Hello, I have the same problem as other users. I am in my free trial period. Since I paid a small fee to start this period my experience with using Adobe acrobat mobile app was not satisfactory. I wish to terminate my subscription! I red the instructions on your web page but I do not have the option to "manage subscriptions" and I did not go thru a 3rd party app to subscribe to it I dont want to be charged for something I keep trying to cancel  Please take care of it soon, definitely before there is a charge when the free period ends. Thank you!

Hello- I work in PSB files with many layers. When I copy merged (cmd, shift c) and paste within the same file (as a top layer), i get a significant color shift (it appears mostly a lot lighter). As its pasted back in the same file, there should no profile conflict, right?  Im in working RGB, but it happens also in adobe rgb, CMYK etc. It seems to only happen in the files with many layers. Any ideas?

Hi Community,I’m currently working on a user interface design collaboration, where each functional asset needs to be delivered in multiple resolutions. The developer will then implement these so the design can upscale or downscale depending on the user’s monitor resolution. One challenge I’m facing: I created a canvas at 1000 × 500 with several layers that have Layer Style FX applied. When I upscaled the document to 2000 × 1000, the layer effects did not scale proportionally — I had to manually adjust Scale FX for each layer. I also tested starting from 2000 × 1000 and downscaling, but ran into the same issue. My questions are:What is the best workflow or output method to prepare designs that need to scale cleanly across multiple resolutions, while keeping layer styles intact? Is it better practice to design at one master resolution (e.g., the largest), and let the developer downscale to x1, x2, x3, x4?Any guidance on best practices for resolution scaling and maintaining consistent FX wou

Hi gang; I am primarily a Windows developer and I have released a few AE plugins in the past.  For those that I also released Mac versions for, I purchased a second-hand Mac, setup XCode and compiled my plugins. I released them like that and never really had any issues from Mac users about notarization since I suppose it's pretty common to allow un-notarized apps to run on Mac. I now see in this update: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/security/notarizing-macos-software-before-distribution that all plugins must now be notarized before release. I guess this means now adding an extra step. My understanding is that it involves running the notarization tool locally. Is that correct? Is this a required step for plugins that you want to upload to the app store or is it also required for someone like myself that simply wants to distribute them online? Next, I see that all Apple software also now needs to be signed. I see that here: https://supp

I signed up for the yearly 19.99 membership but found it didn't have everything I needed. I upgraded to the monthly premium membership of 9.99. Both payments are showing on Apple Pay / PayPal. What can I do for the 19.99 payment to not go through since I upgraded to the premium plan?

My main Premiere system is crashing, so I've moved the project to another system.  Now I'm relinking files.HOWEVER, the LOCATE FILE window no longer supports Network Drives or Network UNC paths.  I can relink files from the local disks, but I cannot get it to access the network drives. In Windows Explorer the networked file servers are there and are accesible by clicking on them.  The files are there too.  It's just Premiere absolutely refuses to access the network.Stop breaking Premiere!  It's not any better than CS6, which 99% of people were happy with - except the new Premiere has more problems and you're removing features.  If you donmm't want professionals to use it stop calling it Premiere PRO.

version of After Effects: 25.4.0Platform and OS version: mac os Sequoia15.5Align panel does not display the "Distribute Layers" options. Even when multiple layers are selected, the distribute alignment functions remain unavailable. This issue makes it impossible to evenly distribute selected layers horizontally or vertically.

Scenario: we have a smart object that we applied some transformations to it.When we right-click it manually, and choose "Convert to Layers", it prompts us to apply the transformations or not. When we do it programmatically with:executeAction(sTID('placedLayerConvertToLayers'), undefined, dialogMode)we don't have the choice to apply the transformations or not. The last choice that we've done manually is what applies. Is there a way to programmatically Convert to Layers while always applying the transformations?Edit: when the Smart object contains more than 1 layer, keeping transformations seems to be impossible. I think a good way to do it is to read the transformation matrix, convert to layers, and then reapply those transformations back to the resulting layer/group, but I was unable to do that also.

I am working in Photoshop cc trying to make a frame animation, but when I go to the menu in the top right corner of the Timeline there is no option for "make frames from layers". Does anyone know where to find this? I am in Motion workspace.

What is the reason JPG comes with a lock sign? PNG does not come.

Once a keyword has been converted to a person keyword is there a way to change it back to a regular keyword? I have a couple of keywords that I mistakenly clicked as a name in the people view making them person keywords and I'd like to change them back.

I am running LR Classic 14.5.1 on my 2024 iMac OS-X 15.6 and yesterday uploaded 3000 shots from a baseball championship tournament. I was culling oof shots, adjusting straightness, cropping to print etc and then LR statred locking up as in the spinning wheel of death. Now, In Library I can see the photos but if I go to Develop the photo is blank. If I go from Library to Print, the photo is missing. Back to Library, see the photos, press to go to Develop and it works until I select crop, etc. Photo disappears and I have to reboot my computer. I have 24gb RAM and 149GB of 500GB free space on the internal SSD. What should I be trying to get this resolved? Unistall LR Classic and reinstall? Use the percussion test?PS LR updates were done earlier today.

Every time I try and install a new motion graphic from the Premium or Free stock templates, I get an error message that says "An error occurred during download from Adobe Stock Server" It's been doing this for weeks. Any idea how I fix it?

I wasn't having an issue yesterday. Today I open the app and they're all gone. It's as if I've never used the app before. I checked acrobat.adobe.com and nothing is there either, only a few files from a couple years ago. None of my files that I've uploaded over the past year.

[Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I'm midway through a multcam edit and now want to synchronize into the sequence footage from a fourth camera. Is there a way to autosynch this fourth camera into the sequence for continued multicam editing? It seems that the only way to add footage from the fourth camera is to manually synch & edit it as another clip on the timeline. I've tried adding new clip into the Processed Clips bin, but it does not automatically synch or show up in my camera profiles for this sequence.Probably asking for too much, but wondered if there was an automated workflow for adding a new asset after autosynch has done its magic 🙂Thanks - Colin(Premiere Pro v14 on Windows10)

Can anyone provide an insight why my Lightroom Classic lrcat-data folder has doubled in size following the updating of Lightroom Classic to v14.5.1.  I became aware of this when I realised it was taking longer to copy the Lightroom backup zip file created when closing Lightroom to an external USB drive.Using the contents of the zip files then:26th August 2025, immediately before the update, the lract-data folder in the backup contains 8 blob files, total size 622MB29th August 2025, after the update, the lract-data folder in the backup contains 10 blob files, total size 1.22 GBDuring this time no new photo's were added to the catalogue and no significant editing was done. The most recent backup taken today, 5th September 2025 contains 10 Blob files, total size 1.21GB
