Has anyone had trouble downloading Elements 2025 from Amazon? I was shortsided by not ordering on the Adobe site; that's how welded I am to the Amazon environment. When I called Amazon, they said it would be up to 48 hours before I get a reply.  I do have the activation code, so I wonder if it could be downloaded from this site.  Thanks to whomever answers.

Hi, this seems basic but I can't seem to find anything. Is there a way to change the default setting of Object Layer Options – the "When Updating Link:" dropdown default is "Keep Layer Visibility Overrides". I would like it to always be set to "Use PDF's Layer Visibility".  Any help would be appreciated, thanks ☺️

I'm running the latest non-beta versions of Creative Cloud, Photosop and Bridge. I'm running on a fairly powerful Mac Mini and when the apps work, I have no need for more speed.     But Bridge and Photoshop, especially Bridge keep lockng up.  Sometimes locking up my whole computer.   I've been using PS and everything for a long time and I think a clean start might help.  However I'd like to keep by keyboard shortcuts in in PS and my layout in Bridge.   Is there a way I can uninstall and reinstall everything?

Hello, I have the most current Acrobat Reader DC 2017 on macOS 10.11.6 (15G1421) and am trying to fill and sign a document that has been sent to me.However, while all form fills are working, the initial, date or signature areas do nothing when clicked, and the Sign tool at the top remains disabled/greyed out.The Document extensions seem to be set to enable me to do fill the form fields, save the file, sign it and even add attachments. Please see screenshot with all relevant document, app and os info: Any help/info appreciated!

Hi ALL,   Hope you can help me out,    So, whenever I finish using a sequence for the day, I render it all (Green bars everywhere, the good stuff, I then save and quit) However, whenever I open up the sequence the next day, I open with the rendered footage now appearing Red (this isn't a different document or an earlier save, the exact one).   I've googled, and tried to look through various places such as; Youtube, personal forums, social media, but no luck.   So thought it might be worth asking on here.     Kind Regards,   Luke Penning

I used to be able to select the "organize pages" tab under "all tools" and drag either one or multiple pages into my files to save as a separate PDF. This was quicker than going through the print to PDF option, but now nothing happens if I attempt to drag and drop. Does anyone know the solution? It's been about a month or so since it hasn't allowed me to do it.

I'm very frustrated. A big project due and it was created on Adobe Rush. I often use my iPhone & iPad and create content on the app in Adobe Rush. It keeps crashing at 37% rendering yet says I've downloaded it already. It is not downloaded. I go to my desktop version and Premiere Rush won't even open on my desktop. I've got 3 hours until my presentation and it's feeling like a very expensive subscription loss today. Is  my adobe plan worth this?

I've followed all advice found, but nothing. 100% up to date SW, XMP files appearing OK but an ACR changes are lost. Win 11 on a relatively new laptop. I've tried raw files from other cameras to no avail. I've been using PS for 20+ years and am very frustrated - any ideas please?

The new AI People and Reflections detection features are not working. People is not detecting people and Relfections doesn't even appear to be an option. I have updated via My Creative Cloud Desktop app and uninstalled/reinstalled Lightroom Classic to no avail.  I've attached screenshots of a photo I was testing and how my Lightroom Classic interface appears with only the non-working People feature.

We have an enterprise Adobe license and were today surprised to find we cannot use Pantone spot colors as we have in the past. We have purchased an annual subscription to Pantone Connect and installed the Pantone Connect plugin in Adobe Creative Cloud, but is not working in Photoshop. The duotones that use Pantone spot colors are still rendering as black and black. All our Adobe apps seem to be up to date. Can you help us understand what might be wrong?Windows 10PS version 23.5

I accidentally pushed a button on the right side of my screen that turned everything white with black outlines. I can't figure out what I pushed and crtl+z didn't undo it. Please help! Thanks!!! (below is what my screen looks like)

Hello, Within the past week, our team has been unable to download stock images to our local drives, and then not even to a library. I was able to download one image today to our cloud library, but nothing is going in the local download folder. I was not able to download other files as the browser would time out. We've also had problems with auto-fills on websites, so we were thinking our IT might've changed something that is blocking something on our browsers. Both these bugs have come up around the same time in the past 2 weeks. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hello, Our Firefly isn't working properly, we're writing  long or short prompts but we can't get any images. We need a little help in here 🙂 We're waiting the responses. Best Regards,Koza Gida

O meu Illustrator estava funcionando corretamente. Porém quando fui abrir ele, ele pede para aceitar os termos de uso. Porém eu não consigo clicar em ACEITAR é como se estivesse congelado. Já reinstalei diversas vezes. Sem sucesso. Alguém sabe como corrigir?

