I already purchased a 1 yr individual subscription to acrobat Pro in Jul 2024. How do I download, install and activate it?

The Essential Graphics panel, which used to be very helpful, is now missing. It was great for quickly cropping with rounded corners, combining text and images in one place, and adding backgrounds behind logos or PNGs — all without creating an extra layer on the timeline. Right now, I have to type some text just to make the familiar tool appear again. Can you please bring back the original Essential Graphics workflow? It made editing much faster and easier.

Hi, when I click save as, the window that appears is black, and it stays that way.It is the latest version of Illustrator.

I want to use my image as the main subject and, by specifying the subject, setting, lighting, and style, create the desired result, while keeping the subject of my original image clearly recognizable, without altering its salient features.I've only been able to do this on Google AI Studio (Nano Banana), but not within Firefly, where, even using Nano Banana, the reference image is altered a bit too much.Do you have any suggestions?

Hi This is weird. I have two cover PDFs exported from Indesign which when viewed side-by-side show different colours but should be the same. The original cover was produced about a year ago and the new one was produced from the previous ones document and both were output to the same colour management settings. When I examine the background colour in Acrobat or PitStop the values are the same in both files but one is noticeably bluer than the other. It's not an issue with a weird spot on my monitor as if i swap the two files around the difference moves with them. If I view the two files in Acrobat X (or a web browser) the files appear as expected. Just to demonstrate to myself that I am not imagining it I took a screenshot of the files side by side and pasted into Photoshop - sure enough the values are different so Acrobat is displaying them differently. See screenshot attached - I placed some colour samplers in Photoshop. Never seen this before - anyone go

which keystroke causes all open palettes like color, layers, opacity, etc .to vanish. Very disruptive to workflow when you hit it accidentally and don't know which one.

Hi community, can we change a server path in PS Droplets? The situation is as follows: we have several Droplets, some of which are linked to JavaScript, where we no longer have the original PS actions. Now the server path has changed and the server has been taken offline. Is it possible to change the path in the Droplets? Or does anyone know of a way we can do this so that we can use the Droplets again? Thank you very much for your input.

Hello I have a strange issue with Acrobat : I can't have all text on note. That are disappearing...As it seems that there is no solution (already post on this issue), I want to install an old version of Acrobat, but I don't have the option on the Creative Cloud app like in other software.Where can I find old version ?Thanks

I have been using Acrobat PDFMaker  to export my PPT files to PDF because it is the only software that preserves the names of the slides as bookmarks (PowerPoint inbuild PDF tool adds text in front Slide 1: Slide 2: in front of title which I can't have).I have latest Acrobat and Office and there was no update at all in last week.Suddenly when I export PPT all the hyperlinks do not get exported or don't work at all. If I use anything else to export the same PPT, links work.If I export same PPT from last week that worked 100%, now the links are no longer there.I can't even think of what setting would cause this. I do not want to uninstall everything so if anyone has any other suggestions, please advice.Thanks.

I'm trying to import an illustrator file into after effects for animating but when I import the ai file into after effects, all my layers come in as 1x1.

Why haven't I received any payment notification from Adobe after I withdrew my earnings? I've been waiting for 9 days but there's been no news yet.

This is one of those things that I have been annoyed by for ever, and I am wondering if it can be bypassed? When you are zoom way way in to a path or shape and need to move a point, if you are close to a guide then the icon switches to the Guide Edit tool.   The GIF below is not 100% to scale as I could not get a screen shot of the edit guide icon, so I made it.  You'll get the idea though.  I was zoomed in to close to 3000%.  So is there, say, a spring loaded shortcut that will force Photoshop to ignore the guide?  I can turn off the guide of course, but the whole point is to align to it, and better still, snap to it.  This happens with Pen, path select, and direct select.

Title says it all. Illustrator works fine with all other functions except for the Object>Transform>Move tool. When using it the whole app freezes and I cannot even quit. Attached video for reference. Here are some other measures that I have tried to solve the problem:Restart the computerReinstall IllustratorUpdate the graphic driver (to NVIDIA Studio Driver 581.29 for RTX4070)Reset Illustrator preferencesNote that Windows is up to date. Here are the specifications of my computer & Illustrator:GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070CPU: 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900KFRAM: 32.0 GB 4800 MHz (31.8 GB usable)OS: Windows 11 Home 24H264-bit operating system, x64-based processorIllustrator 29.8.2, no plugins installed Any help is greatly appreciated.
