Solved

I am running Acrobat desktop version 26.1 on a Windows 11 enterprise Dell laptop.I created a PDF report from an outside source and when I open the file in Acrobat I get this message: This appears to be a scanned document. Use Scan & OCR to make it searchable and editable. The document is not scanned and I don’t need to make it editable or searchable.  When I try to print using the print icon the document stops responding and I have to use the Task Manager to end task. Is there a simple way to turn this message/process off as it seems to crash the Acrobat? Thanks, Jim

How can I: 1-Compress multiple files in a directory, or 2-Compress an entire directory, or even 3-Compress an entire thumb drive full of pdf files? The question is clear enough

I have a subscription and it still directs me to buy one prior to installing.

New to Fire fly. I am on the trial period. I asked for a short video based on a storyboard. It was produced partially and no sound. If I am to upgrade, I need to see a complete video.

I have a PDF located on a dropbox server accessible to about 4-5 people. 3 people were on the document leaving comments as a way to proof. When one of them went to save, the entire document got corrupted. The file was NOT a read only file. This issue only happened with one person, the other two were able to save it fine. Was this an issue because it was 3 people on one large file? or is there something else going on?(i know very little about tech stuff. feel free to explain things to me like i’m 4.)

I have a subscription to Acrobat Pro, and a Windows 11 computer.  I want to download the Acrobat Pro to my desktop, WITHOUT cloud services. My disc drive is nearly full and that app is bloatware.  I just want Acrobat Pro.But every download I found has Cloud Services bundled with the installer, and I could not find any with the option to deselect that.

My contributor account has been blocked.Since I don't know the reason.I highly apologize if any undesirable activity made by me.Please sir/madam, give me a chance once again. I promised to follow all the guidelines provided. Also, please explain me the cause of disclosing/blocking my account asap.Thank you.

This post applies to Lightroom Classic and the Lightroom Ecosystem products.Post Camera Raw feedback here This thread is now closed. Please update to LrC 14.x or LrD 8.x. If you wish to provide feedback, please go to the new article. The Lightroom team is sharing an early look at Generative Remove, which makes it easier to remove unwanted objects and distractions, even on complex backgrounds, with a simple brush stroke. Generative Remove is powered by Firefly AI.   How to use Generative Remove on a desktop: You can find Generative Remove under the newly renamed Remove panel (aka “Heal”). Make sure the “generative AI” checkbox is enabled before you start brushing (note: when unchecked, Lightroom will use Content-Aware Remove to fill your brushed spots).  By default, you will be given a moment to refine your selection with an add or subtract brush. Remember to include shadows for a more accurate result! You can also skip this step by holding down ‘CTRL’ on windows or ‘CMD’ o

Hi,i have this problem. We deploy Adobe Acrobat X Pro (Adobe CS6). Preflight doesn’t work. So i got this solution (here). It works but i must manually go to every computer to install/modify Preflight. Is there a solution more suited for the IT? I (we) have to go to a lot of computers to cover this?

I am sending documents for signature using AdobeSign and I have some clients that are saying they have not received them at all...I am showing them in my pending as sent... why are they not seeing them in their email?I am using AdobeSign and sending documents.  Some of my clients are saying they are never receiving them while others are - why is this and how can i stop it from happening?

When I try to cancel my subscription I am met with a cancellation fee. But I am just trying to switch to my account thats under an education plan.

Hi,I followed your recommendation and moved the Camera Raw.8bi plugin file out of the following folder:C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Plug-Ins\CC\File Formats\After moving the plugin, After Effects 2025 (25.1.0.68) launches and runs normally without any startup crashes.Based on this result, it appears that the issue is related to the Camera Raw plugin rather than After Effects itself.Could you please confirm whether, as a temporary workaround, it is preferable to:Keep the original microsoft.ai.machinelearning.dll (1.24.4.0) and onnxruntime.dll (1.24.4) versions installed and simply move/remove the Camera Raw.8bi plugin, orContinue using the older 1.17 versions of microsoft.ai.machinelearning.dll and onnxruntime.dll, which also prevent the crash?Since disabling Camera Raw allows After Effects to launch successfully while keeping the Adobe-provided DLL versions unchanged, I would prefer this approach if it is considered the safer and officially recommended workaround.Could you also

I see desktop version on YouTube but how do I save a graphic template after modifying to be reused on other projects? I see alot on desktop version but nothing on how to do it with mobile version. Thanks

I am making text-based videos using PowerPoint exported video (with animation) and my voice recording. I basically only use the split function in Premiere Rush to match the timing between my voice and the animation. The preview from the edit screen looks perfect, but after exporting it to an MP4 file, some of the transitions are jerking at a weird spot. Like the one in the screenshot below. Also, see the full video attached.

I just got charged IDR 469000 for one year subscription to Adobe Acrobat Reader as I forgot to cancel my trial subscription. I have cancelled the subscription, and now I need to get my subscription refunded as it still below 14 days since my card got charged. Please let me know how to get my refund. Thanks

When going to export my video to my computer, I get this error message about the HEVC codec. I was informed by an Adobe employee that Premiere Rush is free. Additionally, I never received this message any of the times when I had an active Adobe plan.

I cannot pay for this because I forgot to cancel the trial and have not used the software at all. I refuse to update my payment details. Please escalate this to a supervisor if needed, waive the outstanding balance to zero, cancel my subscription immediately, and delete my credit card from your system. I want this resolved today.

Everytime I export a file, the final video glitches and becomes choppy. It's so frustrating. Maybe 1 out of every 20 export actually comes out good. The rest of the time it's a nightmare. It typically takes me about an hour to finally get a project exported without the glitching. Why am I paying for this?

I am a youtuber and i am having an issue recently where i am trying to combine 2 videos and they are not going to youtibe properly. Does anyone know what the fix is?

I previously had an educational Creative Cloud subscription using my university email. I graduated recently, so my educational email was deactivated. Now whenever I try to log in to my Adobe account, it sends a verification code to that email. The email is deactivated, so I am unable to receive the OTP verification. There is no option to receive a code via text. This means I am cannot use any of the applications I am paying for. I just spent half a day on the phone with Adobe customer support trying to change the email associated with the account. This is not possible without having access to the current email and providing a OTP. I am also unable to cancel the monthly subscription without access to the account. So…. it feels like I’m being held hostage, I can’t use the services I’m paying for and I’m not allowed to stop paying for it. My next step is to contact my bank and cancel the direct debit. I have just had to start a new plan because I need to use Photoshop today, so I’m curren
