Solved

so it may be my memory is faulty but I remember being able to set it so each artboard in a document had a distinct ruler which in my mind would be artboard vs global rulers.  From reading the documentation artboard rulers are supposed to be the default and the option is greyed out in my view menu so I am assuming that artboard rulers are enabled but....  I just see the global ruler.  If I move the point of origin with one artboard active the point of origin is still shifted when I switch back to the other artboard.  What I want to do is be able to set it so each separate artboard has a ruler with its own independent point of origin.  I often make sets of graphics all in one ie 1080px x 1080px for Instagram and 800px X 600px for the blog post image and sometimes a google my business post image size too.  Is mine not working or it how I think this is supposed to work wrong? Thanks in advance,Leslie

In LrC I click on the Mask icon ... when I click on the brush and go to paint everythings seems fine.  When I want to lighten/darken that area there is no eposure (etc) slider ... I know it's somewhere!  An easy fix for sure but I've tried all I know ... Thanks for your help!

This happened last year same time and they fixed it after many months.  THEY FIXED IT.  Now with update on May 3, it is back with all footage types.  No other issues with other programs or with computer.  Cannot waste time with months of their excuses. need it to work, prior to May 3 no such issues this year. Same footgaes/media should not be doing this. Thank you.

Hello Everybody, I'm worrying about my generative credits, I had 1000 Credits after an annual plan since 2 months ago, now they're 900/1000 and it's not reseting or renewing since my annual subscription. So when should it renew or reset to 1000 Credits again? I'm just worrying if it never resets forever.

I created a custom stamp that needs text to be edited on top. It's an approval stamp (replicated from a rubber stamp) that we are trying to use digitally. There are spaces for codes and job numbers and approval initials that need to be filled in but the text doesn't show when I "edit text" > "add text". Any suggestions on how I can do this? It kind of defeats the purpose if it needs to be printed, hand written then scanned. Screenshot attached. The red "stamp" is where I need to be able to add text. Thanks for any help!I am using Adobe Acrobat 2020 on Windows 10

I've been publishing online magazines for an organisation that I volunteer for for some time now and it works well, but on the latest issue I've had a query about someone who wants to download a PDF version.  I have never really bothered about this because I don't see the point as it's a digital online edition and why would you want to download as a PDF.  Anyway, this person is pointed out that when they download the PDF version none of the interactive elements work and they are presented with blank pages where the interactive elements should be.My missing something obvious or is this not supported.https://indd.adobe.com/view/c40714f7-7326-459d-a375-f6a5d1985f2c

Hello, I signed up for Adobe Creative Cloud in June 2025. The email address I used was "22296894@baskent.edu.tr," but the university deactivated it and it's no longer available. In August, I couldn't access my account or use Adobe programs. I signed up again with a new email address: "22296894@mail.baskent.edu.tr." You can see that I registered with this email address. The account membership associated with this email address, "22296894@baskent.edu.tr," is still active, but I can't use it, and the membership fee continues to be deducted from my account. Please help me cancel my membership associated with this email address: "22296894@baskent.edu.tr."

Hi,I am attempting to transcribe videos. With every video done through a soundboard it's the same issue. It will not transcribe. It just produces the odd word. Has anyone had that issue? Is there a way to fix the current video and/or are there special settings within the soundboard? See attached screenshot.

I’m on version 25.4 and was able to import QuickTime (MP4) videos from a coworker yesterday,  they screen recorded them on their iPad. But when I try to import MP4s recorded on my own iPad, After Effects gives me the error: “The source compression type is not supported and this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported." The videos aren’t corrupted, they play fine in QuickTime and Preview.  When I tested the same files in After Effects 24, they imported without any issues. Does anyone know what’s causing this and how to fix it?

I am running a Macbook Pro M4 2005, Sequoia 15.6.1 and Photoshop 26.10. The PlugIn menu is greyed out.I am trying to setup Nix Collection 8. I can access the Nix plugions via the Filter menu but, want to be able to use the Plugin Panel. Help! Thanks

Hola! ¿Saben cómo puedo descargar la fuentes de adobe a fuentes de windows 10?Gracias.

I am nearly finished making a photobook, but now I need to add an extra picture. I import it to the library and it sits there, I can use Develop on it,  but I cannot get it to appear in the photobook - even if I designate it a cover page in the Library!Deleting is easy but how do I add an extra picture to a photobook in progress? There are hours of work involved already, so I don't want to just clear the book and start again as each page always needs a lot of manual adjustment and captioning!

