Solved

Hello Community, I imported a nautical rope file from Adobe Stock and received the above error. I could still import it into Illustrator without an issue, but when I place another AI graphic inside it - it looks great onscreen, but when I export it as a JPG or PNG or try to send the AI file, ihe colors of the interior graphic  change! I tried the PS workaround & as many other things I could think of to no avail. Am I in the Twilight Zone? Even my more experienced Illustrator friend can't figure it out. It seems so simple, but... can anyone offer help on this? Thank you.

Okay, so what happens is my rags are looking funky because my lines are breaking WAY before they last word reached the right edge of the bounding box. This has happened more than once. So I have a bunch of unfilled space at the end of a line when there is clearly space for more words to fill that line. I haven't made any changes to my alignment or spacing. How do I fix this, it looks terrible there are large gaps of space where the sentence should be, but instead it broke to the next line. It's the first sentence of the second paragraph, the word "see" got bumped to the second line but clearly there is space to allow "see" to fill up the space in the end of the first line, after the word "you". WHY is this happening, It looks terrible. I've attached a screed shot.

I have two problems. Initially, I noticed that all my sequences have no waveforms. I went through all the relevant steps of generating waveforms automatically, deleting media cache, etc. But still no waveforms. This applies to any project I edit.I then imported a sound file, but the sound doesn't play.  The sequesnce has A1 and A2.I've checked this sound that's in a previous project that was exported with the sound playing fine, but it now doesn't play there either.

Hi guys, trying to create a slow deep-zooming video using a high-resolution TIFF, and the result is all shaky/jittery. I'm doing the zoom using the "scale" function in the fx motion panel, in "linear" mode. There is something wrong with the way PP is downressing the TIFF to create the video frames (using nearest neighbor interpolation maybe--is there a way to change to bicubic?), producing a result that looks like bad camera shake. I have done exactly the same thing before with the same image on previous versions of PP with no problem. I'm rendering .mov files using ProresHQ, 4k, and tried various settings (8bit v 16bit, max render quality versus regular) all with the same result. My zooms are from 100% out to 50% of the original image, should produce a perfectly smooth result. 2017 iMac Pro, Catalina 10.15.4.

Using Adobe Scan for iOS, I have connected successfully to Dropbox in order to copy scans over from Adobe Cloud. However, the folder taxonomy displayed from Dropbox is incorrect--folders are duplicated or missing altogether, but are 100% correct in the native Dropbox interface. I can copy scans over, but they then need to be moved to the correct location. I deleted the Dropbox connection and recreated it, but no change. Have don't everything except deleting Scan and reinstalling. Any ideas welcome.

Is it possible to export an A.E project from A.E 2025 to A.E 2024? Thanks.

Generative fill seems to be unavailable on Photoshop. It's greyed out in the Edit menu and I can't use it from the contextual taskbar.

I am creating a form and am having issues with multiple YES/NO questions on the same line, removing the previous YES/NO already selected.  I know nothing about  JAVA scripts(and have seen a few suggestions on what may help but idk) i am a beginner to this, nothing complicated, and unfortunately need this fixed today, or I have to move on to using something else.  Below is an example of where it messes up. In the 1st, and 5th rows if I select yes on Have Photo ID, AND THEN GO OVER to Have DD-215 and click NO, when I get to Recv'd resume, whatever option i chose will REMOVE the previous YES or NO checked on either one of the boxes.  It appears to not allow the same value selection within the same row.   But on lines 3 & 4 I am able to select as many options as I want or none (which is how I want it).  I am not even concerned with a YES and NO selection both being able to be checked, although the other fields which are fine on other pages do hav

I was using it daily until a couple of days ago. I'm also attaching a couple of screenshots to see it see my gpu but still...Maybe it was the beta I installed and then uninstalled that messed it up?Also I noticed that when you have the beta installed if you open a 16bit file, Photoshop will crash.

