Solved

Hello guys I have a new Lenovo Laptop, with the same plan as on my old one. I use Lightroom to edit my photos and Bridgev to organise them. I really don't know why, but Bridge is not showing up on the CC. I already tried to download it via Webbrowser, it doenst work. Do you know this problem?

I can't share a link to any files from both my accounts because an error keeps popping up "We weren't able to share your file. Please try again later". I have updated the app and repaired the installation, changed some security and general things in settings, tried sharing different files fromn different accounts and nothing seems to work. It also doesn't work while sharing by email or by adding other people to the file. What do I do? I use Windows 10.

hello!preface: skip to 2:20 in the attatched video and then to 5:45 to skip over unnecessary footageIllustrator is being a pain and I am unsure what is going wrong. It keeps randomly not being able to preview and goes to outlines. From there the file is basically irreversable so I keep having to recreate the file and copy and paste the text that way I don't have to keep writing it out over and over and fixing type settings. The screen recording i attatched shows me trying to place an image file in both .psd and .jpg both of which the file sizes do not exceed 82.0 MB, so I dont think its a problem with the file being too large and my computer not being able to handle it.

I've used the inline notes script - https://creativepro.com/files/kahrel/indesign/footnote_inline.htmlI want to change the space between the inline notes. I've tried searching for var number_of_emsin the script (as mentioned on the webpage). But i can't find it. Any solutions?

I use Adobe CC (mainly Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) in my work but only on an ad hoc basis. Can anyone suggest a (less expensive) solution to the monthly c.£50 subscription? Is there a way that I can dip in and out of CC as and when I need it?

I’m building charts in Illustrator (100% vector, no effects, no transparency, no filters, no spot colors, Im' working in RGB in Illustrator) and placing them into InDesign 20.3.1 on macOS Ventura. I export to Interactive PDF (RGB). On my Mac in Acrobat and in Dropbox’s inline preview, everything is crisp. Two clients on Windows + Acrobat see (apparently) the same charts as pixelated, as if Acrobat is showing a low‑res proxy (similar to InDesign’s “Typical” Display Performance setting). When I import the same PDF into Illustrator, all elements are still vector paths. We’ve used this workflow for ~8 years without issues; the previous project 2 months ago (earlier InDesign version) was fine. I can't get a sign off on this project until we settle this issue. The only thing that changed is that I updated Indesign and I'm slow to update, so I was working with early 2024 versions previously. Has anyone run into this issue? I need to export this as an Interactive pdf to preserve all

We are working with an Indesign file where the pages suddenly turns grey, and the content on the pages dissapears. - We have tried saving the document as an idml file, but cannot open it.- We are using Indesign version 19.1 and have tried to open it in an older version, but that didn't solve the problem.- We have also tried to turn of the CPU to no avail.Does anyone have any suggestions to solve the problem? That would really be a great help - else it will be MANY hours wasted...

I am unable setup Azure Idp because the Create Directory button is greyed out There looks to be a directory listed as Business ID but I cann select it the check box is also greyed out  We have 120 licenses for Adobe Pro

I'm not sure if this is user error, but for the first time tonight, after using this app for about 5 years, the LR Classic window is stuck at the full size of my screen - not exapanded with the green, double-arrow button, but just stretched out accross the whole screen - and though I can move the window around, I cannot shrink it vertically or horizontally. I both force quit and updated the app and it still reopens with the same issue.

Hi.I installed Adobe Audition CS6, and VST plugins and VS3T don't appear in Effects Windows, only the names VST and VST3.I've been in "Audio Plug-in Manager" and selected the folder where the plugins are "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Audition CS6\Plug-ins\VST3" and "Scan for plug-ins" and don't appear in the "Available Plug-Ins".This situation is normal? I have a Sound Blaster Live 5.1 soundcard installed on your system.Thank you.Paulo.

