73301B744CAF070E41400After deleting that folder, the installation completed successfully. (You will need to turn on the option in Windows Explorer to "Show hidden files" and turn off "Hide protected operating system files" to access this folder through Windows Explorer.) I

Today, I noticed that Export As is trimming out invisible pixels automatically.  In the screen shot, my image is 3072x1024. Export As treats it as a trimmed down 2734x437. This is not at all what I need. Is there a checkbox to turn this off? -- Save for Web (Legacy) does save out without trimming, however I try and avoid using that tool anymore, since I am affraid Adobe will someday remove it entirely.

Hi!Why can't I delete a row in a table in InDesign anymore?Someone with the same problem?
