Solved

Hi Community, It would be really helpful if Adobe would integrate an automatic starting 'timer function' to every design i'm working on in InDesign/Illustrator etc. This way, I can easily track my hours and share them with my client.  My feature request: An automatic timer that starts automatically every time the document is opened - with an easy export function that exports date/hours/minutes to a .txt file - Actual working time (based on cursor movement)- Idle time (file open but no movement from cursor) BR Dennis

I uploaded a .png, and it does not fill the canvas. The canvas shows in the aspect of the image, but the image itself is scaled ±50% horizontally.the image in PhotoshopThe image uploaded in Firefly.adobe.com

I am having serious trouble running Lightroom Classic on a Windows II PC laptop. Its GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Laptop GPU. Is it possible this GPU will not support the latest versions of Lightroom Classic?Principally, LrC will begin to run slow or stutter after anything other than simple LrC operations. Start using masks, or for example ask LrC to generate Landscape masks, and sometimes LrC will even crash the computer. Now I can always go back to the old way of working, when I used LrC as a raw image prep for detailsed work in Photoshop, but if I could get LrC to run the way instructors say it should run, I’d be delighted.

Hi,I’m currently creating a poster for a client but now the linked images don’t display correctly in ‘High quality display’ mode. See attached images showing the difference between ‘High Quality’ and ‘Typical’ modes. The GPU setting is on and this happens on my home Mac and work Mac, and not just when using this particular file.I’m wondering if it’s a Mac OS issue as it’s a relatively new problem.Any help would be really appreciated.CheersSteve

Sometime in the past couple months the Fill & Sign text color changed to white...which makes it useless for filling in forms on white background. I've searched the community and everything says the color of the Fill & Sign font cannot be changed.I had to uninstall version 2019.021.20061 and reinstall an older version (.20058) to be able to use Fill & Sign again.Anybody else? Since I didn't find any Community topics where someone else mentioned it, maybe it was just a quirk of my PC/system or a bad install. Certainly it could not have been intended...Thanks

Hi there,I have a problem with my After Effects project. Whenever I move forward or back in the timeline, this error message comes up. I can not work properly on the file anymore, but I urgently need to export some plexus effects as SVGs and work in it. Can someone help me how to fix the mistake?Regards Stephan

(InDesign 21.5.1, Windows 11 Pro)There have been (are) several problems with InDesign’s Undo feature, to which a new one (as far as I know) can be added: when you Save As a document, the undo stack is no longer removed. This is a problem because over time, a document’s size can increase enormously. Reported here:https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180-adobe-indesign-bugs/suggestions/51605780--save-as-doesn-t-clear-the-undo-stack

I just updated my Mac to the latest operating system, and the premier rush project I was working on appears in “projects” as a thumbnail, but nothing happens when I click it.  all other projects open as normal.  I also tried to open it in Premier Pro, but the same thing happens.  others open, but this one does not, although there is a thumbnail.  its a rather long video with a lot of editing hours, would love not to lose it!

This is a fun new little problem.I'm having to re-analyze every clip that already has warp stabilizer on it.  When I do, there's about a 50% chance that the last frame of the clip on the timeline will just be black. Also, If I try to export, it will error out.I've taken WS off the clip and re-analyzed with the same result.  If I slide the clip down a frame or 2 and re-anazlyze, same result. The only thing that fixes it is if I just cut that last frame out after it's analyzed.Been doing it for about a month now.

yeah so i have my file opened and layers panel is there but the layers dont shownot on my second monitor or anything

I need to convert files from PNG to PDF with Adobe Acrobat but it requires a monthly subscription to do so. My images sizes vary from 25 to 40MB. Other online tools have a smaller file upload size of 20MB max.  Is this a must to have a paid Acrobat subscription?

I want to change the info for the bills. Currently billings are on my name but i want to get bills on my company name. But i didn’t see any option for updating or changing the info for the bills on the account settings. How can i do that?

Hi, I recently started having issues with printing pdfs on A3 paper. Whenever I select the A3 paper size, the printer actually prints in A4, hence cutting out half the document. Printing a pdf from say Chrome works totally fine…Any idea on how to fix this? Many thanks!

i thought i turned off renewal for my creative cloud subscription that i bought a year ago, on august 26th 2025. it renewed a few days ago, august 26 2026 and i immediately cancelled it. will an automatic refund be made? I cannot afford the price this year.please help, i do not know what to do. I read that if its cancelled within 14 days it will refund but will that work here as well? thanksMellie

I have in this account a company profile wicha has a PRO subscription, but when I use de Adobe app it seems it has any subscription at all, it offers me to start a free trial even though I´m logged in the desktop app with my acount

I have been using Premiere Rush for converting audio tapes from mp3 to mp4 to upload.I have not finished the project and just went to open it and it is gone from my apps.I asked the virtual helper but it kept linking me to Premiere, Rush appears to have disappeared completely. I know it is being discontinued and had posted previously about this so please do not post links to tutorials for Premiere as I neither want nor need it.The only thing I have changed at this end was my subscription from monthly to annual and in doing so Rush appears to have been removed. I have been a subscriber for about twenty years. To cut a long story short where on earth is it, are you hiding it?

I can't import photos - every time I get the message: An unknown error occurred.https://opall.pl/public/a.png

I just recently dumped 40k un-sorted images into Lightroom. It would make it a lot easier to sort them if I had the ability to make images hide from all photos when added to an album.

I am having a flag printed and the company requires a .jpg or .png image that is exactly 18600x11400. When I go to export the image, photoshop changes the image size to 12648x7752 and will automatically revert back to that anytime that I attempt to increase the size. I've searched all over and can't find a solution. Any recommendations?

Hi There Please do not Discontinue until 4040 I need to use to edit my videos in 2031-2033 and in the future would like to discontinue later in 4040 Thank You Kevin

Mis imágenes cambian de densidad mientras trabajo y después vuelven a la densidad original. Como solucionarlo ?

I just closed my mac without turning it off, and when i opened it the next day, i could not do anything on my document. I can open new documents, but all menus are gray, like there is an opened window that does not exist. Also, i cannot quit indeisng, nor click on "about indesign".... I triesd to delete preferences, caches, et reinstall it, nothing has worked...

Hi, I'm on iOS 18.4.1 and premiere rush just won't load. I tried uninstalling, singing out and changing network, nothing help. I didn't have any issues before. If I try to select videos for editing, it won't let me create the project. Any tips please?
