Solved

I shot video using a Sony NXCM HXR-NX3 camera. It plays back perfectly in Windows Media Player. When imported into Adobe Premiere Pro 2025, the audio tracks are nothing but a constant level of static (white noise). I've never had this problem before. It does this in both 2025 and Beta. Attached is a screen shot of my audio hardware settings. Any help is greatly appreciated.

All videos are with *.mp4 extensions. Is there any video with different extension? like *.bpm, *jpg, *.tif, *.png etc. all are still images with different file extensions.

I'm using motion graphics for titles on interviews I do and I can't seem to figure out how to make the masks longer or shorter based on the name for each interviewee.  Also, I can't figure out how to make the motion graphic title stay on the screen longer than 5 seconds. Thanks!

I have been signed up to Adobe for a few years now. I haven't been using it much recently due to my employment. I went to use Photoshop the other day and it said I had to sign in, when I used my regular email it signed me up for a new account with no access. I last paid $49.94 for adobe creative cloud on the 5th september (and on the 5th of all months previously). I went to cancel this direct debit and there is no option to do so. Why can I not have access but I'm paying? What is going on?  When I login with my regular email and free adobe access I cannot get any support from a REAL person because I am not paying a subcription... but my bank account says otherwise. I keep being sent around these ridiculous internet loops and I'm 50 quid down. This is such rubbish support for someone who has put a lot of money into this software 😞 Helen

Confused as to what LRC catalogues etc I can delete, I do delete old backups and just keep a couple, but it's the catalogues that's confusing. Attached is a screenshot, what's safe to delete please.ThanksPeter

I can't seem to access the adobe store to get the invoices. I usually get it from Adobe Store My company needs that invoice.

Hello, we are storing some files in a sharepoint online library and have a specific workflow established: 1. Opening the file with documentcloud (this one works).2. Then opening the file in adobe reader via the "Desktop" button.  This worked really well and could initiate the sharepoint check out process. However, I have some users reporting errors since friday, saying they can't open the files. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thanks for your help!

I opened lightroom and all previews that were present and working properly a few weeks prior were gone. A Onedrive notification shows lots of lightroom files (not the photos themselves) had been deleted. Now I'm unable to successfully run the build standard size previews command on any folder over 10 images or so. Deleting the previews.lrdata folder (as suggested in various other help topics) doesn't prompt the previews to generate or allow the command to work. Signing out and back in to creative cloud doesn't help.   I know I need to get Onedrive out of my workflow but some way to see thumbnails without going through 18,000 images in batches of 10 would be appreciated.

Hi,I need to export 5200 photos with their metadata from Lightroom CC (Not classic) on a Windows 11 computer.I've tried this twice - each time, it sucessfully exports 2,781 photos of the 5,200 photos. The dialog box says 'The file could not be found'.I don't unerstand how you can have this error in Lightroom 6.2 (not Lightroom Classic). The 5,200 photos are in Adobe online storage. If I select one of the photos that was not exported, I can open it (so it must exist in the Adobe online storage). I have also tried to export a singel photo that was not exported, and it is then exported successfully.Am I doing something wrong? Is this a bug?Any suggestions? The reason I need to export the photos is to generate a report on the metadata. This metadata is needed for analysis of the photos for my wife's PhD.I need a list of the photos, along with the metadata tags - idealy in Excel or CSV format.I could not find a method to do this using the Lightroom (Not Classic).

I would like to update my InDesign program to latest version 26. But it tells me my system does not support it. My sytem uses an AMD processor which is not supported. Will Adobe release a version without the AVX2 extension for those who do not use or need it for AMD? I don't want to buy a new computer just for that.     <Title renamed by MOD>

I am having two ongoing issues in PP 25.2.3 specific to the Lumetri Color panel.  The first thing is, when I first open a project and have a clip or adjustment layer selected in my timeline and begin moving sliders on the Lumetri Panel, there is no change to the image. If I deselect that clip and reselect it, all the sliders in Lumetri are reset to zero, i.e. all the changes have not taken place. I then try a second time, and it works as expected.  Second is that the scroll bar on the right of the panel does not work. If I have a larger sub-panel open, such as Creative, I cannot grab the scroll bar to move down to settings below the fold. I have to use the scroll wheel on my mouse. Since I edit with a tablet, this means I have to put my pen down, grab my mouse and use the scroll wheel to scroll up or down within the Lumetri panel. This is exceptionally onerous. I also cannot grab the scroll bar with the mouse, it is ONLY the scroll wheel that works to navigate up or

Until yesterday, Photoshop has been working fine. Today, it appears not to start, but it is actually starting as a background process and I can't access any of it. I've read the forums and tried: -updating graphics card drivers-disabling graphics cards-uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop-uninstalling and reinstalling all Adobe apps (except creative cloud)-did a "repair" installation of Adobe Creative Cloud-moved the settings folder and let photoshop create a new one None of these worked. I'm running Windows 10 on an Alienware laptop with a Nvidia graphics card. Like I said, everything worked fine until this morning. All drivers up to date. Windows up to date. Running Photoshop 22.2 If it makes a difference, Illustrator and Acrobat work fine.  Please help! I couldn't get any work done today at all.Thank you.

Hi All When i try and place a pdf into Indesign i get the following message "cannot open the pdf file". The pdf comes from an external source so not sure what the issue is. Previous pdfs from them were ok when placing them in Indesign. I have tried click on the import options in Indesign but still no joy.. Any ideas why this would happen. Never had this issue before. Cheers Tom

I design for eLearning and have made some interactive swf so I am hoping that I do not have to re-create all that I have made when Animate CC is available. Does anyone know if we will be able to import our fla files into Animate CC?

In the latest Adobe Acrobat version, I cannot "add text" to parts of documents. When I choose the add text tool, it opens up the document for editing, but some parts of the document are inside of a text box. When they are in a text box, I cannot add any text in that area. HELP! I had to revert back to an older version of Adobe Acrobat in order to edit the text, but Adobe has a message that it will be removing that capability and I don't want to get caught unable to edit these documents.

I have two identical monitors, side by side. I always use InDesign in the left monitor, but every time I open it, the window straddles both monitors with half of the windo in the left monitor and the other half in the right monitor. I always move it over to one monitor, but when i close it out and open InDesign again, the same thing happens. This is annoying and I'd like to find out why it happens and what I can do to get the program to open on just one monitor instead of straddling both.   I have two identical monitors, side by side.
