Solved

Hello,   I recently uploaded a photo to the Lightroom Community and shared it publicly. However, I noticed that the post has now disappeared from my profile. I did not delete it myself.   Can someone please explain why this happened? Was it removed for a specific reason, or is this a technical issue?   Thank you for your help.

I've seen several posts about this topic, but none of them were able to help with my specific situation. I have a subscription to InCopy that I pay for, that I would like to cancel. As others have noted, because I ALSO have access to Adobe for Enterprise through my school board, I am unable to manage ANY of my apps/products/subscriptions, including the one I am personally paying for. I contacted my admin last week about this error. They are unable to help, because my InCopy subscription does not show in the Admin Console. Essentially, I am unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription in any way, and my admin is also unable to see or modify my InCopy subscription. However, I am still being billed for it. I have learned my lesson about not using my school email address to purchase any personal subscriptions to any Adobe products, but I need to find a way to cancel the subscription I'm currently locked into. I have been wading through the forums and Adobe help pages for a week

Hey @Mathias Moehl, I've been using Automation Blocks for a month to export shot lists from PP (vs previously exporting to EDL, converting to CSV etc) and love it — so handy! There are two things I haven't been able to build automations for yet, both of which seem very simple. I've searched these forums, the user guide and asked ChatGPT to write a script (didn't work sadly), but still haven't figured them out, so wondered if you could help/point me in the direction of a tutorial which will: How would I add a column of row numbers to a CSV/spreadsheet export (e.g. in a leftmost column of the attached, starting at 1)? Is there a way to sort the CSV export by a specific column (either before or after it's generated but still using Automation Blocks)? For example, in the attached screengrab I'd like the CSV to be sorted in ascending order by the timecodes in the fifth column. Thanks again for the amazing tool!

Hi there! Recently my Lightroom Classic app has stopped working. I can't get it to open past the splash screen. I've tried reinstalling it, installing older versions (13.0.2, 13.0, 12.5.1), comletely uninstalling/removing all adobe products and files from my computer, reinstalling MacOS, deleting preferences, changing permissions of different folders and files, a clean Lightroom Install as detailed by Rikk Flohr in other community posts I read, etc. and the issue remains. I spoke with Adobe support and they had me see if I could open Lightroom Classic using another user account on the same computer, which did work successfully, and I was even able to open my catalog on that other user account so I know the catalog is fine, but I of course want to get it working on my normal admin user account. I can't seem to get in touch with any Adobe support anymore (long wait times for chat, and when someone does join, they immeditely leave the conversation without a word being said between us.) I'

I’m using Photoshop with the latest release (26.8.1), but I’m encountering the same issues even with slightly earlier versions. Mac OSX chipset M3 ProI’ve been using the Pen Tool for 20 years, so I believe I know it quite well.Issue: I create a clipping path with the Pen Tool, even for complex images with intersections (with the “Intersect Shape Areas” option selected). After spending several minutes carefully outlining the subject, I right-click and choose Make Selection, but I get the error: "No pixels were selected".After several attempts (luckily I saved the path) and switching the Path Operations option, Photoshop finally creates the selection… but it’s always inverted.Am I missing something introduced in the recent updates? Is there something new I should be aware of? Or is something simply not working properly?

Fiz a assinatura mensal do Adobe pro, não consegui me adaptar ao programa e solicito o reembolso do valor que paguei, já que fiz o cancelamento no mesmo dia, estando dentro dos 7 dias grátis.

Hi everyone, i'm trying to cut to the cap but im wondering how to ged rid off the white stroke around the cap. I tried Modify > Expand/Contract but then i cut out to much of the photo.. What is the right way to do this?

I'm not sure if it's a bug or if they changed something but I've been using PS for over a decade, and whenever I added an adjustment layer it would send me right to the settings for that adjustment. Now I wanted to add a hue/saturation, and instead I'm always being shown the mask settings instead and have no idea where I can actually edit the hue or saturation. When I click the adjustment icon instead of the mask, I still see the mask settings but simply grayed out. I tried it with other adjustments and they don't seem to have that issue, so far it only affects Hue/saturation - I cannot seem to edit it. Photoshop 2025 version 26.8.1.Mac OS seqoia 15.5 I hope the gif makes it clear what I mean.

Which Creative Cloud plan should I get as a small quasi government non-profit organization who needs just one license?TIA

I updated BETA 2 days ago and Reference Image is not showing besides the Generative Fill button, as it used to be a week ago Nat

I know two ways:The Maximize Panel shortcut tilde will not go full screen all the way. Then there is the Preview Panel where I can check box "Full Screen" so that the spacebar will launch me on and off full screen. But then I'm bound to that behavior unless I uncheck the box again. Half the times I want it to preview fullscreen and the other half not. Having to use the mouse to check and uncheck that box... feels like there should a method that is quicker and easier

Hello, I am having an issue when trying to save a certified copy of an e-signed document.  I do not have this issue on 2-page documents, but I get the error on a 124-page document with many e-signatures.  Quitting and re-launching Acrobat did not resolve this issue.   It gets to about 50% of "Creating a read-only copy of your file" before the below error message is shown: "There was an error opening this document. An error occurred while downloading. Please try again." I am running Adobe Acrobat Continuous Release 2025.001.20529 on MacOS Sequoia 15.5.