Hi,First of all, sorry, if this has already been covered, but I have searched Premiere Pro help and the forums without finding any answer.I record in s-log3 and import the clips to Premiere Pro, which nicely convert it automatically to wide gamut Acescct and I can make adjustments to the individual clips using lumetri color, using the full "color information" from the s-log3 clip. The clips are converted/output to rec 709 using tone mapping. But what if I want to apply the same lumetri adjustments on multiple clips? (in the same sequence). Will using an adjustment layer covering multiple clips, use the full color information from the s-log3 clip?Or should i copy/paste the lumetri color effects to individual clips in order the use the full color information?Hope someone can clarify the above.Thank you very much in advance.

I am using the following code to determine if the field "WeekEndingDat" is blank, to automatically set it to the upcoming Sunday. //declare variables; get the date string from date field objectvar f = this.getField("WeekEndingDate").value;var d = util.scand("mm/dd/yyyy", f);var t = new Date();var x = t.getDay();//check if WeekEndingDate field is blankif (f=="") {//if blank, set date value to next Sundayt.setDate(t.getDate()+(7-x));//display the output of the new date in the desired date formatevent.value = util.printd("mm/dd/yyyy", t);}else {event.value=util.printd("mm/dd/yyyy", d);} This works fine for the field with the calculation when I either manually add a date or delete the data and the new upcoming Sunday date is automatically populated in this field. I have an alternate field which is to also use the same date from the calculated field. Whenever I manually enter a date, the alternate field works properly. However, when I delete the data from the initial field, t

About a hundred times a day I have to stop to wonder why my keyboard shortcut isn't doing anything, then glance up at the Properties panel and see the red Channel Mixer field highlighted and awaiting input, then I have to hit escape or enter to get back to work. Then it happens again a few seconds later. This is brand new behavior in one of the last two updates, and it's a flow-killer. I'm generously assuming it's a bug, because if someone thought this was an improvement, that would be a terrible omen for future UI tweaks.

Hi all, For a fantasy poster i want to set this PNG image I edited in Photoshop with transparency and color layers/layer mask in 3D with 3D & Materials, but now its now working, even when i'm doing Image Trace I get only a sketch.I want the image without background. What can I do?

Please help.I'm so sick and tired of Photoshop refusing to autosave. I lost hours of work last week so I made sure I had autosaving turned ON in the current version of Photoshop I was using. It's set to autosave every 5 minutes, but I can't find any autosave files anywhere. There are no files in the auto-recovery folder. Why? Why does it have to be so hard to find an autosave file? Why is there not an "open autosave folder" "load autosave" or "recover" button in the dropdown menu? Have you never played a video game before? Play one and take note of how it handles autosaving. It shouldn't be a nightmarish quest to recover a saved file. This is where they are supposed to be, right? \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop (Beta)\AutoRecoverThis folder is empty. There is not a single file in there of any type. Why? When I have autosave on every 5 minutes, why is it empty? When I google this people claim that if Photoshop crashes, it should automatically recover what you were worki

Please help me solve this problem. When I open multiple images in Photoshop, I can't always bring the active image to the front. Watch the video. Photoshop version 26.7.0. Everything was fine in previous versions.      [subject, edited by moderator: was "Active layer to the front"]

Mac mini m4  sequoia15.5illustrator cc  2025dell  u2724de

Working in Photoshop v. 26.7.0, in Windows 11, there seems to be an issue in attempting to open .tif files.  When attempting to open a tif file by simply using the Open menu option, PS opens the file in Camera Raw, or gives error message that file isn't a valid Photoshop file. The remedy found was to use the Open As... menu option, selecting TIFF file format from the pull-down menu at the right of the File name: box, then selecting the TIF file I want to open, and clicking on the Open button.   If I don't use this procedure, and PS does open the TIF file from the Open menu option, it opens in Camera Raw, the colors are all WAY OFF.  Photoshop never used to work this way, so something has changed to cause this to happen.  I looked inFile Handling in Preferences, but didn't find anything that changed the behavior. This is adding unnecessary extra steps to image handling.  So, I request that Adobe investigate and create a bug fix, please.
