Solved

Images that are part of an object group render the image as blocky and grayish on some PDF files despite the fact any PDF rendering engine in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge render the PDF documents correctly.  I copied multipe instance of object groups with images that display this problem into one test.pdf document which displays the same problem on multiple computer with the latest version of Acrobat installed.  I then printed the problematic test.pdf file using firefox to save it as a new PDF (test2.pdf) which then displays correctly in Acrobat.  Why can't Acrobat display these images correctly in the original PDF when other PDF rendering engines can?

After finishing a magazine that includes ads provided via PDF, the printshop kicked it back saying there were unembedded fonts. I finally figured out which ad was the offender, and its fonts are all "Type 3" and don't have "(Embedded)" or "(Embedded Subset)" in Document Properties. I solved it this time by exporting the ad as an image, but in the future I would like to check for this before sending the magazine to the printshop. Everything I can find on the web says that I can find out by using Preflight's "Embed missing fonts" profile, but running "Analyze" on that profile says "No problems found".  However, if I drill down in Overview/Fonts, under each of the multiple instances of "Type 3 font" (none with a name), "List of glyphs missing in embedded font" is a massive list (probably all the characters in the ad). If I run Analyze & Fix, the resulting new file has no change - none of the Type 3 fonts were magically embedded, and the analysis afterwards was the same: "No probl

Previously when I used the the transform again command every transform action was repeated (move, scale, rotate, with/without copy). Now only the move command works. How can I fix this?

We're running ColdFusion2021 Enterprise and attempting to use the SAML feature where our application is the SP and a customer is the IDP using Azure AD. When we first called ProcessSAMLResponse() it authenticated. Subiquestial calls to ProcessSAMLResponse() are now getting this error: "Possible replay attack occurred as there is no login/logout information associated with this request.". We suspect this is related to the SAMLcache and we feel it's not clearing when it should. In the SP Configuration - the Request Store setting we've tried both the "Default" and "Cache" settings. After it started failing with the "Default" we edited ".../lib/auth-ehcache.xml" and changed the setting: "timeToLiveSeconds" from 600 to 60. Here's the xml:<cache clearOnFlush="true" memoryStoreEvictionPolicy="LRU" diskExpiryThreadIntervalSeconds="3600" diskPersistent="false" maxElementsOnDisk="10000000" diskSpoolBufferSizeMB="30" overflowToDisk="false" timeToLiveSeconds="60" eternal="fa

Hello,As of today, I have not been able to open AE cc 2022. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and the problem still occurs. I even uninstalled my 3/9/22 Windows update to see if that would fix the problem. No luck. I have the full Adobe Package and all other apps open fine. I even tried opening AE 2022 on my laptop running Win 10 and it works fine. Not sure what else to try. Any ideas? See the error popup below. Thanks - troy

I'm getting a Table-Headers check failure in the Accessibility report. When I check in the Accessibility tags area, the TH tags are properly set. Yet, when I go into the Reading Order, the headers are all set as TD and when I try to edit them to TH with the appropriate scope, they snap back to TD. How can I get the headers to properly tag and stop defaulting back to TD?

Hi, I am hoping to use either Adobe express or Adobe premiere pro to edit videos from my daughter's school. I am a member of the parent committee. I am hoping that I can film the school play / school events to sell to parents and raise funds for the school. Some parents have withheld consent for this. I am hoping that I can use Adobe to blur the faces of children for whom I do not have consent. My question is- where are the files stored for Adobe editing? Can it all be stored on a desktop/ locally on a school computer, to offer extra reassurance to parents who are not comfortable with their child's photo being uploaded to the Internet (in any form), or will Adobe store copies of all videos that I edit (either on the cloud, or elsewhere)? Many thanks, Rachel 🙂

Hi Adobe team,When I used Firefly with the “Ultra” option, I was charged credits but received three identical images instead of different variations. I just wanted to report this issue so you’re aware. Thanks!

Hello everyone!!! im working on creating a postage stamp is PS and one step calls for creating a work path then applying a circular brush to the path to get the perforated edge of a stamp.  To achieve this the tutorial calls for making the work path, selecting the brush, then applying it and VOILA!! The effect. But.....the "brushes" in my brush menu (Win 11, F5) are all white and this effect seems to add to the work path (making the edge bulge out) instead of it subtracting from the edge. Image of the brush menu and the bulged effect below. I'll add the tutorial link. my question - what's wrong? Why are the "brushes" white and I'm getting the additive effect?much appreciated!! I did the reset under the setting for brushes but......uggh!!!! tutorial (not meant to be "advertising ")https://youtu.be/FznXiKhxoUw?si=QDyv4e2reNrbdOvy image

I've uninstalled Acrobat and reinstalled multiple times (and restarted my machine), because error code 205 appears to be an issue with the downloaded file, but I'm still unable to launch Acrobat. There are NO firewalls and I'm not on a network – I'm a freelancer working from home and on the same desktop (system updates all current) the past six years without any issues with Creative Cloud until recently. Any advice or suggestions greatly appreciated. I'm unable to work without access to Acrobat!

