Issue:A user (A) is experiencing issues with Acrobat Pro, specifically with the feature that allows sharing to the Creative Cloud, enabling users to collaborate. The user can still use other features of the Acrobat Pro with no issue; the software is treating her as if she does not have a license only on the homepage, as well as the page shown in the screenshot.  Desired:The Share button (as well as the “Ask AI Assistant” feature) is available to another user (B) who has the same license and is running the exact same version as User A (as of October 9th, 2025).  What I have tried:Checked for updates.Logged out and back in again.Repaired the application.Reinstalled the application.Had the user logged into a different computer.Unlicensed the user and assigned it back.Launch the program through a web browser. I then went on a 3-hour remote session with 3 different “specialists” from Adobe Enterprise Support. What they did in addition to what I have already done:Rei

How do I uninstall the McAfee Security Scan Plus software Adobe Acrobat DC installed without my permission on Windows 10? The Uninstall option is grayed out in Windows Settings -> Apps & Features. McAfee keeps popping up telling me I have a "potential" security threat and won't tell me what it is and directs me to the McAfee website to purchase it. Seems like a marketing scam to me. I don't appreciate Adobe doing this.

Why, suddenly can I not print a PDF from Outlook?  I keep getting a message saying 'Your Acrobat trial has expired. Buy now to restore full access to Acrobat. Click OK to buy.'Ive been printing fine for years, suddenly, in the middle of the day, when I had been printing fine, I get the above message. I have a free Adobe account, I can save the PDF to my PC and then print the PDF with no issue, using Adobe. Please help as this is getting frustrating.

Hi @Mathias Moehl  Is there a way in Automation Blocks to 'press play' on a timeline and play down the active sequence? Maybe some code in the extendscript block?

In Photoshop: I open a photo and duplicate it. Adjust Saturation in HSL adjustment layer to say 75 (yes very high but really want to see what's happening). On duplicate I addjust Saturation (not vibrance) in Vibrance adjustment layer to same, 75, amount. The photos are very different. Why?See attached photo.

Olá, Gostaria de cancelar meu plano e excluir minha conta.

Hi to everyone.   I think at some moment something went wrong when I upgraded for 1 TB.    So I pay for   Photoshop Creative cloud  ( with included Apps) 25,51€/m for a yearly subscription    Creative cloud (with all Apps) with 1Tb 24,19 €/m for a yearly subscription   Tried to contact Adobe but seems impossible to contact them…all these companies seems to become closed boxes. I’m almost with Adobe since it was launched previous century. Remember it was possible to contact them directly by mail…what I did   So tried to cancel the first but then comes a message that I will lose everything ( portfolio, lightroom,…)So I really can’t figure out what went wrong and how I can get out of this situation… Actually I’m just using PS, LR, LRC, portfolio   And any chance I see my money back…think I payed several 100s of € to much.   Even thinking of canceling everything from Adobe to get rid of this problem and continue with Topaz and Lumi

When I am on the Map module, inserting a location doesn't work. Sometimes, nothing appears, sometimes only one picture get the location.Lightroom Classic 14.5.1Win 11-64 on dateAnd seleced pictures" are selected.Have you an idea ? Before, it works well. Thanks

Before the upgrade I could click on "Add Text" and it would simply let me add text to my document, but now after the upgrade, I click on "Add Text" and it goes into "edit mode" showing all of the boxes, etc... on the form and making it very complicated to actually "Add Text" to the document.  Is there a fix for this? This is the main reason that we use Adobe and the fill and sign is WAY over kill for what we need this system to do with these documents.  We just need our simple Add Text back.

Hey I have been trying from the desktop app and the web app. I tried with 2 different accounts and different web browsers but  when I try to upload a pdf it just never converts. I even tried it with one I have done before that I know is not complex. is anyone else having these kind of issues today?

Hi there! This is my first time posting here so feel free to correct me if I you should approach this issue in some other fashion. I love the new way Premiere Pro works with captions and it has really sped up my workflow. However I have one issue with how the background of the subtitles work. I am able adjust the size of the background box around the text, but I am not able to adjust the height and the width independently. This forces me to add spaces to the start and end of each line to manually create more padding on the sides. This workaround adds up to a substantial amount of time. I have attached a video if I haven't explain what I mean well enough.  It would great if you could add this functionality! Please enlighten if I just haven't found the right buttons 🙂 Best regards,Trym

I've uploaded files to my printer and don't see the bleeds. I checked my Package/PDF/X4:2008 settings and the bleeds are set at 0. I check the Document Setup and the bleeds are set at .125". I've checked the boxes and there doesn't seem to be a way forward. So, I can't use Package? I have to use Export? Hmm.

Hi everybody, currently running creative cloud on iMacs m1 24" in my lab: the app detects new updates and executes them fine on some iMacs, on some other iMacs just doesn't wanna detect new updates, not even if I search them manually. Why so? The only solution I found is to completely uninstall the app I want to update then install it again and it comes out with the latest version, but it obviously isn't a feasible thing for me on the long term as I have to frequently update the software on like 60 machines. Tried with the repair/cleaner tool with no success. Any help? Thanks in advance

Hi, need help, I have 4 fields "Name","Phone","Email","Address", I also have multiline text field and need each value in separate line with corresponding prefix, any help is appreciated.

I want to make the image on the right the same size as the entire grouped object on the left. But I don't know how to get its geometric boundaries. How do I determine that it's part of the group?

Color science breaks my brain, please help with a VERY simple issue. Client has given me a CMYK document for a printable billboard, which needs to turn into RGB for After Effects. When I go to File > Document Color Mode > RGB, the colours change. I need the colours to be preserved as close as possible but in RGB, instead of a big shift. Edit: Sometimes Doc Color Mode to RGB menu works with colors unchanged, sometimes it doesn't, I'd like to know why please

Hello, I have with my cancelled subscription.I already cancelled my subscription before the free trial ends and to add I have received an email confirmation regarding my successful cancellation process. The problem is, there is still an attempt of charging in my card 3 times already. My plan management cannot be editted unless I paid the due billing. What should I do?

Hello. I noticed that when I rendered my video in Premiere for IOS, the final product was not as bright as the original clips. Is there a solution to this? Thanks.

What is the importance of "Apply Layer Mask"?

Merci d'avance.

I want this simple effect:The line is above the text and where they intersect, it cuts the text content. Where they don't intersect, the line is visible. I'm using red just to make it clear, but I will be using a black and white texture to emulate something like this: Important: I need the text to be editable, so the texture will stay on top, untouched. I can't rely on making a selection out of the text and then create a mask from that selection, because then I'm stuck to only being able to use that text. Also, when it comes to the texture, should my texture be 100% black and white, or can I use texture that has gray as well? Or do I absolutely need black over transparency, only? I would like this to be a workflow where I can save it as a style so I can easily reuse it. Thanks