Dear Adobe Premiere Pro Support Team, I am currently developing a Premiere Pro extension using the UXP scripting API, and I am encountering difficulties when trying to access captions from a sequence’s CaptionTrack. Specifically, I can successfully retrieve the CaptionTrack object using sequence.getCaptionTrack(), and I can confirm its presence and properties such as id and name. However, when attempting to get caption items using methods like getItems() or getTrackItems(), I consistently receive errors such as: “Not Enough Parameters” “captionTrack.getItems is not a function” From inspecting the CaptionTrack object, I found that it has a method getTrackItems(), but it appears to require parameters which are not clearly documented. Below is a simplified snippet of the code I tried: const captionTrack = await sequence.getCaptionTrack(); if (!captionTrack) { alert("No caption track found."); } else { alert(`CaptionTrack found. ID: ${captionTrack.id}, Name: ${captionTrack.na

Hello,I have a function that gets the average color in a selection area. I want to be able to select multiple areas, and get an array of the averages in those area in one go (e.g: to use in a gradient map). I figured out that I can convert the selection (with all the areas) to a path, and then I would have different subpaths for each selection area that I can theoretically loop through, convert into a selection, and get their average color, then delete the created path/subpaths.However, I wasn't able to implement my idea. apparently selecting different subpaths on the same path is not possible via scripting (?), and I also failed in separating the subpaths into different paths to loop through (I found some posts about that here but I wasn't able to implement).Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Hoping someone can help direct me to where I can adjust a setting so that when I am changing between fonts, I can return to the position of the current font in the font list, rather than return to the top of the list. It has only recently changed as I used to continue down the list rather than have to scroll back down through all the fonts to try the next font. Thanks

Since I have updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro my Lumetri Panel has become unresponsive. It doesn't matter what preferences I change in the Lumetri Panel, nothing seems to work. As I use predominantly use log, it is very important that I can toggle various settings within Lumetri. Previous to the update everything was working fine (apart from Audio Track Meter not appearing which is another problem). I have uninstalled the latest version of Premiere Pro and trying out the Beta version.Any reason why this is happening and the Lumetri Panel unrepsonsive? I have Mac Studio on Sequoia 15.5 / Apple M1 Max

Hi, is there an Adobe API that can be used to automatically assign Adobe licenses to users? Because the licenses frequently need to be transferred to different users, and the manual transfer process is very time-consuming.

Why can I not add comments to a pdf? I have to make notes and marks on a project pdf. It allows me to select the tool, circle the object, and then disappears. There is a comment that does show. It seems like it's below the surface of the pdf? How do I bring the comments to the front of the page so I can see them?

I just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader (18.011.20040) on my new computer. I create files all the time through Microsoft Word and Excel. When I save these files as PDFs, Adobe Reader automatically opens. I do not want that to happen. I simply want it to save as a PDF and go on with my life. How do I stop it from opening automatically?

I just bought a new computer (i9 Ultra 285K, 64GB RAM, NVIDIA 5070 16GB) to speed up my video exporting process and allow myself to multitask while exporting. However, as of the last week, I've found that if I try to pull up my web browser (Microsoft Edge) during the export, the export time estimation and percentage will freeze. Additionally, when I go to cancel the export, my Premiere timeline scrubbing will remain frozen, and I can only access certain features in Premiere. If I try to close the app, it freezes and stops responding. Even after forcing it to quit, it remains in my task manager and cannot be ended unless I restart my computer. I have more than enough RAM to accommodate my browsing and exporting at the same time (both processes combined take less than 35%). It's also interesting to me that Premiere itself seems to freeze after cancelling the export--almost as though my browsing shocks it into not or barely responding. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same proble

I own many PDF patterns and would love to know if there is a way to select layers ( sizes) from my iPad or iPhone. I don't always have access to a computer, this would make my life way easier. Thank you in advance for any input.

Hi,I have a bunch of footage shot in log, without stabilization.  We show the client, who then tells us which clips they want for their archive.  It's easiest to drop each clip into a single timeline and then "render and replace" the timeline, which bakes the coloring and stabilization.  However, we now have a few clips that are also getting nested (mostly for speed and duration + stabilization, etc.).  Those don't work with Render and Replace. Is there an easy way to render multiple in/out points, with the effects, including effects within nested clips?  I know I can select a clip, mark in and out, and then add to media encoder, but doing that 20 times would be a pain, especially if there is an easier way. Thanks!

I'm trying out After Effects CC and doing a simple position animation with an easy eased keyframe. I'm hping to adjust the bezier handles in the Graph editer as I've done a thousand time but I can't get them to appear. Am i missing a check box or something somewhere?