I somehow downloaded and installed Adobe DC as a purported upgrade to the existent Acrobat Reader installed in my laptop. The DC app has been a disaster for me in terms of generating extra work and convoluted navigation. Also, I do NOT trust nor want a cloud-based app due to profound, and hard-learned, concerns about privacy and security, plus occasional loss of online connectivity and access, which exigency can make me SOL in terms of using such an external cloud-based app.Questions:[1] How can I save a downloaded and opened PDF file directly into my laptop, versus saving file in the cloud and then copying into laptop folder? That multi-step process inside DC is a frustrating PITA, as Adobe Acrobat Reader had been sufficient for my purposes. [2] Alternately, can I delete DC and install current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is fine and more user-friendly for my needs, and much, much more secure? Many thanks in advance for readers' attention and timely advisement & assistance.

Hi community,I'm a non-commercial user and most of the time, I only need LR, LRC and LR Mobile. I now see that I have 2 subscriptions in parallel which I didn't think was possible:- Creative Cloud Photo subscription where LR is bundled with PS (about 25 bucks/mo)- LR 1 TB subscription (which is all I need, about 15 bucks/mo) I think this is because LR was nagging me erronously that my subscription was running out, and in my anger I must have purchased a 2nd subscription - I didn't think this was possible as I now have a dual LR subscription for a royal 40 bucks/mo... How can I get rid of the "big" PS subscription without paying the penalty fee? Cheerstotality1000

Please add the ability to disable trials entirely from Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. We cannot allow users to install trials per policy, but Adobe is pushing use of Creative cloud for deploying so many of the apps that it's basically impossible to manage without it.We need the ability to only show apps which have been pre-appoved for use (that we decide, not that Adobe wishes to advertize)

What technique is this? PLEASE HELP! Hey guys, we have this film festival coming up and I'm really trying to figure out how these guys did this editing, if anybody could give me any leads, I would appreciate it so much! The effect is sort of like a dragon, Ball Z/bullet time effect. Video Dragon ball Z sequence concept: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DOmEr5TEQIu/?igsh=aGR5OXd0ejl3amEx Here's another example https://www.instagram.com/reel/DNY5dGLxp49/?igsh=MTVldXU2cnZiemg4OQ==  did the actors pretty much do the fight sequence and then they slow down, as the camera moves? are the guys jumping up and flying in the air sort of like a rotoscoping and then key framing?  I'm fairly familiar with Premier, and slightly less so with after effects, but usually I stick to simpler effects. thank you in advance for all of your help guys!

There's a great feature in the Insert Photos tool on the forum that allows you to browse through your Saved Photos.  There is even a section called My Albums. Unfortunately, I don't see and can not find any way to edit these albums. I thought it would be somewhere in my Profile. It would be a great time saver if the albums could be edited like you can edit the Macros. It would make my life easier.

After the latest update to CC 2019, when I open an ai file, it launches Photoshop each time instead of Illustrator. Why?

Hello,My vector submissions have been pending for approval for 4 months now. Previously, my vectors were typically approved within 15 days, and some were even approved on the same day. My rejection rate is only 2 out of 100, so I’m unsure why there’s such a long delay this time. Can someone please advise me on what I should do?

Hi, I just installed Adobe Acrobat DC, My problem is that when I'm in a meeting on Teams I can't share the PDF window. Does anyone have a solution?

I was sent an email which stated that my 'Payment has failed' for my creative cloud pro plan, but looking on my adobe account there is no creative cloud pro plan on the website, neither is there any orders or invoices on the account that was sent the email. The only plan I have on that account is adobe express for my school, which is not the creative cloud pro plan and is something I do not have to pay for. Can you check my account for this plan or something, as I have no idea where there is any evidence of me having this plan. If it is possible can you cancel, as I already have the adobe enterprise for schools. There is just no mention of this plan anywhere on my account, no any billing outside of the fact it has already taken money out of my bank account and the email which was sent to me saying tha payment failed due to there being not enough money in the account.
