Solved

In the past week my crop tool on Photoshop 25.4.0 has changed.  I can't seem to just draw any size crop border around part of an image.  The crop tool only allows crop dimensions as per the drop down menu and this often is not what I want.I have tried every single option in the drop down crop menu and they are ALL pre-defined to some degree.I cleaned my keyboard and I may have pressed keys in unison because since then is when I've been experiencing this problem (!!!).

Hello Adobe Support, I am currently experiencing performance issues with my computer when running the latest version of Adobe Premiere Pro.Due to hardware limitations, I am unable to use the most recent release smoothly.

I submitted a set of 8 Halloween AI-generated images. All were rejected: 6 for “Quality Issues” and 2 for “Similar Content.”From my side, the files look sharp and clean without noise, so I’m not sure what triggered these rejections. Could you help point out what reviewers might see as problems? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2017 Release Version 2017.009.20044 on a Windows 7 computer.  Every day or every other day I notice that Acrobat starts to open all by itself usually while I'm entering data into an Excel spreadsheet or something.  This does not happen on start up but what appears to me to be at random times throughout the day.  And twice it tried to open with a window that asked if it was OK for Adobe to make changes to my computer.  This was strange as I was doing nothing with PDFs, Adobe, Acrobat, or any other thing that is even remotely connected to Adobe in any way.  Is there any way I can stop this from happening?

Hello, I’ve noticed that the approval rate has recently dropped sharply. Even when I upload content with different themes, the results remain the same. Does this mean I should pause uploading to avoid any potential negative impact on my account? Thank you for your help

Hi everyone,I redeemed a 1-month Adobe plan through Nvidia and started using it at the beginning of July. It was supposed to expire on July 31st, but today when I logged into Adobe Creative Cloud, I was surprised to see that I still have full access to all the apps. When I checked my plan on the Adobe website, it says I have a Prepaid Plan and shows: "Redeem a new code by Sep 1, 2025."I'm wondering - did I somehow get an extra month for free? While this is great, I’m a bit worried that I might get charged unexpectedly. Can anyone clarify this? Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I'm having a strange issues whereby the current page marker on my A-Parent page only applies to the first two characters. Basically, the traditional style numbering only applies to the first two characters, and for Roman numerals, only the first two letters are in small caps. See examples in the picture. I've tried this with different styles (and no styles) applied, so the issue isn't to do with the style itself. There is no GREP style applied to the first two characters, or any nested style etc. Any ideas?

Hola comunidad.

I've figured out Shutterstock and am trying to expand to Adobe. I realize the quality expectations are different for different stock sites, but I can't seem to nail down what the biggest issues are with my images not being accepted. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to why some are accepted and not others, other than for "Quality" issues. I am using my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone camera.  So, maybe my camera settings need fine-tuning? Or is it my composition, etc? Please share your tips, I'm new to this stock photo gig! Attached are several that didn't make the cut. THANKS! 🙂

Hi - I am getting AbobeGCClient quite unexpectedly on Macbook air 15.6.1 os. Mostly I launch Acrobat or Photoshop these days.Any way to correct this?thanks

I wish to export my project as Wraptor DCP in 4k. But there are only presets in 2k. How can I create DCP in 4k?

When I turn FX on, and add any effect, the volume automatically drops.  It doesn't matter if the effect is GPU intensive or not.  I even turn on pre-rendering, but it doesn't help.  As soon as I turn off FX, the volume goes back to normal.  I'm trying to add some basic EQ effects, but I can't, since it's now hard to hear the track.  Thoughts?

"Participant 1" In my workflow has to select whether or not they are married. In this case, "Participant 2" would need to sign a specific conditional signature in the form. If "Participant 1" is not married, "Participant 2" no longer will exist. I need to keep "Participant 2" linked to the signature box specific to the Spouse, even when there is no "Participant 2," so that no other Recipients will be assigned that fillable signature. I need the other recipients in the work flow to still be assigned to their own boxes without being bumped up and assigned the wrong fillables. Is there a way to accomplish this?
