Solved

Hello Adobe Stock Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with several of my recent payments. Some of my payouts are marked as "Paid" in my Adobe Stock contributor account, but I have not received the funds in my PayPal account. To clarify, I have attached an image file with annotations:Red circle: Payments that were successfully received in PayPal (I have numbered them for reference).Green circle: Payments that are shown as "Paid" in Adobe Stock but never appeared in my PayPal account.Could you please help me verify:Why these "Paid" transactions were not delivered to my PayPal account?Whether the funds will be re-issued or returned to my Adobe Stock account? What steps I need to take to resolve this issue?I would greatly appreciate your support in resolving this matter. Hi everyone,I would like to execute script actions on several files using registered action scripts. For each I need to : unlock all the layers / select all the objects and vectorize texts / register in .ai (a client would like I convert lots of pdf in ai)Register in .ai works well but unlock layers and vectorize does'nt work, an error message pops up when I execute the script.Do you have any idea of how to do that and if that's possible? Thanks a lot for your help!<Thread moved to Illustrator communityby MOD>

Hello, I have been trying for about a week to download the free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. I have a brand new desktop computer with Windows 11. It meets the system requirements for the download. I open the Reader_en_install from my downloads and double click on it. It starts downloading but once it gets to about 80 or 90% downloaded, it stops and says there is an error. This has happened at least a dozen times. It doesn't say what type of error. I shut down my computer and turn it back on. I restart it. I have gone to the troubleshooting pages and tried the suggestions, including trying to download with different browsers, but nothing works. I'm not sure what is going on. It should be easy. Does anyone else have this issue? Can anyone out there help?

I created a webform that requires a signature and I created a shareable link and QR link to distribute publicly. Upon signing the form, it reaches my Adobe Sign account and is shown as completed. As the author, I get an email from Acrobat that the form has been signed. Is there a way for the completed and signed form to be sent to a distribution list and not just me?  Thank you,Tim

How do I stop an e-sign request I have sent out? It is no longer needed, but adobe keeps reminding the receiver, which they find irritating.

Hi where do I find the menu you are referring to above?  thanks

Hi, I can't open the cross-reference panel...I updated the app to the 17.0.7 version, every time I try to click or create a new cross-reference I can't, it's not clickable and the classic panel doesn't open.

Problem:In Illustrator, the logo appears with a white background. When exporting to a PNG with transparency, the white background disappears and only the colored logo remains. In PDF, the white appears normally. You want the white to remain visible in the PNG, but it becomes transparent.

I have a product catalogue that has hyperlinks applied to each product name so the respective webpage for the product will load if the product name is clicked when viewing the exported pdf. Unfortunately the url's have a strange hidden character that isn't always visible - I have found "^p" sometimes when i copy and paste the url back and forth from notepad - so this may be the character I am looking for. But in acrobat pro when I go in the edit url menu there is a visible space that appears after the product number in the URL.Does anyone know a script that I can run in either indesign or acrobat to search for the character in every single hyperlink in the document to remove the character, The document has several thousand hyperlinks so it's a very tedious job to do one by one.

This has been a known issue for at least three years.I swear you guys seem to change the things that no one cares about (rearanging the tools pallets for the umpteenth time)  but you won't fix any actual bugs?If I didn't need your products for work I would happily drop them.  Fix your bugs.
