Problems rendering even with very low-resolution videosFurthermore, it's impossible to track down projects for export.

I finished editing my video but when I try to render it gives me a notification I need a paid plan to render HEVC video. After doing some research I found out I need a paid plan, but... I have the premiere paid plan? As far as I know I'm not in the free version since it says nowhere in the app that I am. Does anyone know how to fix this since I would very much like to render my video

The app is quite good but there are major areas that need improvement:1. Lack of support for full extended unicode characters (e.g. Emoji) - This is a major problem that needs resolving, the app needs to be able to support all characters available in modern fonts, not just a subset.2. The file dialog is terrible -  how am I meant to work finding files when there are no working thumbnails? We have system standard file dialogs for a reason - just use these rather than wasting your time and ours trying to build something different.

Looking into what documentation there is for the discontinuation of Rush and the move to the new Premiere for iPhone app, I do not see any information about iPads. Will Premiere for iPhone work on an iPad?

Good evening, I spent some time looking for a solution, but I did not find anything on the Internet. Please advise! After adding the Bend effect, and any other distortion effect. The anchor point of this effect is not attached to the figure, and when moving the figure, the points remain in place. While the figure can be at the other end of the composition. The effect is as if it is attached to the center of the composition, not to the figure. Even if I attach it to it.

This is getting to be annoying. Whenever I'm working in InDesign, if I pause my work for a period of time, the screen either goes to gray and then to pink. I can't see a thing. I'm continually having to quit out of InDesign and reopen if I want to continue working on a document. Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi. The Windows changeover from Windows 10 to Windows 11 is forcing me to get a new computer. How can I keep my Photoshop Elements 2019 in the process of switching computers? Thanks.

With premier rush, being discontinued, will there be a way to transfer existing premier rush, projects to the new iPhone premier app, or save them in any way?

Sorry if this is a stupid or obvious question.  Usually, you hit f4 to bring up the track matte column, right? But ever since switching to MacBook 15" where the f keys are substituted by the touch bar, that short cut won't work.  (even by holding function key).  I also can't access it by right clicking "switch" and selecting "column," as shown on a track matte tutorial.  I'm on the latest AE, by the way.  Can anyone tell me how to bring up the trkmatte options? Thanks!

Is there a reason why Adobe has not included a Magnetic Pen Tool in Illustrator?  Thanks

Good morning, and happy Friday to all!   I have been searching, without success, to locate an authoritative document that spells out (in English), the method by which the CORRECT NUMBER of ColdFusion Enterprise licenses is determined.  My job is on the acquisition side, not the technical side.

I'm trying to integrate Adobe Acrobat Sign with Salesforce, but I'm getting the following error:   access_denied : Please contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed.   My Account [Personal information removed by moderator] is Enterprise Account but when I trying to connect Adobe E-Sign with my Salesforce Sandbox, it is giving me error.

I tried to cancel my trial subscription and kept getting an error message. I need a reimbursement please.

Hola comunidad!Tengo el plan de Adobe creative Pro.Quería saber que sucede con una imagen creada en adobe firefly que no es compartida para uso compartido.¿Esta permanece privada y nadie la puede utilizar?Muchas gracias! Kam

I’m experiencing a problem I’ve never had before. In the latest version of Dimension, released last month, I can’t turn off the background color, nor can I export/render a PNG with a transparent background. When I try rendering to PSD and open the file in Photoshop, there is always just one merged layer (object + background). This forces me to manually select the object and create a new layer without the background. Should I revert to the previous version of Adobe Dimension? All I need is to export/render simple objects without a background, but it seems that this option is no longer available. Thank you in advance for your support!

I would like larger previews of favorite images generated on Firefly. They are really too small, and it's difficult to choose the best one to use.Now I have to download them and then choose the best ones on my computer... which is very inconvenient and tedious.

I have accidentally selected to not be asked if I want to recognize text when using the find function. How can I turn this back on so that I don't have to convert scanned pages to searchable images before using the find function?

Hi,  I am using Premiere Pro 2022, and I put a text /essential graphics object on a separate video lane..... but there's no 'Roll' checkbox, to make it into a credit roll.   See the screen snapshot.   There's only a mask text checkbox, but no roll checkbox. Any ideas? Thanks

Dear Adobe Team,We use Adobe products in an environment with SAML-based Single Sign-On. Currently, users must manually enter their email address on the sign-in page before the SSO p

Hi, recently we updated the ID and IC to higher version, and find that the indicator for overset content in text frame is now by default transparent, rather not visible. Until we select and focus on that particular text frame, the indicator turns red. But the default indicator color could cause designer miss out the error. May I know if any tips on preferences or other settings for adjusting the indicator presentation? Please find the screenshots below for references of before/after selecting the text frame and how the indicator appears. Thanks.

Hello,I'm wondering if everyone is again having slow moderation times or if it's just my account? For a brief time, my images were being moderated so quickly I couldn't even keep up., but for the last month  or so, it has slowed down to a crawl again and my images are building up. Any insight would be appreciated, thank you 😃

Is there any options nowadays for device based? Where it's just activated? We have a machine that multiple people use the same account, because its a scientific machine at our university that multiple people have to check the progress over 2-4 days. If you sign into your own user, it won't work, because the software would be open under someone else's account, so that's why we used a shared login. The software requires Acrobat, and I'm not sure what to do, I'm in IT but our main OIT handles the licensing, and they said there is no options, but it doesn't solve my problem, and I can't do anything about it. I know 7 years ago, there were options, but wasn't sure, someone said no, but it would seem odd not to have something.

Offset Path & Outline Stroke  comes under Effect & Object. Is there any difference?
