Hello everyone! Not so long ago I discovered that my paid current premium Lightroom subscription crashed. The application gives the following message: "Subscription is not available. Adobe has suspended all new sales of goods and services in your country." And in the application itself there is information that the subscription has expired. Although the App Store shows that the subscription is valid until August 2, 2025!Question: what to do? I have been working in this application for several years, and because of the political situation that happened almost 3 years ago, you delete access to the subscription, despite the fact that we, like other users, paid for it? Why in this case they didn't close access 3 years ago, but only now, what's the point of it?Terribly unpleasant story, all work is suspended, terrible attitude to their users who pay money for the product and do not receive it!

Dear Adobe Support Team,My name is Lou-Ann, and I am a French student currently graduating. My school Adobe Creative Cloud license will expire in two days, so I created a new personal account and would like to transfer all of my files to it.However, the issue is that the graduation.adobe.com page appears to be down. I’m very concerned about potentially losing all of my work, including my End-of-Year Project. I’m currently trying to download everything manually, but it would be much easier if someone from the Adobe team could assist me with the transfer.I’ve attached a screenshot of the error I keep encountering when accessing graduation.adobe.com.Thank you in advance for your help. With best regards,Lou-Ann

Hello All, We have a collection of API calls that can successfully be called/run from several windows server instances of CF 2023.  A colleague on intel Mac CF 2018 and one on windows CF 2023 can also successfully call/run any of our API functionality.  On my local development instance of ColdFusion 2023 (ColdFusion 2023 MacBook Pro M2 macOS Sonoma) I consistently get the same error on every API call I try and leverage. Can not resolve PropertyFilter with id 'coldfusion.runtime.Struct'; no FilterProvider configuredI have been unable to make any headway on figuring out why i am the only one getting this error message. I am posting this discussion to hopefully find someone that may have some additional suggestions for me. I can share more examples of some of the code but thought I would start with the error message and the explanation that this is only happening to me as the underlying CF code is working in all other environments. Basic Code Same Error:<cf

I've created a really beautiful E-Portfolio used the Adobe Express for a Master's course at Uni but I want to export it as a PDF format after I graduated from the Uni. Does anyone know how to convert E-Portfolio at the Adobe Express into PDF format and download it?

We have two licence keys for Adobe Pro 2020 tied to the same account and we would like to move one key to a different account.I have found these instructions.Transfer an Adobe product licenseBut it says you need a case number. So I asked the support bot for a case number and this is the response it gave me "To continue with agent assistance, please sign in with an active plan. I found no record of an active plan linked to <Email account>". We don't have any active plans, but we did purchase these licences. When I tried to get support from a human it just repeats itself. This is absolutely brutal support.

There are only two options for the Reminder Frequency when creating an Adobe Sign Template from Power Automate.  But using the portal has 6 options. To use these options create a Compose action and enter one of the values below:DAILY_UNTIL_SIGNEDWEEKDAILY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_OTHER_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_THIRD_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDEVERY_FIFTH_DAY_UNTIL_SIGNEDWEEKLY_UNTIL_SIGNED Then choose custom value in the Reminder Frequency field and reference the Compose action.

Hi! i can´t find the creative cloud folder on my mac. i have tried to download creative cloud several times but never get the creative cloud folder up...

I want to type "1. " etc, to add labels to an illustration, but Illustrator keeps turning it into a numbered list and my single space after the period becomes a large gap. I can find no way to turn this off so that I can just type a single space. If I click on the numbered list button to remove the numbered list formatting, it takes the number away. Is there a way I can just have a single space after a number and a period???

Hi, We’re looking to automate our image export workflow in Photoshop with the following goals: Resize images in batch to fit target dimensionsExport images consistently between 800KB and 1.2MBPermanently enforce these settings, avoiding manual adjustments for every export This is important for meeting platform requirements and maintaining quality/performance standards. Any suggestions on scripting examples, recommended plugins, or settings would be hugely appreciated. We’re hoping for a workflow that’s robust, repeatable, and easy to scale.

Hello,I was wondering if there's a way to copy a smart object's transform properties and paste them onto a different smart object, similar to smart filters or layer styles. From my research, it's not possible to do normally. Does anyone know of a script or is willing to make one for a price?

Hello Adobe Support Community, My Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated on April 24, 2025, due to a validation status issue related to AI uploads. I immediately reached out to Adobe Contributor Support and submitted an appeal explaining my situation and promising full compliance with the AI content guidelines going forward. I received a case number 00376608 and confirmation that my message had been received, but I have not heard back from the support team regarding the outcome of my appeal, despite following up. I deeply value the opportunity to contribute to Adobe Stock and am committed to correcting any past mistakes and aligning fully with Adobe's guidelines. I kindly request an update on the status of my case or guidance on the next steps. Thank you for your time and support.   -------------------------------------------------------------------   ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------------

How to refine this instruction? video also attached.   "I want a duration of 5 second video where arial view of a calm sea and single boat sailing. Boat should appear in the right side of the computer monitor and disappear in the left side of computer the monitor."

Why is it called pre-composed? This activity separate & creates the layer in a new composition. In my view most sitable name is post-composed.

What are these locked files all about?

I've tried to find a specific answer here in the forum for this situation but keep coming up with variations that don't quite match my situation, so, my apologies if this post is redundant to something I haven't found yet. I am designing a text book. It has a system of three topic levels, for which I've created para styles of Lev 1, Lev 2, and Lev 3. I have them all set up to continue from previous number. I manually restart with each new chapter, but after that, it should flow in order. However, I'm in Chapter 3 and all of a sudden, Lev 2 is skipping from "A" to "D." I can't figure out what might be causing it. I thought maybe I had too much RAM tied up (even though I have 32GB), so I restarted the computer. It didn't change anything. I've examined the paragraph style several times, and it is set up correctly (plus it worked in the first two chapters). I've done a search for the Lev 2 paragraph style in case I'd accidentally applied it to a random return, etc., and the search goe

My illustrator is unbelievably slow in opening and saving file (illustrator CC2017 on windows 7). Just to open Illustrator it takes up to 5 minutes. To save a file (empty file, not a complex one) it also takes up to 5 minutes and the application going into Non Responding mode. When I remove the office printer from my Devices and printers list everything starts running smoothly and I can open and save in seconds. But of course this is not a solution, Illustrator is a graphic design software and I need to print what I design, not just stare at it on a screen.I had an adobe expert remote control my computer trying to fix the issue and all he did was make manual the printer spooler, which doesn't solve anything since when I start it the problem starts again. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks

Hello All,The following image was rejected and really I can not figure it out why? Adobe tells us to ask people in this forum to critique it so I sure would appreciate your help to tell me what you think and why it was rejected. The image is A.I., 300dpi and 4mp. Thanks

So it seems that photoshop limits the adjustment brush sizes to 5000 pixels. Now with the new Mavic 4 pro I am using for work, and its 100MP sensor, it is really quite small for some adjustments. It would be really helpful if the limit was way bigger.

Hi everyone,I'm creating a set of vector icons with gradient fills, and I plan to upload them to Adobe Stock. I know EPS 10 is the required format, but I'm unsure whether I should expand the gradients before saving. When I expand them, the result often doesn't look clean - sometimes it creates many unwanted shapes or ruins the simplicity of the design. On the other hand, keeping them unexpanded preserves the look but I'm concerned about compatibility or rejection. My questions:Is it acceptable to upload EPS 10 files with unexpanded gradients? Will Adobe Stock render them properly in previews?Could unexpanded gradients lead to rejection or rendering issues?I’d appreciate any guidance from experienced contributors. Thanks in advance!
