Solved

Hi there,   I've been experiencing an issue for quite some time now, and with each update, I hope it gets resolved. It could be something on my end, but this problem always seems to occur unexpectedly, without any changes to my settings.   The issue mainly arises when I return to InDesign after working on something else on my laptop. When I revisit my designs, everything is greyed out, including other open files. Although I can still select individual items, that’s all I can do (I’ve attached a screenshot with everything selected). The only way to fix it is to save, close the file, and reopen it, which is quite frustrating as it disrupts my workflow.   Has anyone else encountered this? Does anyone have a solution? Thanks so much!   <Title renamed by MOD>

My workflow involves editing smart previews on another computer most of the time. Something seems to be broken in the latest update, because after making any edit to the image I get an exclamation mark with the message "Error writing metadata". I had no issue with this in the past up till today and did not change anything in my workflow or settings either. Current version: Lightroom Classic 13.0.1

I purchased the standalone product Acrobat Pro 2020 in 2023, and installed it on a laptop running Windows 10.I recently purchased a new laptop (running windows 11), and installed Acrobat Pro on there as well, but I can't seem to use it...When I login to my adobe account to check "Activated Devices" it says "You have no activated devices"Shouldn't there at least be one computer listed in there?Adobe says:"You can install Adobe applications on more than one computer, activate them (sign in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time." I cannot access my old laptop (due to a hardware failure).  How do I activate Adobe Acrobat Pro on my new laptop??TIA for any help.

Can anyone help me with a GREP for making dashes consistent? I want all dashes to be sixth space, Em dash, sixth space:

When I open a pdf in Acrobat, often pages with a background colour show as white background. If I open the same pdf in Preview it looks just fine. This has been happening for a month or so. Previously no problem.Does anyone have any suggestions?

I work in book publishing so changing the size of a document is rarely done, but applying a master page with a different margin is a given to almost every project. Is there a way to still perform the function of Enable Layout Adjustment or is that gone to the wayside? For example, I could apply a master to a page and the objects adjacent to the margins would automatically snap to the size of the master. Items that were not touching the margins like ornaments or other text boxes would remain in place.Using the new Layout Adjustment feature, it does too much work and adjusts every object on the page, so it seems more problematic than helpful. Moreover, applying a different master to a page no longer automatically adjusts the boxes sizes to my margins.

I keep removing it and it keeps coming back. There's a whole tab for Acrobat. I don't need it taking up real estate on my home tab where styles should be. Is this pathological behaviour expected? Is there a way to get it stop reading itself?Using current O365 and Acrobat DC Pro.Thanks, Jim 🙂

Hello, I would greatly love to be able to remove this little bar from the horrible tasks, it is annoying when I put my document in full screen or on half of my window. Thank you in advance !

Hi, I am new to Adobe Express. I was able to add photos and text, and everything worked great. I even sent a project to myself, and it all worked fine. However, when I try to paste a link to a YouTube video file, that is marked public, adobe express acts like the link is not valid and will not let me complete the project. Any advice would be appreciated. it would be nice if the application would allow you to embed your own files from your computer. Anyway, I am fine with using YouTube., If I could get it to work.

My name is Monique Ollenbuttel and I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my Adobe subscription. I originally create an account to use the free trial, and I cancelled it as required before any charges were due. Despite this, a few days later I discovered that my account had been reactivated without my consent. Since then, I have been charged monthly subscription fees for a service I did not authorise or agree to continue.I am extremely disappointed and angry that this has occurred. This situation feels deceptive and has caused me unnecessary financial loss. I expect an immediate investigation, a full refund of all unauthorized charges, and confirmation that my account has been properly cancelled. If this matter is not resolved promptly and fairly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further through my bank, consumer protection authorities, and relevant dispute resolution channels. Please treat this issue with urgency and provide me with a written response outli

Hello guys/gals.   I currently use 5-7 Zoom cameras to film my quartet.  I then import them into my PC, open Premiere Pro, and then have to manually sync them up to one another for editing.   Audio: I have the stereo audio feed being sent to each camera, so as we record the video, live audio is also being recorded to each camera.    Is there a better way of doing this please?   Much appreciated.    Mark   Note: I am retired and using an old, but solid, version of PP CS6.

I just tried to download the trial, but not successful in downloading, but later a monthly payment has started to dedcut from my bank account every month, by now two payments have gone from my bank, starange how?

I have reported this in the 'Bugs' section as well - but I need a resolution asap: The 'Request Signature' opting is missing in my tools - I see this has been reported on several occasions by other users On a previous occasion - Following a previous update - I did find a thread about deleting a lingering DC file - and that worked previously- but I cannot find the thread any more I have tried reinstalling but to no avail - I have an acrobat pro account so this should not be happening! Also - As a Pro account holder - how do I chat to support directly - I do not seem to be able to. Thanks

I want to apply the text settings to all text layers at the same time. How to do this in new versions

I have saved a pdf book.  I can open it in Adobe Reader in my Android phone.  The only way I've found to change the print size is buy pinching, but that runs the sides of the pages off the phone.  So I can't change the print size, which is tiny and unreadable.  I tap the three dots, and go to Printer, but there is no option to change the print size.  How can I change the print size?  Or, how do I open this book in another app on my Android?
