Solved

I just bought and installed Elements 2025. The organizer works fine, and I converted all my catalogs andreconnected my media. But now when I "Edit with Photoshop ElementsEditor" or launch the editor in any way, it does nothing. It didlaunch successfully a few times earlier, but now it will not. Sometimes I getthe message "Loading Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor Workspace" but ithangs there for about a minute and then disappears. Is there a log somewhere I can use to troubleshoot?Newer Asus Zenbook, 16 GB RAM, 8.7GB in useWindows 11

I'm pretty sure I've made a rookie mistake somewhere in this project but I have a document with various sections that each have their own parent page. In order to get the page numbering correct I had to switch off 'Allow Document Pages To Shuffle' but I think it's messed up the layout because when my client tries to upload the print ready PDF to KDP, a bunch of pages at the end have their margins messed up.   When I look at the pages panel you can see all the spreads but then there is a lone page hanging just before these errors begin. I can't remember what I did there because this has been a long and complex project but it looks as though the margins are 'compensating' for that missing page and so, even though the page looks like its on the left in the pages panel it has the margins of a right page. I hope that makes sense.    Any suggestions on how to fix that?

i'm trying to recreate this particle effect with Trapcode Particular - i was sort of was succesfull too but it is nowhere near close as this one in the video. I am certain the particle system in the video is 100% Trapcode Particular. I gave value  "-1500" to the wind expression in physics settings,  I gave value "110" to the wind affect in aux system.  in theory it works as intended except for the aux system. Here is the original video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoG-b8NfUt4Down below my attempt in remaking it: Here is also a video link to it: https://youtu.be/jDOroDd5F0g?si=G4pym3CYAFdtER5o The particle arrays (i think?) looks way too off, instead of combined of 6 dots as seen in the video there are 5 dots in mine in most of the particles, the one in the video is also in a perfect distance too. I tried few options in Trapcode Particular but couldn't figure it out.

@frameexpert I have an existing script to show/hide conditional text in a document - see https://community.adobe.com/t5/framemaker-discussions/estk-script-line-to-refresh-show-hide-conditional-text-pane-needed/m-p/14152329 In FrameMaker, the Show/Hide Conditional Text pane works on the book level, so I thought I could just change all references to doc in my script to book. I'm getting an error on book.GetNamedObject (Constants.FO_CondFmt, "Format 1"); I noted in the FrameMaker Scripting reference, there is app.GetNamedObject and doc.GetNamedObject, but no book.GetNamedObject. I'm assuming I will need to open the first doc in the book to get the conditional format names, and then process each document in the book to show/hide them. I think I can figure out how to do that (thanks to  https://community.adobe.com/t5/framemaker-discussions/searching-a-book-using-extendscript/td-p/13268771 and similar) - I just want to make sure there isn't a

Hi.I am receiving many emails about a user requesting access to InDesign, eventhough I already assigned a license to him.How can I make it stop???

I couldn't find the free version of adobe XD.I have been working with the free version for a long time now, but cannot find it anymore.

Firefily will not create a vector image despite being asked to. The download contains the grey check background every time.

Hello,I can see that the MOVE tool has come up repeatedly, but my issue seems particularly stubborn. When I upload an image (jpg or PNG; with the former, I change the layer from background to "layer 0") and I then try to move it with the move tool, the image gets moved into a black void, and the chequered underground - excatly the size of the image - remains in place. I don't know what is going! I never had that problem. It's PS 2025. I unchecked "show layer bounds on hover" and "show hover bounds from layers" as I also used to have an empty blue frame that was being moved, that's gone now, but this made no difference to the problem as such. As you can see in the screenshot, nothing is locked on the layer panel, and I ahve also unselected and re-selected "Auto-select: Layer", no difference. I am going insane, as moving images is pretty much the first thing one does in PS! Any help please?

Is it useful to add the "ing" form of verbs of movement, action, or position to your KW list when you have already added the basic verb to your KW list? For a simple example ... sit, sitting, rest, resting, perch, perching ... I feel like this gets redundant, but my concern is if one only uses "sit" for an image's KW, the image will not show up in searches using "sitting" for a KW.

Would love the ability to select multiple rectangle shapes or text boxes, and adjust the width or height of them all together. Google Slides has this feature, as does Canva of course, Figma, etc. Would save me a lot of time when adjusting layouts. Screenshot shows Express vs Canva functionality. Thanks!!

Hello - I made an Adobe Illustrator Javascript,To summarize it, it "copy-paste" some values/data from a .csv file. With one of the textfield, I don't know why but the "All Caps" option/setting (from the "Character" palette is turn on.I don't know only why that specific textfield.  tried already a lot of thinngs… But I dn't understand why.Would it be possible to avoid it by turnning "off" that option via Javascript? Can this option (so from the "Character" palette be "reach" via Javascript?Below in this message I saw already some stuff, but nothing seems to work.  I tried it via: var textRange_DC = textFrame_DC.textRange; textRange_DC.characterAttributes.allCaps = false; textRange_DC.characterAttributes.capitalization = Capitalization.NORMAL;but it doesn't work,After I tried something like: // Try to turn off All Caps using the menu command app.executeMenuCommand("allCaps"); // Try to change to lowercas

Hi There!Hope you are all well. I want to ask a question. Can I use free plan of adobe express with their free elements (not marked with crown) to offer freelance services such as youtube thumnail designer and social media post designer etc? I am poor and that's why I can't pay for premium account. I don't want to get into any trouble. Your help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I discovered as I was quickly trying to use Lightroom Classic and Photoshop that many of my selected preferences for file handling, naming, image size, pixels per cm instead of inches, were changed. Some things like my watermark remained. I have not gone through both apps to check color space, and my copyright info and metadata settings and info, or if it has done the same to all my computers. Why no warning or permission asked? Why no instruction or way given to save all of this and put it back without spending a lot of time going through the over-complicated menus looking for hidden switches like playing a game?

Am I able to convert a youtube video to mp4 to save on a flash drive using the free version of Adobe Express?
