How do I change my plan from Acrobat PDF Pack to Acrobat Pro? The fee is the same.

Hi, I was taught (many years ago) to do my work in Photoshop and then save the final file as a tiff to include in my page layout program. It seems like InDesign files that have a lot of Photoshop files added to them are very large and take a long time to load. Is there a good reason to do one over the other?

Hello guys, I know is pretty awkward what I'm asking and I'm sorry to bother a big community for this... but how can I set once I'm using a brush in a preset mode to a 90°precisely ? Is there a way to set the brush or a keyboard shortcut? Even when I open up the brush setting window, I can choose plenty of different settings but I cannot turn it into 90°, or 180° or whatever degrees... maybe there's a an hidden path to it. Thank you

Hi EveryoneI chose the one-year plan.monthly payment, used from AugustSince September, every time I log into the software, it will ask me to update the payment method.I contacted customer service, and they said they had received the payment and asked me to continue using the software. However, every time I log in, it still says that I need to update my payment method, and my membership page also shows that there is a problem with the bill.but I receive electronic invoices every month. However, on October 10, I received an email stating that my subscription had been suspended due to payment failure. Now I can't log in, it asks me to choose a subscription plan I contacted the credit card company and they said the charge was successful. Now I can only wait for customer service to work and call to ask.Or are there other ways to report and solve the problem? I'd like to ask if anyone has encountered this situation. This bothers me a lot.Thank you for taking the time to read Charles

I canceled my 7-day free trial on the 5th day (I received an email confirming the cancellation). However, on the 8th day I received an invoice. When I checked my account settings again, it still showed an active subscription (so I canceled it again). Is there any way to request a reimbursement?

Hi, I want to ask, my assets are still under review from 5 months ago, maybe even more, new assets that I upload can be approved within 4-6 days, however, why are there still my assets from 5-6 months ago that have not been reviewed?

Dear members,I am a new user of the Character Animator and I tried to create an own puppet. I used a puppet of Character Animator as a template for the different layers. The problem is, that the eyes of this puppet are unnormal moving and "flipping" when I use it in Ch.. I will try to upload this puppet here. Also if I load this puppet in the Ch the whole puppet is moving. I attached my waterdrop puppet to this post. I have German Ch. I know this is an English forum, but I hope to find help. Thank you very much. Kind regards,Martina

Hello,I am wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I am moving to a new Windows server and upgrading from CF2016 to CF2021, and I can't seem to get my SMS gateway running even though it works fine on the old server. The errors I am getting in my coldfusion-out log when it attempts to start the instance are:"SMSGateway (SMSWatch) Binding to SMSC""SMSGateway (SMSWatch) Bind operation failed: java.lang.NullPointerException"This is the code for the CFC I am using for my instance. I am not sure where it originally came from, but probably from a ColdFusion example:<cfcomponent> <cfset undeliverablePath = "C:\CF21\cfusion\sms\undeliverable" /> <cffunction name="send" output="false" access="private" returntype="boolean"> <cfargument name="username" required="true" type="string"/> <cfargument name="password" required="true" type="string"/> <cfargument name="from" required="true" type="string"/> <cfargument name="to" req

I am in the need to find all entries in a LR Classic database, that actually have their link to the original photo broken. I haven't found a filter/attribute to do this.

I've been happily using my copy of Photoshop CS5 for many years. I did have a plan sunscription for a while, but I wasn't really getting value for it. I cancelled my subscription and went back to CS5 - all is good. Or it was.I updated my camera, and it now uses CR3 format, and I can't update my camera raw app.  what seems a common event - "download failed to install, please contact customer services". None of the links provided work, nor do the solutions from the community archives.  Is there anyway to get an update, or do I finally need to lay CS5 to rest....

I had purchased full Photoshop and Illustrator CS5 versions on disks from Adobe a few years back. (a sizeable investment). My Windows computer subsequently had a motherboard failure making it non-useable. I was able to remove the hard drive and I can access it in full through a docking unit. I have a new windows 11 desktop but I no longer have the install disks (I lost them during a recent move). Can I either access Photoshop from that external docking drive, or can I somehow reinstall it onto my new computer's C:\ drive from that external drive? Is there any way other than spending another ton of money on an online subscription? Thanks in advance.

Hello there! This is the 1st time I'm having this issue.Whenever I press <return> to render between the I&O points, Premiere (after rendering) starts the playback at the beginning of the timeline and NOT at the IN point. This is definitely (for me) not a functional way to work.Any hint on how to change this? Thanks in advance.

Hi thereCan I upload the latest version of Illustrator EPS format in my contributor account?Or I should use the legacy version "Illustrator 10 EPS"? Cause the latest version of saving the EPS doesn’t open older version of Illustrator. Thanks

Hi Adobe Stock Contributors community, I'm a new contributor trying to upload AI-generated images to build my portfolio, but I keep running into this error: "Not all of your contents could be submitted for moderation." It happens when I try to submit batches larger than around 50 images at once. I've made sure they're properly tagged as generative AI, meet the resolution requirements (4MP+), and don't contain any copyrighted elements. I've also spaced out my uploads to smaller batches (10-20 at a time), but the issue persists if I hit what seems like a weekly limit. Any tips on how to increase these limits faster—maybe by improving acceptance rates or contacting support would be super helpful. I've checked the help docs but couldn't find specifics on this error. Thanks in advance for any advice! Best RegardImesha

I am trying to add a link in a web page to a PDF file which takes you to a particular page in the PDF file. I have followed these instructions from elsewhere on the internet and it does not to work! 😞 For example for page 4 the advice I have got is to add #page=4 to the end of the link. Thus the whole link for a file (in the same folder) which is called Script_310317.pdf would be as follows …Script_310317.pdf#page=4This should take you to page 4 of the PDF but it still just takes you to the top or page one of the file. What have I done wrong? I am using Safari. Thanks for your help,Gareth

I haven't quite been able to figure out the difference between TRACKING and KERNING.However, in the meantime, is there a keyboard shortcut I can use to enter tracking in (numerical) with the keyboard?

Based on a quick search it is not suppose to convert to raster? Thanks

I have noticed what seems to be a bug involving the comment tools.  The behavior causes strikethrough text to be automatically generated and interferes with single-key accelerators.   How to Reproduce the Behavior:Open a PDF with selectable text.  Open comment tools so you see the specialized top and side menus. Select some text with the cursor.  Type anything.  The selected text automatically gets strikethrough markup and your typing populates a comment bubble.   Environmental Factors:This behavior does not happen with the comment tools closed.  This behavior also occurs if the cursor is still associated with a specific position in the text, in which case a zero-length strikethrough is generated with the comment.  This behavior is independent of the "Enable text selection for Highlight, Strikethrough, and Underline" option.  This behavior is independent of the "Use single-key accelerato
