Solved

When I open a new file or an existing file in Photoshop Beta, it opens stretched. When I first open it, there's a black border around the right hand side and bottom, and when I then zoom in or out, the black border disappears and the image displays stretched. This didn't happen in the former Beta version, and when I downgrade, it doesn't happen

I tried to get my PSE2019, via Glen's excellent advice, reinstalled but the installer wouldln't work. I called Adobe customer service. The tech assured me she could get it working but even with screen share was unable to. She offered me $20 off of PSE2025 for $79.99. I pleaded with her to sell me PSE2024 for the same or even $99. No luck. Now it's Adobe's subscription PSE, which my libertarian soul rebels against, or finding a PSE2024 that is not a faulty deal or a complete gouge. (I found it at eBay for $240, which I consider a gouge.) Is there any hope for finding it at a decent price? Or even PSE2023 or 22? Thanks.

It's available on my Mac but not on PC.  Why?

Hello Support Team,  I want to inform you that my Lightroom mobile app doesn't work with premium featues, while I log in with my subscribed account. Could you please assist ASAP!?   Yours Sincerely, Amr Saeed    [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Honestly, I feel crazy that I have to ask this question. I received a PDF document that is not a PDF form but needs to be. The document was accidentally created as Legal size (8.5x14) though it only takes up 8.5x11" (letter). This is a government supplied form and the biggest complaint they get every day is that it can't print or prints too small. I have edited the document in Acrobat to add the form fields and now I simply need to change the page to letter size. So far, I have been unable to find anywhere in Acrobat that you can do this. Every webpage I have looked at skips around the issue and suggests printing at a smaller percentage, fitting the print to page, etc. I want to change the document size. Period.  Surely, there is a way to change the document size in Acrobat. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When opening a PDF with the latest version of Acrobat Reader (2025.001.20630),I encounter display issues with images inside the PDF.(This problem occurs only with 24-bit images; 8-bit, 4-bit, and 1-bit images are not affected.)Could this issue be related to a bug introduced in the recent update? Is there any configuration or workaround that could resolve this problem?

After a few strokes using the Roto Brush tool, I get the 'AfterFX.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close' message. The clip I am trying to Rotoscope is ~12 seconds in duration, Quicktime (.MOV), and 3.6 GB. I think it was transcoded to ProRes 4444. I'm using the newest build (24.5) of After Effects, but I've experienced this with other builds. I've tried using the Roto Tool in Safe Mode with the same resultI've restarted Windows 11 with the same resultI've tried using Roto version 2.0 with the same result My rig is Windows 11, Intel Core i9-11900 2.5GHz, 64GB DDR4 RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB.Here's the crash log analysis (also attached), which is Greek to me: ************* Preparing the environment for Debugger Extensions Gallery repositories ************** ExtensionRepository : Implicit UseExperimentalFeatureForNugetShare : true AllowNugetExeUpdate : true NonInteractiveNuget : true AllowNugetMSCredentialProviderInstall : true

I have always been able to drag and drop images from the Library Grid view into a collection in Lightroom Classic.  Just today, this stopped working.   The image cannot be picked up from the grid and dragged, let alone dropped.  I can't find any settings in View options that affect this.  Help?  Release 14.5.1.

A built in time tracker per project would be amazing; even one where we can leave comments.Currently I am using a time tracker on click-up or the focus section in the Windows clock and then entering the minutes into a spreadsheet. But there are times when I get too busy and forget to track the time.

Hi Everyone, In the last several days, Illustrator has crashed several times a day. Sometimes it crashes without me even using it actively. Sometimes after the crash I get a notification that there is an issues with GPU performance. My laptop has two GPUs but I am not sure how to properly utilize that. Hi guys,I have a script to open JPGs and now I need to adapt it to open PDFs.I'm getting a "wrong type of enumerated value" error exactly because of the way I'm working the PDFOpenOptions (line "open(fileList, pdfOpenOptions);").I found quite a few scripts that define pdf open options just like I did, but in all of them the root path was hard coded (I need it dynamic). So, where am I going wrong?

Please help!Up until today I have had Acrobat X Pro. A while ago they removed some certificate. That made it impossible for me to:* Save a form I'd done so a person with only Reader could fill in and save. (Save as/Reader extended PDF/Activate addition of text in documents (that are not fillable forms) (Sorry for the bad translation from Swedish!!)* Activate the typewriter tool so as our large forms could be filled out without me having to make them as a form (they are a lot of pages, and change regularely, so we have made the typewriter tool accessible so that our customers can fill them in anyway). (Save as/Reader extended PDF/Activate more functions). Today I finally got the latest version of Acrobat (Creative Cloud). Could somebody PLEASE tell me exactly how I should do for the 2 * above? I think I get the hang of how to save a form so that people with Reader can fill in and save, but to write in a non-form? Please tell me how I should save the file, and also how a person with

Since the last update (26.10.0) Photoshop is very reluctant to start on Windows 11, it takes three or four tries to get the splash screen to show up. Also "open with Photoshop" is very hit and miss in this version, often nothing at all happens and this also takes multiple tries until it works if you are lucky.

I working alot with the tool "Comment" I often use drawingtool and adding textbox. For exempel I add a Textbox with some text and I wan´t to add this text box in several more pages, in the future I just right click and copy this and paste into another pdf document that is open. Why can´t I do that any more? My versionC:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\PPKLite.apiVersion: 25.1.20672.0Creation Date: 2025/09/02Creation Time: 20:08:52

Hi,Relatively new to Illustrator so was wondering if anyone could help me with a queryIm basically trying to create a circle with a grid inside like the images below.(P.S. I used the gradient mesh to create this effect)I basically just need to know if there is a way I can give the lines in the circle a fill so that it gives the effect of a circle with solid gridding inside it.Thanks

Before Windows 10 goes unsupported, I'm goinig to buy a year of continuing the AV protection, and a year from now I'll have to get a Win 11 one. If it were possible, I would like to use Win 10 on this computer, but unplug it from the internet, and just use the sound recording and other facilities, and use the new one to go online. The problem I foresee is that my Audition program won't receive any updates. Is it possible to receive updates from Audition that I could load into the program myself? Or is that out of the question? I know I'll have to start using 11 for everything, but I'd like to put it off as long as possible. I have been an Audition user since it was Cool Edit 96 by Syntrillium, and would like to continue.

Hi FrameMaker Friends:   I'm trying to help a client locate all occurrences of a specific image and delete it. Here's what I've tried so far: If we assign an object style to the ones we are looking for (it's the same image used in multiple places, removed after each round of edits), Fm can use Find/Change to locate and select a frame based on the object style name, but won't delete it. Fm can use Find/Change to locate all anchored frames and remove them but it's all of them.   So, how is the text field used for an anchored frame search? Is there something I can type in there that will allow me to narrow the scope? I tried filename and full path with filename, neither worked. Any other ideas?     Thanks in advance,    ~Barb

GPU is Nvidia RTX 4000 Quadro with current driverHave reset Photoshop preferences, reset toolbar, processing preferences to stable, Select object option set to cloud No people option on the options bar. Side note, people selection in LRC works fine.

Images that are part of an object group render the image as blocky and grayish on some PDF files despite the fact any PDF rendering engine in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge render the PDF documents correctly.  I copied multipe instance of object groups with images that display this problem into one test.pdf document which displays the same problem on multiple computer with the latest version of Acrobat installed.  I then printed the problematic test.pdf file using firefox to save it as a new PDF (test2.pdf) which then displays correctly in Acrobat.  Why can't Acrobat display these images correctly in the original PDF when other PDF rendering engines can?