Dear Adobe Support Team,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to urgently request assistance regarding a critical issue with Adobe Photoshop on my Windows system. I am currently unable to open any image file in Photoshop, as the application consistently displays the error:"Could not open [filename] ^0." …followed immediately by a crash. This issue occurs with all image files, regardless of format or size. Photoshop opens normally without loading any image, but crashes the moment I attempt to open a file. This problem has brought my workflow to a complete standstill. We are currently in the middle of several time-sensitive design projects that depend heavily on Photoshop.I kindly request immediate assistance or escalation to a senior support engineer, as this issue is significantly impacting business operations. Please let me know if you require any logs, crash reports, or system information. I am available to provide details or join a support call as soon as possible.

Hi,I have a sequence with 100+ markers, and I’d like to number them visually so that each number appears in the corner of the video. I already have a MOGRT with the basic text style I want, but manually placing and changing each one would take a lot of time.Is there a way to automate this with Automation Blocks? Ideally, I want each marker to act as a boundary between numbers, so between marker 1 and 2, it shows "1", between 2 and 3 it shows "2", and so on.I also have a small timer clip that I place under each number. Would it be possible to automatically adjust its duration to perfectly fit between each pair of markers? Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I'm planning to buy the Gunnir Intel Arc A380 Photon 6G OC (6GB GDDR6) mainly for video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Here’s my current PC configuration:Processor: Intel i3-10100RAM: 16GBMotherboard: Gigabyte B560M Gaming HDI’ve heard that Intel ARC GPUs had some driver issues in the past. Just wanted to ask, have those been resolved in recent updates? Does the A380 now work reliably with Adobe software?Would appreciate any insights before I make the purchase. Thanks in advance!

For YEARS I have been able to mark in points and out points on the fly while watching playback in the source monitor.  I wake up today and start working and when I press I or O on the keyboard, playback stops and resets back to where the video began playing.  It marks the in point, but I need it to keep playing.  I have cleared my cache, restarted multiple times, I'm using 25.3.0, but have installed previous versions to see if that would fix it.  Nothing has worked.   Anyone have any ideas?

Periodically when I finish working in Photoshop and save the image back to LR, LR puts the new TIFF preview at the bottom of my Library (i.e. 2011). It usually gets returned to its right place chronologically when I reopen LR, but it's kind of annoying to have to scroll back up from 2011 to 2025 when I finish in Photoshop and want to move to the next image in Lightroom. Is this a bug or something I am doing wrong? There doesn't seem to be any pattern associated with this issue. Most times the image appears where it should but sometimes (once every 6-10 times) it get put at the bottom of the Library. I currently use MacOS Sonoma 14.7.6, but this has been happening for a few years.

I created an audio file in Audacity and exported it to an MP3. When I upload it to Adobe, it only uploads the first 5 seconds of my audio. I tried exporting the file multiple times, but every time I upload it to Adobe, it only shows the first 5 seconds. Please help

Hello, recently I have been having some issues with Acrobat crashing consistently when I try to place a MP4 into a PDF document that I previously exported from InDesign. I use the "Rich Media" option to then add a video that I select from my computer. However as it is "connecting" it crashes 10/10 times. I have done this same thing on a different computer that I had. I only began encountering issues on this new computer I got. I'm running on all the latest versions of adobe programs through the CC subscription.

Through work recently, I just got a license to install & use Adobe Acrobat, which I've installed on my laptop at home. I've been using it to help create PDFs that are ADA compliant. What I would like to do, however, is install the free DC reader that I used to have for years (not the pro version), because I'd like to see what services (specifically, screen reader) has for individuals. Is there a way I can install the free DC reader that will not install over my current Adobe Arobat pro licensed software? Can I run both versions of their reader on the same device?

Is it possible to remove the verbiage overall? As in, do not list the verbiage, "Attached is the final agreement between"

Is my upload limited? Can anyone tell me what's the upload limit & is there any other deatils I need to know as a newcomer

Why can the AI function in Adobe Acrobat be used in the free version, but when a Creative Cloud subscription is linked to the registered user, Adobe Acrobat prompts you to purchase the AI function?