Hi, Dear Friends! My ID is getting a little sluggish (which is the main reason I left MS Word for page layout. Yes, I have a lot of scripts, but I am not running them all at once, so why should this be happening? I am a super fast system, Windows 11 with plenty of RAM -

In the past, when I have wanted to change the scale ratio in Acrobat Reader, I would select the measuring tool and then right-click on my document to get a menu from which I would select "change scale ratio."Starting this week, the "change scale ratio" option disappeared from the right-click menu. Screenshot below of the menu I get when I right-click.Is anyone else running into this problem? MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1, Acrobat Reader v2024.002.20736.

In LR 11.0, MacOS 11.6.   I select several images in the grid view. Edit the location info in the Image section. The metadata is only set on the 'most" selected image. It used to correctly set the data on all selected images.   This is a real problem for me. If I go out and shoot a few hundred images, now I have to edit each one individually. Unacceptable.   I did not check to see if any other fields exhibit the same behavior. This was enough for me.   Is there another (reasonable) way to set the location os a set of images?

I have the logo below that we use for all our companies products. We also print this onto clothing for our apparel range, but I want to create a design that instead of a solid block is just an outline or the shape. What is the best and easier way to accomplish this? I was thinking just adding a stroke to it, but then it looks a bit messy after going around and removing the solid color afterwards. Thank you in advance for all your assistance!

I honestly can't stand this anymore. I can't work like this. Paying more and more money every year so softwares could get worse and worse. InDesign has been in shambles for quite some time. But in the last few months, Illustrator keeps crashing AS SOON AS I OPEN IT! This makes no sense.  It is insane that a few years ago Adobe was working so much better and smoother.LEAVE THE AI ALONE AND WORK ON YOUR BASIC FEATURES. IT IS NOT PROGRESS IF EVERYTHING KEEPS GETTING WORSE. I understand bugs can happen, but this hasn't been fixed in a few updates already.  Sorry for the tone, I am pissed. Needed to vent somewhere. XOXO,Former Illustrator loverPS Literally while i was writing this an update came so i'm hoping it is resolved this time but we'll see... Still posting this because the frustration with the service lately is real.

I submitted a series of photos from the same shoot; some were accepted, while others were rejected for quality issues. All very similar settings and results - not seeing anything glaring (except maybe the sun glare?)

Using Transcription, is there a way to pull every instance of a word in a sequence into a stringout? I can't find an easy way to do so.

In Illustrator 28.5 and above an SVG export longer is emitting the data-name attribute. It contained an exact copy of the text in the corresponding layer name. The file ID43_V1.1.i.28.4.1.svg saved by Illustrator 28.4.1 and the file ID43_V1.1.i 28.6.svg  was saved by Illustrator 28.6.Line 54 in ID43_V1.1.i.28.4.1.svg has the line:<rect id="center_top_leading:_235_pt" data-name="center, top, leading: 235 pt" class="cls-3" x="21.4361" y="1196.6758" width="1691.3774" height="217.0928"/>.If you open the AI file ID43_V1.1.ai you will see a layer with the name: center, top, leading: 235 pt. The corresponding line in the file ID43_V1.1.i 28.6.svg on line 31 looks like:<rect id="center_x2C__top_x2C__leading:_235_pt_00000142166334487451118750000006251493092934391439_" x="21.4361" y="1196.6758" style="&st5;" width="1691.3773" height="217.0928"/>This illustrates (pun intended) the difference between the different versions of Illustrator

In one comp I already use Null A to drive the size/scale of a group of elements. I also need a Null B to control the opacity of many layers (bars, logos, etc.) without: pre-composing those layers, orpick-whipping opacity one by one (sometimes 50+ links).Ideally, I could bulk-link multiple layers’ opacity to a single controller (null/effect controller), with a quick way to (re)connect/disconnect layers, and have it coexist with the existing parenting for Scale (a kind of “multi-control”: parenting for Scale + global controller for Opacity). An explanatory video is attached to the ticket to show the current setup and the desired outcome. video explanatory and desire result

I want to use this circle as a mask for this footage on the track below it. I’ve used the Track Matte Key effect many times to create similar looks, and this step-by-step process has always worked: 1. Create a shape to use as a mask and position it on the track above the video.2. Apply the effect to the video.3. Select the track where the shape is located. However, for some reason, this method doesn’t work anymore, the size of the mask is too small and I don't know how to adjust it so that the size of the mask is exactly the size of the shape . What am i doing wrong? Please note, I did not change any parameters in the effect control tab and I also did not change any parameters in this new properties tab that replaced the essential graphics tabI just added this clip to my sequence which is 1920x1080 30fps and created the ellipse following the steps: graphics and titles > new layer > ellipse. And once again I'm not referring to the size of the video in the bottom tra

I can't change the color of the subtitles to white in version 25.4.1 Here's the screenshot. It looks that the text should be white #FFFFFF but on the preview is grey. Why? I'm used transcript to create captions.