I’m experiencing an issue where the file version I created on my iPad using Adobe Photoshop is not updating correctly when I try to download it from the browser using the same email. This results in using an outdated version of the file. Please assist in resolving this synchronization problem.

I have a Photoshop subscription, and the help page says Adobe Express Premium is included, but I cannot access features without subscribing. It is the same (my only) account. Is Adobe Express no longer included, or is this a problem I need to pursue?

Hi there, "Unable to synchronize. Install the synchronization component and tryAgain. Error Code 198" I get this error. I say tried again and after 1% it keeps giving me this error.

I have finished making a form fillable PDF.  I want to put some restrictions on the form, so that end users cannot edit the forms or add additional text/move text around.  When the users complete the form, I want them to be able to print the document to PDF.  My current encryption is as follows:Printing = allowed at high resolutionChanges Allowed = filling in form fields and signing existing signature fieldsRight now, when I print the document to a printer, there is no issue.  But, when I print the document to PDF, I get the following message:%%[ ProductName: Distiller ]%%This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file.Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted.%%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%%%%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %%I have read countless posts about not being able to print an encrypted PDF file to PDF, but that just is not accurate.  I use form fillable PDFs all the time.  Those PD

I have been a subscriber to the Lightroom/Photoshop package for over 6 years. I currently use it on two computers, a Mac Mini 2023 and for a little over 6 months, on a Macbook Pro 2019, Core I9 with 16GB of RAM. On this Macbook Pro 2019, Core I9 with 16GB of RAM, it is IMPOSSIBLE to use Lightroom currently.Over 1400% CPU usage sometimes, never less than 200% !!!!(see image below) I had an old Macbook Pro 2014, I7 with 16GB of RAM. Last year, with the latest versions of Lightroom, the performance was terrible, but it worked bravely. Due to lack of money (Brazilian photographer, poor South American!), I bought a Macbook Pro 2019, Core I9 with 16GB of RAM. The performance is 1000x worse! This 2019 model must be Apple's biggest failure! Does anyone have any ideas to improve this performance? See below my System Info: Lightroom Classic version: 14.0.1 [ 202410161356-30922cfc ] License: Creative Cloud Language setting: en-BR Operating system: Mac OS 15 Vers

Ah, the delightful aftermath of using Adobe <insert product here, in my case Indesign> – you close the program, thinking your computer is free at last, only to find it wheezing and gasping for air like a marathon runner after a sprint. But fear not, for it's not a virus causing this chaos; it's just Adobe's charming background processes, working tirelessly to ensure your computer's demise. Picture this: you're happily immersed in your favorite game, when suddenly your computer starts stuttering and lagging like a tired old mule. Naturally, you're about to unleash your fury on Reddit or some game forum, but then you have a stroke of genius and check the Task Manager. Behold! There they are, Adobe's army of background processes, still frolicking merrily after you've closed InDesign. Thirty-plus of them, like a horde of hungry zombies, feasting on your computer's innards without a care in the world.- And god knows what else... (yes I see you shady brackground processes using my Netw

The new version of Premiere Pro seems to be missing Video Transitions and also, I cannot even find the "Effects" menu but only a "Effects Controls" which has nothing in it - no Video Transitions like previous versions of Premiere Pro, What has happened? I simply want to make a 'Dip To Black' at the start and end of a sequence but am lost at this point. Are all of the old controls gone? How do I do simple transitios like dip to black and dissolves between clips and fade to black at the end? I have studied Premiere Pro for years but am completely lost with this new version. Please help me find or do the old menus even exist any more?TIA,Ken

Hola; Al abrir un programa de adobe me ha pedido que inicie sesión, meto usuario y contraseña correctas pero al seleccionar el perfil (ya que tenemos 2) no hace nada, se queda ahí estancado y no funciona...   [Edited by moderator: Please refrain from sharing your personal details here, as this is a public forum accessible to all.]

Our team has Adobe Creative Cloud access, I would like to find a way to automate (via a script or other function) that will ensure that our users have the same set of fonts installed and available both in Adobe apps and other Windows apps.  I want to make sure that each of the team members are using the same versions of the fonts and that when they are working in our projects that they all display in the same way and would like to not have to manually add these fonts to each of the team's computers, especially since some of the team work at multiple computers in different locations.  We are running Windows 11

My question is simple as I am a beginner with this. I am trying to select all of the objects in my program window. I can double click to select one, but can't shift-click or click and drag a box like Illustrator. In the screenshot below, how can I select all the fans at once to scale them and reposition them all together?

The acrobat folder in my ipad has gone missing Even before the files went missing Now I'll have to switch to some other appfind me a solution or maybe suggest me an alternative
